This was an overall great experience. I came in to order a vehicle for our Company and the respect and honesty in the interaction was "brand new"My salesman was well trained and communicated painlessly, but fimly the dealership policies, expressed empathy and suggested working solutions.I left without my vehicle but with and order made for the exact vehicle i wanted.Great Experience.

My car repair took almost 7 weeks and had to pay out of pocket 400 for my rental because they never kept my insurance in the loop of why it was taking forever and didn't reimburse nor offer to make up for their poor service. Pickup day the side they repaired had a scratch on it omg...will not use them again Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I love this place. They really take care of me and give me an upscale experience. I'm happy I chose to do business with SEWELL Cadillac. Only thing that I don't like is the Location the traffic is always bad and they stay backed up. But if they keep your ride they will give you a very nice loaner car. Two thumbs up!

Excellent customer service. Get text messages with updates on the repairs and when vehicle is available for pickup. Vehicle comes out washed and vacuumed.

If you want it fixed right go to Sewell and ask for Jacie. She will fight with your insurance company to make it happen. And Sewell only uses new parts. Until a recent accident I didn't know that many insurance companies will only pay for salvaged parts even on a new car still under warranty. Jacie went to bat for me to get my car fixed right.Despite having a semi truck hit me and damage the entire passenger side of my car from bumper to bumper, the car looked like new when they were done. They even brought it back and put me in a rental at their expense when I found a small area that wasn't completely buffed out (on a white car that is nearly impossible to see unless the light hits EXACTLY right so no real fault there.)Accidents happen so it is reassuring to know a collision center that won't stop until you are happy.

I did not use the location for repairs. Only received an inflated quote of $3716.19 for a 2013 BMW 750 Li headlight replacement kit, not including labor! It's available on EBay or Amazon for $800 so why the inflation, especially on a vehicle they're trying to sell!
