Do not go to this place! Terrible service and customer service! My car was there since Setptember, 2023 and was able to get my car only in December, 2023. And guess what? Nothing was repaired properly, moisture inside the headlights, my car s grill was scratched, sky roof wasn t working, all the body parts not aligned/centered and they DAMAGED my steering weel. Had to leave the car there again and today I went to get my car and the service that was done on the steering weel was awful, and there s a scratched on the hood that was not before. It was their fault about the steering weel and Ordre who is the advisor, keeps saying I don t know what you are talking about , that s the same sentence he has been saying to us when we go there to show the terrible service they have been providing. It s really disappointing!

We had a great experience here! Dylan L. was our service advisor. Overall, the communication was great, and the repairs were done perfectly. My car looked newer than before the damage occurred. Dylan handled everything with the insurance company and kept me updated on the progress via text. It took about 6 weeks to finish the repairs (scratches and dings from a hit and run that required replacing some panels & sensors). But the car looks great, brand new. Having a car repaired is never a fun process, especially when the damage isn't your fault, but I think Dylan did a great job of minimizing the inconvenience of it as much as possible, for which I'm grateful. I see quite a few 1-star reviews here, so perhaps not every advisor at Sewell is as great as Dylan. If you can request one and know you'll get that 5 star experience, go with Dylan L.

I dropped my vehicle for a small driver side mirror light strip repair. They took 3 weeks for a small repair. The worst part is that they didn't communicate well neither with insurance nor with me. Insurance decline the rental coverage because they took 3 weeks to complete for a few hour job. I would not recommend anyone use their services. I would give them -ve rating.

So far this has been the worst experience of any body shop! And definitely not the Sewell experience they pride themselves on! Ordre is my advisor, my car has been there for months now and is still not ready, every month that the car is supposed to be ready, on the promised date there is another issue! I said I would drive the car until the parts came in, it was parked at some storage facility South of the airport for months, in the scorching heat. They told me if I drive my car away that I would be back at the bottom of the waiting list! Unacceptable!!! It started with parts, then paint, then electrical, then asking my insurance company for more money on a car that wasn't even mine! It was the same color, but I identified the vehicle as a 4 door and not my 2 door M440XI coupe!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best service center in the area. Always extremely helpful and professional. Loaner cars are in great shape and available when I need to drop off my car for an appointment. Highly recommend!

Very poor communication. When dropping off my vehicle I was told by Tanner Lindle I would receive updates every tuesday . My car has been with them. 4 weeks now and I have not received any update from him; instead I ve been the one calling to get updates. Most of the time he doesn t answer his line so I have to contact the Administrator, Loreai Rivera who also does not answer her line. I was able to get ahold of Ordre Williams, who is the supervisor and answers more often however I was told by him that he dme know if he d be able to get me a rental car since BMW is taking 3 weeks to ship the roof of my car I have not heard from him. I am now sending an email to Ken Havard, I will keep you guys updated on my communication journey with Sewell BMW of Grapevine s Collision Center :)Update: BMW is not providing a vehicle It is enterprise providing the vehicle. This should have been stated originally on Ordre s part. I am declining the enterprise vehicle because I was told I d be driving a BMW. Ridiculous what I ve gone through with this collision center.Update #2: I received a call from Ken Harvard stating they would provide me with a comparable vehicle to my 2023 430i I was supposed to be getting a 330i bmw.. I ended up getting a dodge charger. Very Comparable.. I understand enterprises policies but if Sewell BMW is partnered with them they should also know the policies before telling me to come to the dealership and wasting my time.

Dylan was my service assistant on a recent repair on my 2021 X4. He kept me up to date on scheduling the repair. While the repair was being done he kept me informed as to the status of work and that further damage was found that would require a part that had to come from Germany. I was able to take my car while the part from Germany was ordered and arrived. During this time he kept track on the arrival of the part and scheduled to complete the repair work. The final repair was completed in a timely manner and Dylan continued to be extremely helpful.

I called to inquire about getting my car fixed after receiving hail damage, however, the lady who picked up the call was very reluctant to provide assistance and just said the earliest available appointment is in August (which was more than 2 months away) and was trying to hang up asap without providing much detail about the questions I asked.Although I had a decent experience when I purchased my BMW at Sewell a couple years ago, I may reconsider coming back to Sewell for any future business based on how disappointing the after service, specifically the collision center s service, is.

Worst experience. The guy name Ordre was my advisor and he said my car should be ready by June 21st. I tried to contact him in the morning of 21st, he never texted me or called me back, I went to the collision center, and he looked at me like, why are you here . He told me to wait untile he texts me. I waited and on the last day of my rental car, I tried to contact him all day, he never answered. Later, I found out he went to vacation, and he did not update my claim adjustor so I had to return the rental car. Another guy, Derek eventually helped me to pick up the car. Very irresponsible.

Larry Jackson was great my insurance carrier was being difficult and Larry stayed patient and persistent to help the adjuster understand the scope of the repair. The finished product before I even saw it didn t pass Classics QC standards. So Classics team held the car over to correct the issue. Never had problem one with holding on to the rental a couple extra days while Classic made it right. The car looked good as new no shortcuts.

I went there today to pick up a car for an auction. I waited over an hour and in my policy of my own business. I'll charge you $50 an hour after the first hour. I spoke with manager Stacy about to fee. He talked to me as if I was a child looked at me like I was s*** and told me he wasn't paying me nothing he didn't care. Being the manager of this place I would have to expect for him could just tell me no or pick up the phone and talk with someone that could help me. I don't get paid to sit around I lost money waiting on these people to move a car so I can pick up the one did I come for and paid them over thirteen hundred and some dollars to pick up. They charge the insurance company over $600 for storage but when it came to my small business mr. Stacy treating me like s***. God bless him America and everything get it. This place needs an upgrade.

Davis was my advisor. After my car was vandalized, I chose this location since the one in Plano closed. I could not be more happy with the results of the repair and the quality. Davis gave me regular updates. Truly exceptional! I did a line of commercials as a satisfied customer back in 2016 and am happy to report that 3 years on, they're still the best there is! I am a Sewell customer for life.

They didn't stand behind the low quality of work, and very poor customer service. Had body work performed there earlier this year. Months later the paint was peeling on a corner of my bumper - assumed from the car wash. Wash owner stated they had received no other damage notices, and upon inspection asked if I had work done on the car - because the paint shouldn't peel like that. Took car back to Sewell and the body shop manager said the problem was a cracked bumper, not the paint. Some theory of pressure from the bottom of the bumper, which he attributed to pulling up on a curb, cracked the bumper and caused the damage - though there is no sign of a cracked bumper? Picked my car up, after unrequested and unappreciated debate with body shop manager about the quality of the paint job (in which one of his arguments was that cars come from the factory with areas of paint that don't match... not a good practice to talk down the manufactures of the product you sell to defend your poor work) and took it directly to a long time, highly rated, local body shop that immediately identified the issue consistent with being backed into in a parking lot. He then asked, "where was your bumper repaired at, because they did poor job bonding the paint to the bumper. You should have had some scuff marks, maybe a scratch, but the paint shouldn't have just come off". Ultimately the other body shop was very apologetic for my experience with Sewell (!?!) and gave me a great price to repaint my bumper and fix their work. In the end, the damage to the bumper is not Sewell's responsibility... but, by reputation, I would have thought they would stand behind the quality (or lack thereof) of their work. This is my experience - if you choose this body shop, I hope yours is better!

Larry Jackson was very professional in handling the matter surrounding the repair to my BMW after a rear ended accident. He was very knowledgeable, timely and the repair work was perfect. Highly recommend.

Larry Jackson was most helpful when I called to see about getting my car repaired. He was so patient with me and explained everything so I could understand. He went the extra mile to help get my car back as good as new.

Very poor customer service. I came here from Houston, and the BMW place in Houston ran circles around this place. I m going to look for another BMW place to take my car for car after this last stitch effort to try them was another disappointment. I thought it would be a nice place because it looks nice. Don t be fooled by coffee and cookies.

They were suppose to have a loaner already waiting and they had none and I had to wait for about an hour for one, and also I just had to get a Brake flush done which was supposed to be an hour and a half, and they kept my car over night and did not call to tell me they were gonna do that.

Have been trying to get my car fixed from poor body repair work from a now owned by them certified collision center, have been given the run around for 5 months and now that they ve scheduled me to come in I can barely get a hold of them to get any details.
