Excellent Service and Quality Work!!!Jesse is the Man!!! I recently had my car repaired at Service King Grapevine and I couldn t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They provided a thorough assessment of the damage and gave me a clear explanation of the repair process.The work done on my car was exceptional. It looks as good as new, and I can t even tell there was ever any damage. The technicians at crash champions clearly take pride in their work and pay attention to every detail.Additionally, the turnaround time was impressive. They completed the repairs in a timely manner, and I was back on the road sooner than I expected.Overall, I highly recommend Service King Grapevine for anyone in need of auto body repairs. Their expertise, professionalism, and quality of work are unmatched.

We were very impressed with everything, from the customer service to the repairs. Jesse was in constant contact and we had our car back in a week and a half, which was 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The repairs required a section to be repainted and they were able to match our color perfectly. They definitely eased a stressful situation. We would highly recommend this location.

A huge shout out to my service rep: Destiny, and the repair tech that worked on my car. I had taken it in for hail damage after being directed to 'PDR' by Caliber. This was my first time having to deal with an insurance claim. They worked with my insurance and made the process seamless.Destiny gave me the run-down of the process and I had no issues with updates or the completion timeline.The repair completed ahead of schedule, and I was able to collect my vehicle and pay my deductible with ease. I was also provided a pamphlet with a description of all the work done as well as a lifetime warranty of the repairs completed.The repair work itself was outstanding, every dent was tackled and erased. The car had been washed and the inside vacuumed and cleaned. It truly felt like stepping into a brand-new car.I did have a question I wanted addressed a couple days later, as I felt something had been missed during the initial repair work. Destiny was able to schedule me in the next day to have the vehicle inspected. I quite honestly was in an out in under 10 minutes and issues had been addressed without any problems.I didn't have to deal with renting a vehicle, so not sure how that process is here. But the repair work and customer service surpassed my expectations. Thank you, again!

I brought my car in after an accident. I was given a run down of everything the insurance would cover and what they wouldn t cover. The stuff that the insurance wouldn t cover was not a big deal to me and I didn t need to have it fixed. But to the advisor it BOTHERED him because in his words, he didn t like putting used(my original parts) on new parts. Keep in mind the used part was something that had been there for six years and was working just fine. Tons of people had worked on my car and it didn t bother them nor was it something that NEEDED to be fixed. I told him not to worry about it and just fix what the insurance would cover. For some reason he wouldn t let it go and he wanted to make it look less problematic to him. I get my car back and everything is fine until two weeks later and my check engine light comes on. Long behold the reason my check light came on it due to a problem connected to the part I TOLD this advisor to leave alone. I have spent the last month and a half trying to get this problem fixed and all due to the advisor who is MORE concerned about the cosmetics of the car instead of LISTENING to the customer who the car belongs to. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE!!!!

Vehicle was stolen from them!!! Was there for repairs and stolen from their secured parking lot (fence and gate) without their knowledge and didn t receive a call from them until two (2) days later when they said they lost my vehicle . Found the vehicle with $16k worth of repairs that of course Service King was going to get on top of the collision work. They refused to cover the theft deductible, told me it wasn t their problem, and then refused to repair it. I m left with a stolen damaged vehicle for 2 months now. Pretty sure the was a inside job!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is horrible. I had my car towed here with the expectation of this being a well trusted repair shop in Grapevine. I want totally wrong. My car was here for 62 days exactly and had never been touched. The service guy over my accident repairs name is Anthony and he is horrible. When I arrived in a Lyft to pickup my car I seen it still hasn t been repaired at all. I even found out that my car has been unlocked since it arrived. I was able to sit in the car before even alerting them I was there. If you care about your car and want it back as soon as possible do yourself a justice and choose a different place. He then tried to blame it on me. I have never been treated like this.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I brought my car to get fixed and overall had a good experience. The cons were: it took a LONG time to get my car back which may be understandable, but the communication was lacking for a bit. I would call and each time I would be lead to believe my car was ready by x date. Once that date came my car was not ready and this kept repeating for 3 weeks. Each week this had an impact on my work and personal life as I am not from Dallas and had to fly out to Dallas. so the fact that I was not informed correctly would have landed my rating to a 1/5 stars. The only reason why I am ranking this 4/5 was because of Anthony Scott who actually turned my experience around. I appreciated how he gave me his name to contact and took over. He actually informed me of the process so I wouldn t have false expectations and educated me on the process. He would call me to keep me informed and gave accurate timelines. Overall work on my car was great and Anthony did an excellent job.

I brought my car here for an insurance claim repair. While the work was done quickly, I experienced some issues. Upon pickup and getting it home, I noticed some very interesting paint mishaps.. a spot the size of a pencil eraser with no paint in the front and on my trunk it looks like someone used a can of white spray paint, run drips and a very thin coating of it probably the size of a quarter. the body work itself looked decent, just the paint looked dingy. After pick up, we noticed some overheating going on at idle. Upon looking under the hood, we noticed there was no fluids, what so ever. They were supposed to have replaced my oil pan and replaced the oil, however my oil reservoir was DRY! I do not have ANY leaks, they just never filled the fluids! Now I am currently praying no further damage has been done from my car running EMPTY! I also didnt like the fact of when I asked what work was being done during the process, they couldnt tell me. I was told I had to wait until all the work was complete to get an update even though my original estimate was around 2k and the final was around 7k or 8k. would i recommend to someone in a pinch? yes.. but if you can use another option, DO!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Battery, Oil change

Had some front end body work done. Took it in with the AC working fine, brought it out with no cold air blowing. Was told their machine to test it was broken .there are several other service king shops in the area they could have taken it to buy chose not to. Told me it was coincidences that the AC stopped working when that was the area they worked on also a coincidence that they could not file it under warranty.

When I picked up my truck I was impressed with the quality of the repairs. I hope I never have to visit a body shop again but if I do it will be here at Service King in Grapevine. My adviser kept me well informed. GREAT experience! Wow, I didn t expect this service to turn out so incredible! In the past I ve used private auto body service companies because I didn t trust larger businesses. That s not the case with this location of Service King. The people were so nice, so down to earth so helpful - on time - very professional! Danny who explained everything to me - when I picked my car up was amazing he acted like it was his own vehicle he went into every detail of the repair and how to care for the new body work. Any questions I had he answered them fully it s just amazing!!! I thought it was too good to be true. But it s not! Needless to say, I highly recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Paint job on hood area that a basketball goal dented. Normal person cannot tell anything on the repair. Paint job is very well done. It looks great.The whole process is very good from scheduling to receiving text messages of where your car is in the process (Car is getting painted today) to text it s done and a phone call. Service king is Awesome Great Place to Get your car Fix. They did a Awesome job on my car door. Amanda Alford she was nice and friendly and took care of me. While I was stressed out about my vehicle. And Even the Enterprise lady Megan she was sweet and friendly.and took care of me . This place has Great customer service and friendly.and they check up on me about my vehicle and when I picked up my car I was so excited it looked so brand new. Definitely will come back and do business with this company. No problem at all. Great people. Kind honest and trustworthy. They greet you with a smile and welcome you as you're like family to them. Grapevine tx service king . You rock love y'all

I've heard good things about Service King in the past and this was my first experience working with them. My service advisor Ricky Huey paid great detail to my service needs and was very professional. I was notified in a timely manner and was always invited to come check on the progress in person. Ricky paid great attention to the quality of the return of my vehicle. Needless to say they returned it in better shape than before I had the accident. Bottom line is I would recommend the Grapevine Service King to everyone because of the quality of their work and the exceptional customer service.

Every step of the way Service King was very communicative with me. I received text message updates and could call them any time with questions. Their work was very detailed and I feel comfortable it was done correctly. The process was as about as easy as it can get when turning in your vehicle to have repairs done. I would definitely suggest my friends to use Service King in Grapevine, TX.

This crew is PHENOMENAL!!! I am no exaggerating when I say that they go above an behind to fix any issue.Get this, I went to have a repair and alignment after my car was hit. Service King in Grapevine did an excellent job on my Ford F-150 after I was side swiped on the highway by an uninsured motorist. They completed my truck in a timely manner and were easy to work with. The truck looks brand new on the passenger side now. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to have their vehicle repaired.

I was in an accident and was quickly able to get an inspection and estimate through Geico and Service King. I was nervous about the whole process as this was my 1st accident but they were very friendly and handled everything for me, which was a relief. With an Enterprise rental car in the same complex, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They repaired my car on time and throughout the process provided updates via on the status of the repair. Upon pick-up my car was in great shape and was as good as new. They replaced my hood and after the repair, my wind shield wiper fluid was not working so I brought it in and they fixed it right away, free of charge. In general, this Service King will treat you like a king, make the process easy and simple, and most importantly, they do a great job.

They called me to pick up car it was filthy. So they washed and I discovered adhesive or some foreign substance on side of my car. I left it came back to get it noticed same adhesive on other side. Left car again came back and picked it up. Next day noticed paint overspray on my windshield so once again returned car for them to clean window. When I picked up third time window was all scratched. Overall horrible experience would not recommend anyone to use this business.Service: Body & Trim

0 stars. If it were possible for me to give them negative stars, I would. I went to them because it was the recommended place on my insurance. They took two months to "fix" my car the first time. However, they did not fix it at all. I had to bring it back 10 more times. This is documented by my insurance. The whole process ended up taking around 4 months to which I finally brought my car somewhere else that fixed it perfectly in two days. It turns out that Service King Grapevine put damaged parts in my car, and parts that did not even belong in my car. It was a truly awful experience dealing with Service King Grapevine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT IT FIXED.

Service King in Grapevine care about their customers! Despite Covid health issues, supply chain issues , and a long line of patrons their entire team kept me informed throughout the entire process.They repaired my Palisade and it looks like new again. The repairs on my vehicle took a little longer than expected because of damage that was more extensive than initially expected, but the customer service was great. I was kept updated about everything going on, and really appreciate that they wanted to make sure everything was perfect before they returned my vehicle.

These guys are amazing. Delivered the car in record speed time. I was in constant touch with them through phone and email. They responded promptly to all my queries and concerns. They also took care of few additional things I requested which were not part of the accident as a courtesy. Excellent service. Wish I can give more than 5 stars. Very professional. I took my Toyota to Grapevine Service King for collision repairs. They went above and beyond what was needed and returned my car returned my car in record time.
