Overall experience is good and I will come back again. But 2 things:1. Service department claims they have a shuttle service but not really. it's hard to take advantage of it2. had an issue with my vehicle and service had overlooked if it was on warranty or not and initially presented a charge for it.

Really the best in class customer service. Customer centric approach. Nik was amazing with his service. Stevie is great at maintaining amazing customer relations. The finance person and the general manager are very helpful and cooperative. Very friendly and approachable staff.

Bryan S. was my service agent and went above and beyond during my appointment. Very professional and to the point. I was kept up to date for the duration of the waiting period. The mechanics were very nice and told me exactly what happened. Will be using this location for my appointments for now on.

My car was in & out within 24 hours of a warranty repair, which I scheduled my time slot with the service department. That right there is great scheduling & service time by the service department. I will now use Principle VW over Autobahn VW (where I purchased my car) any day.

Best Volkswagen service in Irving. From the moment I came in ,staffs ensured everything is attended. Less wait time for the initial checkup and if it requires any part replacement, the staffs will handle it end to end and provide the quote. Pedro is an awesome staff.He was very helpful and visit the customers in wait area to brief the issues and repair is done quickly. Will recommend the dealership service center for Volkswagen related services/part changes. #HappyVisiting

I paid for tire rotation on Feb 19 and I found out that no tire rotation were done and this how I found out ,The front driver side tire had a nail and was fixed before the rotation and the same thing happened after the rotation got a nail in the front driver side tire and when went to get it fixed the shop said it has another old blog , if those tires were to be rotatedThat tire should not have any previous blog.So you get the money and don't do the work!How would I trust any work you doAfter that!

Very easy to make an appointment for service, work was completed on time, vehicle was clean when we picked it up, they did not try to get us to do unnecessary services, staff was super friendly, easy to communicate with service advisor

William is the Best!! I had a pretty extensive parts list and was expecting a big ordeal but when I called William in parts told me to send him the list and he would call me back. Five minutes later he called back and had it all set up! I was able to pay and check this off my list in under ten minutes which was such a huge deal thank you William!!!

Service department has no respect for your time. We bought our car here and had an awesome experience, then took the car here for our service. We are busy folks so we made an appointment for drop off and pick up. Apparently that means nothing. Or maybe since it was a free service they put us to the bottom priority. Either way they were apathetic and indifferent to their lack of timeliness. I haven t even got the car back so I gave it 1 stars I should give it 0 stars to match the s ts they give about our time.

I just bought a car from here and let me tell you . Everyone was so, so kind and welcoming upon arrival! Zoe and Corbin were the ones that sold me my new vehicle and they made the process so simple and easy. I would 10/10 recommend buying from here and asking for Zoe and Corbin. Y all buying a car from them has NEVER been easy, but they made it easy!

Don't service your VW at any other dealer. This one is beyond compare! Andrew was professional, polite, and expedient in repairing my issue. He communicates concisely and listens to the customer. I didn't buy my car here, but next time, I won't look anywhere else.

Morgan was fantastic, if you need service on your vehicle I highly recommend you request him! Even got me a specific model for my loaner, and was very flexible with my pickup and drop off times. Great service from service advisor Morgan and technician Jay today. They both worked very efficiently with my appointment time.The wait was as briefly as possible for replacing a low beam headlamp. I was disappointed when Principle left Irving as that was very convenient for me, so this was my 1st visit at the Grapevine location. If I could give zero stars, I would.Horrific, abysmal experience from start to finish. Terrible customer service. It s nearly impossible to get a hold of anybody in their service department. I took my car in Monday morning to get it looked at (I had an appointment), and it took TEN HOURS and three phone calls to hear anything from them about what needed to be repaired. Waylon was the person from the service department who was helping me. I shouldn t have to call multiple times to get updates on my car. It then took their repair techs almost 9 hours the next day to do a part replacement that probably should ve taken half of that time.That s not even taking their overinflated pricing into account. I was expecting it to be an expensive repair/replacement (intake manifolds can cost around $300 and then labor), but I was thinking it would be around $800, not nearly double that.Do not take you car here, they ll charge you way more than they should just because they can. It felt like I was over a barrel and my car was being held hostage.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not have an appointment. I was not satisfied with my service experience for the following reasons. I was there for nearly 4 hrs for the services rendered. While there, I received text messages saying that I can reply there with any questions about the services. I texted, twice, and the person attending to me (Andrew) did not respond. I ended up having to walk over and get updates. When talking to him about what I wanted done when I first got there, there was no mention that it could take 3-4 hrs. He just asked me.if I was staying and told me where the waiting room was. I was expecting to wait around 2hrs, but not 4. It would've been nice if it would have been communicated with me the approximate wait time, so I could make a decision on how I wanted to proceed. Also, if you send out a text recommending we use that as a way to communicate while our car is being serviced, please respond. And when you don't, apologize for not responding. That's just simple customer service. Otherwise, don't advertise that service. My oil change was free under maintenance plan, but tire rotation I had to pay for. Andrew was nice enough to cover the tire rotation, without me even asking for any type of goodwill (which I was not going to do). My car was service very well (I've had no issues so far with the services rendered). But I am extremely heavy with customer service and the customer experience. So I will say that the only way I'll come back to Principle VW Service is only if I make an appointment.Services: Tires, Oil change

They are super professional, friendly and always more than happy to help. Justin and his team have always gone above and beyond in providing a really positive and easy experience for me no matter whether if I'm taking my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance or a super short notice situation that would be difficult to handle for anybody else. I truthfully have nothing but positive things to say and feel really grateful to work with them, as my issues or car needs have not just always been resolved, but they've been resolved with an impressive customer service experience!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

This was my first visit to Principle Volkswagen in Grapevine; it won t be my last.I had scheduled service to complete a repair that my previous dealership had not performed correctly, in addition to do the 50,000 mile service on my 2016 VW CC R Line. In addition, the check engine light had just made its first appearance.As expected with a new dealership, everything was clean and new looking. My service advisor was personable and professional.I was kept advised via text message with a video link and was able to select the services they suggested. There was no pressure to purchase services.The car was ready as promised, at less cost than the original estimate. It was delivered sparkling clean. And they did not charge for correcting the other dealership s incomplete repair.Definitely will use them for service on my car and when it comes time for me to replace my car, they will be my first stop.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change
