Just had my car serviced here, as I have for the last 30 years, and have been pleased and impressed once again with the organization and honesty of the work done here with Fred Guiette. This Assistant Service Mgr., as so many before him, was a joy to work with. He and this service center is the reason I continue to return here after so many years.

I took my Lexus RX 350 in for my first maintenance and he made sure everything was done and resolved my issues with my dashboard coming apart and my cooling seats not working. If you need a good service person I recommend Fred.

In an age where consumer choice is infinite - you can buy any model of car with limitless options, the only thing left for noteworthy excellence is true CUSTOMER SERVICE.Park place is unlike any other car dealership in the quality of care, service and business.I recently bought my 3rd vehicle in the past 10 years from Park Place- but this was my first time buying an older used car for a daily driver.I arranged my purchase from out of town based on my past experiences with Park Place Volvo and Park Place Mercedes hoping/believing I could trust their quality and inspection without headache.I encountered some issues with my purchase after leaving the dealer and Nathan in service took extraordinary care of us to make sure we had our vehicle and felt safe.If you value time, trust, integrity there is no other place to purchase a vehicle from.

We bought a new 2018 Lexus IS300 from park place for our daughter and start having a brake problem a year and half later , took it to Park Place Grapevine Lexus the problem still not resolved up to now. we've been to Lexus at least seven times for the same issue, at one time service adviser gave us an excuse that the issue came from our driving and charge us and service the break, two week past the problem still there. we escalate our problem and tried to contact the service mgr. he was not available and we left a message on 9/1/2023 to call us back never did. we called again 9/8/2023 talked to service coordinator explained our problem and she said service mgr. ABe or Travis will call you back went to voice mail and left a message no surprise no body returned our call. If their business is selling new cars not service it's a shame . We know Lexus are very good cars which does not need a lot of maintenance, the reason we kept going there because our new car sales people were great. We wish somebody shared their bad experience about Park Place Lexus Grapevine service department .

First, I will note that I have bought 4 Lexus vehicles at Park Place over 20 years and have had all my services performed at the Grapevine location despite the higher prices. I was a dedicated Park Place customer and touted the great service to my family and friends.I recently brought in my RX350 for maintenance (100k). It is supposed to include Replace engine oil and oil filter, Rotate tires and Replace engine coolant. In addition, my TPMS monitor light was on despite me checking the tires for proper pressure.After the inspection , I was notified that my front tires were 4 and rear were 7 and a recommendation was to replace the front 2 tires. I declined as the 7 would be in front for the FWD and I d replace all 4 at the next service interval. No mention of the TPMS.After paying for the services supposedly performed, I returned home and noticed that TPMS was still on and again no mention was made despite the promise of inspection of an important safety feature. In addition, I looked at the tires and noticed that the 4 were still in front. Ie, the rotation never happened.I was concerned as I paid for and specifically expected the rotation that did not occur.I responded to both the follow up agent and service manager's emails asking for feedback (and of course a good survey response) to inform them both that the tires were not rotated as expected/paid for. The agent responded she would pass along to her manager . No response from service manager (it's been a week)I was expecting some type of quick response to make it right. Mistakes happen, but responsiveness makes the difference. Now I m concerned whether the oil was really changed? Was the coolant really changed? Or does Park Place Grapevine perpetrate fraud on customers? Was it because I didn t buy the tires? Is it because my car is a 2014 CPO and not a new one? I don t know any of this other than I paid for a service not performed and got no response when I notified your team. The trust is lost.Needless to say, this is a total and complete failure in customer service. I have no trust that Park Place does what it says and possibly steals people money for services not performed.I will now become a Sewell customer going forward and share my experience to hopefully help others avoid your fraudulent business practices and lack of prompt corrective response.I m amazed that Park Place (used) to tout their Malcolm Baldridge awards for quality and service. MY how far Park Place has fallen. I guess business is so good it doesn t matter. Free coffee/soda is not enough.Services: Tires, Oil change

Always a great experience! Everyone at Park Place is focused on providing great customer service from the moment you drive onto their property to when you leave. It's the little things they pay attention to that makes a big difference. I love going there!

Went it for service today to get mostly routine maintenance done and also have my tire pressure light checked. I knew the tires were full but the light wouldn't go out. I told my service advisor, Fred, what was going on and he told me right up front what it was and ballpark how much it was going to cost - before they ever even took it back! That saved me $179 diagnostic fee and us having to have an awkward conversation later. I sincerely appreciate that so much and find that this is a very RARE quality in a service advisor. Thank you very much, Fred! this made me a very happy (again) customer.

I rarely give 5 stars especially car dealerships.My service advisor Matthew H. Is very responsible, answer all my questions right away and update the status on repairs also, my technician was Jeff (I believe) fixed rattle speaker cover and steering wheel squeaks. I had to return to a dealership right away since my steering wheel was not in center but overall A- experience since fixed all the issues.Ps. hopefully Park place will provide seat covers for mechanics I found out some stains on my seats (white interior problem)but easily wiped off.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Showed up a bit early and was told the wait time was 4 hours, that all loaner vehicles were loaned out to earlier customers, including walk-ins, and that I should should have scheduled an earlier appointment if I wanted a loaner. I was also told by the service advisor that if I didn't like their service that I should try Park Place Plano.
