I had what I thought was a car battery issue 2 days ago. I called the Grapevine store and spoke with Brandon. He was very helpful; he told me to bring the car down and that he d test it for me. I went to the store and upon arrival Brandon greeted me, he was so very friendly and personable! We went out to my car and he tested my battery; he confirmed that the battery was low and needed replacing; we went back inside the stor and he checked the system and found out ithat the battery was covered under warranty! Brandon performed the warranty exchange and on we went out into the dark and he took out my old battery and put the new one in with a smile! What great service! People like Brandon are a difference-maker when it comes to service! He went above and beyond! And I m a big believer of providing feedback when it s due! Well done Brandon! And O Reilly Grapevine you ve got a solid partner in Brandon to represent your business to the local community! Cheers!

I had a flat tire on my brand new jeep in the parking lot of this Grapevine store. I was not familiar with the scissor jack I had , on how to use it. Ali the night manager saved me by showing me how to use the jack & provided expert knowledge on changing my tire. He led me safely step by step on putting the spare tire on and getting me back on the road. Ali saved my life this night from danger and being overcharged by a tow truck.Thank You Ali from O' Reillys in Grapevine, Texas!!!

Greg helped me out so much with getting my car parts and even was kind enough to give me the numbers to places that could fix my car. He talks super sweet and has great car knowledge. Speaking to him turned my stressful day trying to fix my car, into a great day feeling stress free.

Had an engine light on my 2016 Canyon..stopped by O Reilly s and they read the codes, confirmed the problem was ok to drive with and printed out the parts needed to repair. Once I got the replacement part it took me about 15 min to make the change and now the light is out!

My battery died today in the 100 plus degree heat. My battery also died 45 minutes before I needed to pick up my children from school. I called Interstate All Battery Center and they were not willing to help me. I drove to Classic Chevrolet and they told me that I would have to wait at least 2 hours for my car to be serviced. Not an option. My gut told me to drive to O Reilly Auto Parts and that is where I met Joel. Joel was absolutely AMAZING! He and I walked out to my car, he confirmed the battery was definitely dead, and he stood out there in the blazing heat and changed my battery for me so I could pick up my kids on time. Joel went above and beyond. I will forever be grateful to him and I will DEFINITELY visit O Reilly s FIRST for any of my future automotive needs. Joel YOU ROCK!

Just want to say, I received the best customer service ever at grapevine O'Reilly location. Had to replace a wiper blade. The representative Johnathan was so helpful in finding the part and even installed the wiper for me. I was treated with kindness and respect. Johnathan I'm so grateful for you. Thanks for the wonderful service. Will be back soon!

Friendly and very knowledgeable. Found the exact part I needed that the Ford dealership didn t have and ordered it for me. The price was $123.00 less than the dealership quoted me. Nathan was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

Great experience. I had a battery under warranty and dropped it off. After trying to charge the battery it had a dead cell. I called to see if it was ready when I learned this information. Nate, was able to look up my purchase online and replace the battery free of charge. It was ready for pickup when I got there and no wait time. Great customer support and good business.

I called late on Saturday about my battery and Jonathan answered my questions and was very polite. When I got there Jonathan helped me with my battery and found out all I needed was the battery to be tightened. He took his time to help me out and I really appreciate that! Went in with my friend so she could get a battery and was assisted by Orlandis. What an AWESOME experience. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was so refreshing to be helped by this young college kid. His parents should be super proud of the gentleman they have raised. I recommend you ask for him when you go in!!

Prices on the shelf do not match the checkout prices. Picked up a detailing product at $15 and the checkout prices was $23. Questioned the cashier, went to the shelf and the price was wrong. Picked up another comparable item and it was listed at $5.98 but wrang up at $21. This place is actively ripping off its customers. Shop at your own risk.

Wouldn t even give 1 star. We went there to ask if they could help my mom replace a light bulb and they simply said, we can t because we can t be held responsible . We then went to Auto Zone and they were glad to help us. We will not go back to O Rileys due to their poor customer service.

I went to this location on a Saturday afternoon in need of a battery replacement. There were 3 employees ready to assist as there was only 1-2 customers in the store who were being helped out already. I ask if they would replace my battery if I bought a new one from them and the gentleman said yeah what kind of vehicle do you have. I told him and he said oh yeah I ve got batteries for that no problem. We walk out to my vehicle and pop the hood and since there is one metal bar above the battery that has to be removed he says he can t do it. He said his manager wouldn t let him because it would take more than 40 minutes. He said he could sell me a battery though. No thanks. I ran it up to the Walmart service center and they changed it in less than 10 minutes.

I don't remember the name of the individual working there, but they were very helpful with replacing my windshield wiper blades and knowledgeable about a tail light. Could not have asked for better service

So far I'm very happy with these guys. They've been very helpful. I'm pretty much an amateur, trying to get my neglected Jeep running. I'm not a dummy, but I'm not automotive expert. I get the feeling that they're there to help. And I get no feeling of being looked down upon or dismissed. I feel comfortable talking to these guys and asking questions. And I feel like the advice I'm getting is pretty good.

I went in to buy a replacement brake light on 10-23-2020, the guy helping me was very rude. I was trying to explain the item I needed, but the guy would sigh loudly every time he had to go grab another light to compare it to mine. He could obviously tell I didn t know exactly what I was looking for, but I did end up getting a picture of the bulb I needed so that helped. He was very rude and sounded annoyed throughout the entire time. Once I paid, he said good luck with that very sarcastically once I turned around. I didn t catch his name as it was not visible on his shirt, but he was a middle aged bald man and was rather fat.

No doubt they are friendly. I will never take the chance in going here again. Not prepared to do business. So basically they turned my business down because they said they have not made enough money. Are you serious $40 out of $100. Why open the doors. So you expect me to go out of my way to find change and was really rude about. Nothing to offer for their short comings and wasting my time. Pist off. I will never come to this establishment again. Poor management if you don't have the necessary tools to conduct good business. This is O'Reilly come on now.

Unfortunately, no one knows typically knows when their car battery is going to die. Mine chose to do so before a 12-hour shift. My husband was home to jump me, and I got to work okay. However, I checked mid-shift and it was dead again. My husband met me after work to jump me again and follow me to O'Reilly's. I was thrilled to see they were opened until 10pm - especially when I had another 12 hour shift the following day.The purchase process was simple...however, when we asked for them to install it (which is advertised that they do), the response was "In the dark?" This should have been our clue to stop the employee from going any further. After 40 minutes of fumbling with random tools that the employee kept grabbing from his personal vehicle, we were told that the battery that has to be dealer installed. My vehicle is a 2017 Jeep - so I don't believe it...but even if that were true. Why weren't we informed at purchase? We got our money back, but my Jeep needed jumped AGAIN to get home. It took awhile to get it started, and I thought I was going to have to leave it to be towed. When it was finally startedand we could leave this miserable experience behind, the uninformed employee said "maybe it's the alternator?"We will never go to another O'Reilly's after this experience. If your night staff doesn't know how to install batteries, just TELL the customers. We wasted an hour and added to an already very long day.

Went in for some simple help was met by a man that could have been helpful but decided he rather be worthless. We turned around and walked right out it was one of those spots where you say it's just not worth doing buisness with this bald angry man.Update there is an autzone around the corner just go there.

I am blown away at the customer service and will ALWAYS shop at this store. The assistant manager, Timothy is amazing. His honesty and dedication is unprecedented! Thank you Timothy for going above and beyond to help me!
