Updated review originally trouble my first visit here with a scratch on my door panel previous manager neglected to get back to me about it and didnt seem to care out the alignment nothing being right and his recommended way to fix the scatch seemed rigged.The new manager and sales rep. Both got in contact with me to see how they could make things right after talking with the new manager Westley we were able to get things worked out quickly.The alignment was super fast and seems to be done correctly! Dustin was able to get the steering wheel perfectly aligned. The car now drives pretty straight!If everyone has the experience i had the second time around this will be the go to place with Westley and his crew. everyone there is super friendly here i think with the new management and his team this location should be in good hands from now on.My second visit here was a 5-star experience!

Had a blowout on my way to Oklahoma thank God I was not in the middle of nowhere.. However Jarod and Steven Over at NTB Grapevine Tx was able to help me Jarod was Super Helpful came out to my car and explained to me step by step what was going on Super Friendly Super Kind and Super Funny Steven was very Kind and showed lots of concern about my other tires and battery both had great customer service Thanks Jarodand Steven For Helping Me In My Time Of Need!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Went in for an oil change last week and truck started to leak every day since. Took it back to have them take a look. Swore it was something they did wrong, but obviously couldn t prove it. Their manager (Wesley?) took care of me anyway. Ended up being a worn out drain plug. He replaced it and topped off the oil I lost. Thought that was great service considering he really didn t have to do that.

I never review but I was traveling through the area when I got tire troubles. Ya lls NTB out there has Great customer service and were extremely helpful. They took real effort to understand my situation and get me the best deal so that I could travel home safely with ease of mind. Review well deserved thanks again!

One stop shop for all my needs. Had my battery replaced a month ago and my tires replaced today. Im having may oil changed next month. Best service and best price! Highly recommended!Update: If you have a parasitic draw and battery keeps on draining, I don't recommend them, they won't be able to see it. But for other else, this place is great!

NTB Showed me great service after my not so great experiences with other tire shops. They listened and understood what I went through that day, and they handled, fixed the general service that the original shop refused to offer. They explained their process and even recommended other things I need done that they are willing to help with. I m honored to have met the Manager and his colleagues and looking forward to doing business with them. Forever grateful, to have met them that day, shows it could still be people that stand on integrity and good business such as myself.

I am very pleased I chose this location for my service needs. The staff was very professional and polite. They was also very knowledgeable and helped me with my questions. The store was a great place while I waited for service. It was very clean it just needed a lil popcorn machine

Woke up this morning to find that my wife had a flat tire on her new Subaru, luckily in the tread and easily fixed. Came to NTB, worked with Wesley and within 35 minutes or so, they not only patched it (correctly from the inside) but had me out the door for less than $25 and all tire pressures were checked as well. Great experience and I would definitely recommend the folks here.

This NTB location has a fabulous team of hard-working and honest professionals. I recently had an issue with my engine not starting. I got a runaround from Honda dealership, then Walmart, then AutoZone, then a freestanding car repair shop, until I brought my car at this NTB location. They thoroughly investigated, listen to your problem, never pretended to be artificially busy, And give honest advice, and did not charge me a penny for all of this.If you want to save yourself from a scammers, then bring your car at this location

I arrived 1 hour before closing needing a tire replacement for a size that most do not carry. Chris and Alise were both able to help me solve this issue with no problems. Glad I came across this location when I needed a solution because they provided me with one. I was able to get in & out. Thank you very much!!

Had to have our car towed due to a flat. We got there 20 min before closing. Wesley and team got us right in and took great care of us. Tires we needed were in stock and at a good price. We ended up being there after closing but we were not rushed and werent turned away because they were getting ready to close. Made a the night much less painful. Thank you Wesley and NTB team.

I brought my Q50 Sport into the shop to swap the tires on my wheels and I have a upcoming alignment when I upgrade my sway bars but the environment was great I worked with Jared the store manager and Kole the mechanic and they were both awesome great customer service and my car looks great.

Has been very helpful. I have had shocks and brakes done at this location and have always been satisfied with quality. The new manager and the staff he has have definitely turned the store around in the last month or so.

Dude, y'all - go here. Jarod and his team took care of my truck today. They fixed my alignment and changed the oil - I can feel the difference in driving and it feels so much better driving now. They were straight forward and had no problem talking with me about my concerns, fair pricing, an overall very positive experience. Will definitely be back

Jared and Kaden are just plain good people. They went way above and beyond and provided me with the best customer service I ve ever gotten at any sort of mechanic shop. It s a pleasure to know these gentlemen and they have earned my business for a long time to come.( I had a new tire mounted, which was extremely difficult due to the tires being all-terrain and way too big for a sane person to have on their truck)

Chris and Eli helped get a new tire on my car in the freezing cold (7 degree wind chill) 20 minutes before they closed. They were so helpful and even took the time to answer ALL of my young nephew s many questions. Very thankful for them!

Chris and his team were my saving grace today. I had just finished working for the day and noticed my tire had gone flat and I didn t think anyone would be open after 7 but they were , and they were also fast, efficient , and offers friendly service ! 5 stars!

Had a flat tire. The store manager, Gerrard (hope I spelt his name correctly), looked at it and said that they could fix the flat. Didn't try and sell me a new tire. I hugely respect that honesty. The staff member, Jack, did a great job in fixing the flat.Overall, a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this NTB location. It is great to see honesty in play.

great team of people working at this shop very respectful and helpful i brought my ford fusion in for brakes and wheel hub bearings. wesley and Jack made sure my vehicle was running smoothly the only thing i d say needs improvement is the absence of lobby music but this is now my go to shop thanks guys!!!

Had a flat tire right by, and the owner was super nice! Fixed it up quickly, at reasonable price, and made sure I was good to go. They saved my day!Awesome service definitely recommend!
