I have been going to this location for a few years and I have never had a bad experience. My car is 18 years old and they do a great job telling you exactly what is needed and nothing more. This time NTB really went above and beyond to help with my vehicle. The entire crew is working hard the entire time to get people in and out. I will not be using any other shop anytime soon.

Great service & very trustworthy. Was doing a favor for a friend to air up their tires and have a look over, so I brought it to the nearest NTB. Matt was there!Which i love because he's very transparent about potential issues my friends car had & how long it would take to replace them. Plus, James was fun to chat with before I went to grab lunch at Saltgrass. I've trusted them before, and still would not take my (or anyone's) car anywhere else.

My son made an appointment for new tires. He was told it would take about an hour. I took the car in, was out in about 30 minutes.Considerably less expensive than another well known tire store, no hassles, polite and efficient employees, with AWESOME service.Thank you Team for an outstanding visit and service!Definitely will be using them again.

I needed an auxiliary battery replacement and call ahead to see if they could fit me in and was given the go ahead to come on by. Not only did they get the new battery switched out, they turned it around in under a hour. Not sure how many times or hours that you ve spent waiting on your vehicle to be repaired but under an hour is almost never achieved. Not only will I be back but our entire fleet of vehicles will now look to Grapevine NTB for our vehicle needs!

I tell you, Hugh Wilkins goes above and beyond when it comes to service. He is polite. He's friendly. Overall, he really stands out. He was at the Grapevine Millslocation and he said, I will lift up your car and take a look with your brakes. He said my brakes were fine and gave me a run down of what needed to be done and not too many people will do that. And it probably saved my life because I didn't realize all the work that needed to be done. I took care of it. I came to the 114 in Grapevine store and he was here and I remembered him. He deserves five stars because when it comes to your vehicle and tires, it can be a matter of life and death. Thank you, Hugh!

Had a flat tire when leaving work, arrived as they were about to close but they took my car in and got me going on the road quickly. Good price, speed and service. Highly recommended.

Had a tire repaired and they did a preventive check on my truck. I had just had a new engine installed a few months back and the found I already had no coolant in my reservoir or radiator. Great catch and saved me a lot of money.

Came in pretty late but the workers still nice and helpful. Got multiple options for wheels and description of each. Wheels were much better price than other nearby store.

Wonderful experience with great customer service. They were able to get me in and out for an oil change in under 45 minutes. Will definitely be coming back.

NTB on 114 in Grapevine has outstanding customer service! My daughter had a tire blow out, and the kind people at NTB went above and beyond to get her a replacement (from another store) and have her back on the road later the same day. I highly recommend NTB!

NTB has become my go to automobile service facility for not only tires and batteries, by oil changes and routine maintenance. I also get prompt and courteous service and they honor their service warranty.

I stopped in NTB, my battery light was coming on. James and the team were wonderful. They diagnosed the issue showing information every step of the way. Very helpful and great to see someone cared about! Thank you!

Love coming to NTB, free air check all day long. Especially with this cold snap, I am sure I will be back in the next 2 months if it stays cold to get them aired up again.

An Outstanding service provided today! Ryan is a part of the new Staffing/ownership group present via the Buyout of NTB! I was extremely Happy with the oil change service and how quickly they were able to get me In/Out after a day of work!Thank you Mavis/NTB! I ll definitely continue to be a patron at the Grapevine location! Thumbs Up!

My 1952 IH truck tires just could no sustain a drivable tire pressure. I tried a number of tire shops with out a complete fix. NTB in Grapevine got it right. Friendly and helpful service.

No no no, don t do it, don t go here. I went here to get four tires mounted and balanced, these bums couldn t even balance my rear tires so now I have to have them rebalanced by someone who is actually a legitimate merchant.Also, it took the service tech over two hours to install four tires and balance two of them, there were no other customers in the shop or cars in the bay.Find someone local, please save yourself the time, the money and the frustration. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, there are others shops in the area, don t go here. You will regret it.

Got in fast without an appointment for oil change in the evening. Was pretty expensive for an oil change but worked in a pinch.

My wife was stranded in Dallas with a tire that was not repairable and her spare was flat as well. These guys charged her almost $500 for a tire that I ordered from Discount Tires for $348.00. So the review above that they are honest is far from the truth. Hate making these post but figured people should know who they are are dealing with.

Terrible place to go unless you would love a good run around. I just wasted 3 hours of my day only to find out they can t even get my tires mounted and balanced today. First was told it would take an hour, then 45 mins later my truck hadn t moved so I asked and it went to 3 hours. I Uber s to get some things done and came back and my truck still had not moved. Got every excuse in the world of why they couldn t do it today. Wasted money on Uber and wasted my time. Pathetic business to deal with. Unacceptable!

They did repair my vehicle to the best of their abilities, they did a great job. However, the mechanics went through my car and stole a Code Reader I had in there, didn t notice until the following day. It was a $35 dollar reader so I went ahead and just bought another one, my schedule is too busy and I needed it asap which is why I decided to just buy it. It is unprofessional to go to people s stuff when performing a repair on their vehicle. Which is why I give them a 1 star. Just be on the lookout

The staff at NTB are amazing! Wayne and his staff are great! Always so personable and friendly. As I sat in the lobby watching Wayne s professionalism I can really tell he cares about the needs of the customers, working effectively with care and concern. I had to stop in after my tire light came on. I waited less than a minute to be helped and in less than 5 minutes they had me back on the road. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much!
