I recently bought a vehicle and had startup issues. I kept an eye on it and figured it might be the battery. I brought it to NAPA and discovered extreme battery corrosion and a melted ground connector. The guys at NAPA went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive home (in 40 degree weather and past closing time). I'm extremely grateful because I would not have had the tools required to replace this battery by myself.

Excellent service given by Justin ! He truly knows what customer service is about! The store was about to close and he was very patient and caring even helped us take our stuff to the car, went above and beyond. You can tell when someone enjoys their job!! Thanks Justin !!

Ordered ahead and it was ready to pick up when I arrived. Can t say that for a lot of parts places. This is the best one in Grapevine. Thanks y all!

The 2 gentleman working Saturday October 14, 2017, are amazing! Super helpful to a couple of Sooner Fans who were in town for the game! Woke up to a dead car battery and they helped us figure out the right tools to get it changed. Those two guys were our heroes! Thank yooooou soooo much!

Showed up at 805 store opens at 730, I tried to enter the store the door was locked. There was a employee literally 3 feet from the door putting away parts and another guy at the service desk. While I went to my truck to double check the time another guy goes to the front door again 2 workers see this and do nothing. We both stand there talking about how odd this situation is. The other guys has the number to the store in his phone so calls. The manager in the back answers the phone and walks past the other two zombie employees and lets us in the store. Then employee that was 3 feet from the door tells us we should have knocked, easily hands down the worst customer service I have seen in 2017.

Great service. They were quick, friendly and knowledgeable. The best thing is that they didn't over charge like a lot of NAPA's do to non business customers. Good job guys!

Guys know there stuff and are always friendly. Allot of other parts stores are closer to my house, but NAPA is worth the drive.

Needed some new hydraulic hoses made for my wrecker. They knew what to do! Good guys and most of them have worked there a long time.

Terry and Mark always go out of the way to find obscure items I need and rarely seem to grow tired of doing it. Highly recommend.

I've been going there for 28 years they always have what I want if not they get it Great bunch of people work there. And I only use Napa because I used to work for them many years ago at different location
