I ve always had a great experience with oil changes, expectations, and other maintenance for my car. They are friendly, quick, helpful, & affordable. A free car wash with each service is also a great plus! Glad to have this option in Grapevine.

The was my first time coming here and my experience was not great so I won t be back. I unfortunately had to make two visits only for them to still not get the job done correctly, and this took up time on my lunch break each day. My car was not vacuumed completely the first day, I called and let them know and was told to come back within 48 hours. I come back the next day, they did everything over again and still, my car was not vacuumed out, it had several noticeably small pieces of trash on the floor. It s frustrating to have wasted my time, twice. I certainly didn t get what I paid for, service is fast but maybe too fast and they do not pay attention to the small details that matter. 1 star

Very good place for car detailing. Went there on a Saturday morning and they are very organized that they were able to get my car cleaned in less than an hour and half. The price is also very competitive compared to other auto detailing places. They have a good seating area with TV and coffee maker. I will be using Mustang elite for all my car cleaning needs.

Update - the issue was addressed quickly and generously. Have changed the rating accordingly. Thanks Eric! Apparently a dark colored SUV is invisible this morning. Got there @ 8, waited patiently for about 15 minutes while everyone around me was taken care of (many of which had arrived after me).. so I kindly exited stage left. Not to return

I got the express hand wax and super clean package. I understand it was going to take 60 to 90 minutes. When my SUV was done I walked out and there was still noticeable dirt on the passenger front door that they decided just to wipe off. However it was still there. Did they wax over it and not see it? Also the floor mats were cleaner but still dirty and the set of the car also did not appear clean. I took some leather wipes to the seat and got the dirt that they could not off. I feel like as much as I paid they should have done a better job.

Today I visited your establishment at Mustang Elite Car wash and lube centre and was very unhappy after my car TPMS sensor was damaged whilst going through the washer by your employee. I approached Mike the Manager who did not want to take responsibility for the damage instead choose to questioned whether the valve was an aftermarket spec why it broke off. I've reassured them it's not the first time that I have used their car wash, I even take my employer's vehicles there regularly to get washed. This damage caused me $79.63 today excluding the $25.99 that I had already paid to wash the car.It is sad that Eric the owner refused to pay for the damage and only offered A FREE WASH, and as such today, he has lost myself, partner, my company vehicles as I WILL NOT be doing business there again.For the record, we visit weekly.

Oil change / state inspection and car wash for my son's car. Arrived about 9:00 am and only waited a few minutes. Service completed fairly quickly. Then drove around back to join car wash line. Still i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They usually do a good job hand drying the vehicle afterwards. They also honor a military discount which I appreciate. Will continue to take my vehicles there.

Well oiled operation. They took extra measures to ensure special care of my car. (A bit of painter's tape makes a difference.) They could be a bit more thorough, but overall, 5 stars.

Went for state inspection. I can't get under the dash to change the cabin filter. I asked if they carried the filter and asked the tech if he would change it out. He did, without hesitation. While I waited I walked to the car wash to inquire about washing my jeep as it has a platform and bike rack on the back. I was advised the best for me was the hand wash. The supervisor walked over to the lube and put me in the queue so I wouldn't waste time between the inspection and wash. Very good customer service. Thank you.

Awesome spot! I got a bird poop and randomly saw Mustang Elite on the side of the road, so figured I'd pull in and get a quick and easy wash to take care of it. I was blown away by all of the offerings for the price, an incredible value! My car looks brand new inside and out! Great job on the carpet cleaning, window cleaning, towel dry, and wash all for only $15. This will be my new regular spot!

Great service and the technician's attention to detail is first class. Each important part of a service is checked by senior service technician's before you leave the garage. I highly recommend this facility.

I took my car in for a state inspection.This is my second visit for this type of serviceI was in Bay 2 and the two gentlemen that helped me were awesome. They took the time to explain certain features of my Escalade that I was not aware of. A great experience.

I dropped my Kia Soul off right at 8am when they opened and they finished around 10am. I asked for a full detail, less the carpet shampoo. I had a ton of pet hair in the car, and that s always been difficult for other places to get out. I just fostered a dog and drove her 8 hours to her new home, so the car was a MESS.When I tell you I don t see a spec of pet hair in this car I am so impressed with the speed and quality of this detail. The car smells and looks amazing, aside from the self inflicted dings and scratches, my car looks and feels brand new!! If I wasn t moving out of state tomorrow, I d be a frequent customer here. I didn t wait on the property, walked to Target lol, but when I did interact with employees they were all friendly and professional.Total was $126 + tip and it was worth every penny.

I ve been coming to this car wash for about 5yrs and the service hasn t been great, but it was good enough. It was always frustrating that no matter what I paid for, I always got the same wash and they never wipe the cup holders and console. This last trip was the end of my time dealing with them. I m a disabled veteran and I had a handicap placard stolen from my glove compartment. I notified the manager onsite and he didn t help much. He told me there was nothing on camera showing it was stolen, but he never questioned the person who vacuumed my car on that side who was standing right there. He just took my phone number and sent me on my way. He didn t even offer any type of compensation for the problem. I don t know why somebody would go in my glove compartment in the first place, but to steal from me is over the top! Now I have to explain to the DMV that it s missing and I need a new one. I m done with Mustang!

Okay car wash, but the detailing was poor at best. The dog hair I specifically asked to be vacuumed up when I arrived was still all over the interior. The inside of my center console is dirty, as though untouched. The exterior of my truck is still dirty as well! I went because of an online coupon but won't be back.Edit: I gave this car wash a second chance this year, and I am very disappointed. My mirrors were not cleaned, there is overspray from their greasy cleaners left on my infotainment center and window buttons, as well as left on the seats.I specifically spent time before coming brushing out the bulk of the dog hair from the seats, and it looks exactly the same as I left it, as though they were not even vacuumed.It's obvious that there is not enough attention to detail being paid here, which is a shame, since I paid to have my cab detailed.Give this carwash a PASS

15 yr customer. Always kind and attentive and accomodating. They outperform their promises. Just had service, oil etc, State Inspection and a trip through the car jacuzzi. I asked for wet dog odor card and had to settle for strawberry. 10/10

Car service is something that I do not look forward to having to handle, but the guys at Mustang made my experience wonderful! I was in and out of their fairly quickly and they walked me through every step and action they were taking!

Car wash was great as usual! First time getting an inspection and it. Was also great mainly because it was performed quick upon my arrival and the young man who did it was super courteous! Make sure you do what you must do to keep him on the team!

These guys do a superb job most of the time. And that's one reason why they're often "too busy" for me to stop in sometimes. Prompt and courteous. Clean waiting area and bathrooms (not sure why they have a shoe shine station - but, hey, that guys nice too). They do a great job on the inside of the glass - which is what my wife's car needs most. Kuddo's and see you next time.

Was quick and easy no touch car Wash. Disappointed that when exterior dried it still had dirt, bugs and bird poop remnants. Returned within a couple hours, they kindly took care of the stuck on spots that didn't come off the first time. Thank you for a great experience and a clean truck!

I had a great experience here. The service was really quick considering I asked for a full detailing and hand wax. They did an amazing job for $100. I have a Tahoe and it was in need of a good carpet shampoo and detailing. I will definitely be coming back here in the future for the detailing service. The price is good! Most mobile detailing places charge me $200+ for a subpar job.

Y all need to post somewhere that all detailing services end at 530, not 6. I pulled up at 535 only needing an interior vacuum and clean, just to be told they stopped those services at 530. Wasted my time driving through traffic after work and will have to find time during my weekend to get the service I needed. Very disappointing customer service.

Definitely not worth the $130 detail, they will not wipe the door sills and they over polish your car interior to hide their lackluster of a service. They did not bother to roll my windows down to wipe the top part. Great Carwash. Post wash wipe down and drying is usually done with care and attention to detail. Only issue is sloppily applied tire dressing frequently slings on to paint when I drive off.

The team at both locations are awesome. They are very personable and professional. I take multiple vehicles there on a regular basis for oil changes, inspections and car washes. I always walk away pleased with the service and positive experience. Thanks so much!
