EXEMPLARY customer service experience!!!! I found the staff at Midas Grapevine to be very friendly, extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional as they managed my brake work, air cabin filter replacement and oil change! They were very timely with sharing updates and offered several options to make my consumer decisions easy and seamless. Ms. Pamela was exceptional in addressing any questions I had and the rest of the staff went out of their way to earn this 5-Star rating. I plan on doing all of my family s brake work with this location moving forward - they have earned my business for life in an era where customer service is considered by many as optional.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!! On 4/6/24 I came in for an oil change. They also told me to change the air coolant due to being low. They did both services the oil change and air coolant. A week later my car broke down on the freeway. I never had issue s with my before nor even before doing a maintenance.I had to towed my car to the dealer. The diagnostic show that the same hose where they changed the air coolant was completely ripped. How was that possible?? Every other hose was fine except for the air coolant hose. Now I have to pay $3,000 just because of their dirty little work not done properly!!!!!!!!

Highly satisfied. Working with Pamela and her team went so smoothly. A different mechanic in town messed up on my catalytic converter installation and Wouldn t take responsibility on their workmanship. So I brought it to Midas and they corrected the repair for a price far less than I expected. It s hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust, so definitely lucked out finding guys. Would highly recommend to anyone needing car service

I check around other places to get my car diagnosed when it broke. The waiting time was 2 weeks in order to get it diagnosis but when I called Midas, they told me I could get it in the same day and they did give me a diagnosis that day. The car was ready sooner than they had told me, they kept me informed of the process and they filed the extended warranty for me.I will definitely use them again for all my car repair needs.

Went for a rattling sounds under my car. Got the issue fixed within the hour, they're super fast and have a great staff. Will be bringing my car back for any future fixes.

Very good experience, we dropped our vehicle off to inspect the brake pads which by mileage needed to be replaced, they gave us an honest assessment on remaining life and not automatically trying to say we needed new pads. We decided to replace anyway, very happy with the service and work altogether.

Had them replace a catalytic converter that was stolen off my son s vehicle. The one they put on was defective. Brought back to them 3x. First time they said it was loose bolts so they tightened and said all was good. Still hearing a loud noise when driving so we brought it back a second time and Kevin was absolutely rude telling my wife and told her in a condescending tone that there s nothing wrong with the catalytic converter. A few months later and still sounds horrible, I brought it back. Spoke to Kevin again. He said he would call me and let me know what s going on. Never called so I called back 2 days later and he acted like he knew nothing about it. Handed me off to Pam who told me a replacement would be in on 1/2. Again no phone call so I called again and Kevin said it would be in on Thursday 1/4. Again no call. Called Friday 1/5 and he just transfers me to Pam who said the part is in and to bring it in on Tuesday. Brought it in Tuesday 1/8 thinking they would get it done quickly and again no call. Had to call right before closing and was told by Pam they were working on it . Finally got it back at 6:30. Told my son they did him a favor not charging him $200. What a joke. This place is unprofessional and horrible with communication. I do not recommend this place at all because of poor customer svc and lack of communication

I found them courteous and efficient. They don t find stuff wrong and inflate your bill even though they sometimes charge more than the estimate depending on what needs to be done. I feel confident when I take my car for service here.

I've been using this shop for years now and I can safely say that Pam and Kevin along with all the techs are extremely helpful and accommodating. Pam decorates the lobby for all the holidays so it's a cozy place to hang out while you wait for your vehicle to be ready. Work gets done incredibly fast, and reliably so. Midas here in GV keeps my car running at peak performance and I will never take it anywhere else. To back that up yall should know I drive from mesquite just so I can take my car here to the people I trust :)

Midas is Grapevine installed my auxiliary battery same day as a walk in. Great service and the lobby was decorated so beautifully! I love holiday decor and it was decorated so fun and cheery! Even the bathroom!!! Keep up the great work Midas!

Great service! Very thorough and courteous. Explained about all of our concerns on our free diagnostic reading on vehicle. Midas did a great job for me. My brakes were making a horrible scraping sound at noon. They got my car in at 3 and fixed it tgar afternoon. Pamela and the technicians were very friendly and super helpful. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I started by initially booking an appointment using the online portal and I was going to follow up with a phone call to confirm. Before I could make the call, I was contacted by Midas to ensure that I was interested in a brake pad and rotor replacement. Within minutes of our conversation I was told of a discounted way to utilize Midas if I was willing to purchase factory authorized parts and that I could bring them in for immediate installation on a late Friday afternoon. From the time I reached out, purchased the parts, drove to Midas and had my brake pads and rotors replaced by 5:30. Everything went seamless. Midas repair the front brakes on my 2001 Dodge truck. They got the job completed in the same day and the brakes are working properly. I dealt with Kevin in person and on the phone and he was polite and knowledgeable.

1 hour & 15 minutes & when I asked when my car would be ready he said you must be used to Jiffy Lube and not use to a thorough job. All I asked for was an oil change and tires rotated. When my car was ready, I walked to the car and noticed the tires were not rotated. So ad another 15 minutes. All I have to say is that was a thorough job for 1 hour & 15 minutes! NOT! Was my 1st time there & my last.

Brought my car in because of an oil leak. They identified that dealer didn t put drain plug back in correctly when they changed the oil. Midas fixed the issue and took pictures for me to give the dealer. Awesome service!

This time I got my brakes done and I needed a full brake job which wasn t the best news to hear. Pam gave her recommendations so i went with what she said. They did a great job. they also stand behind their work. It also helped that I had the Midas card so that I could pay overtime with no interest for the year. They are one of the most honest mechanic shops I ve encountered. If you are in the grapevine and surrounding area go check them out.

Super nice and trustworthy staff, new to the area, so I tried 2 different shops for an oil change before, and none of them compared to midas. I am currently getting my brakes replaced and once again was treated kindly and got a great deal! Will recommended 100%

Idky there s so many good reviews. I m here at the shop right now. Came in at 3pm to get my brakes inspected now it s 4:24pm and they can t turn my car on and telling me it s my battery but I just put a brand new battery in 2 months ago.. never had an issue with the starter or battery issues until now.. I ll give another review once I get a better understanding of thingsService: Brakes

I was at the VPC and they turned me around for my parking brake. I needed to get it done within the hour, and Midas got me in and out faster than it took me to pay them.
