Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing a Mercedes from a local dealership. I must say, Ron, who also goes by the name Ronald, was an absolute angel to work with. Had an incredible experience with Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine. This was 100% because of Basel Abbas who was kind and knowledgeable. This was huge for me as I am buying my very first luxury car. I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz Grapevine. I was assisted by Davius Blackshire who was very helpful from the very beginning. I came in wanting to look at a GLA but he was able to show me more options within my price range and I actually fell in love with a GLB. He took the time to sit with me and run through the whole process of what it looks like to buy a car and to individualize all the options to best fit what I preferred. I was also assisted by Paul who was a great help and took time to explain the different types of warranties. Overall I had a wonderful experience at this dealership and everyone here was kind and respectful and wanted to help me in the best way possible. I felt cared for, appreciated as a customer and welcomed. Thank you.

Mercedes customer service is just as consistent as every car made, with the customer in mind!Avondale does set apart the experience - we had the pleasure of working with John, and he s such an awesome genuine spirited person. Our experience with John never felt like a sales man experience. He effectively listened, accurately assessed our personality and life stage, and matched our characteristics to the performance and options of the vehicle. He certainly had our best interest with our desires in mind! Now that is an unforgettable experience! John, educated us on Mercedes and every option of the vehicle. We went in to service our car and ended up trading my GLA for a GLE AMG. Laila took care of our GLA service and was very organized, professional and on point. She went above and beyond. Casey and Kevin (the manager) were great at working with us on the GLE. They were very patient and transparent in the transaction. We appreciate the time they took to be able to work out a deal with us. We had a great experience overall!

I purchased a new 2024 S580E plug in hybrid from them. The overall experience was great. I only had to deal with Casey Nolan from start to end, including financing, etc., and was not switched from one department to another. Casey was courteous, professional and super helpful during the process and with full transparency suggested different ways to structure the purchase/Lease that will fit my needs. He was not pushy at all including related to additional extra options, etc. He stayed late in the evening, after everyone else was gone, and went over every detail/functionality on the car with us and made sure that we were comfortable with every feature/button. He also texted a few YouTube links for additional details/reminders. After the purchase, the next morning (today), I realized that the EV charger that came with the car did not meet the charging duration specs on their website, and I sent an email. He immediately followed up with a call and later confirmed today they are sending me an upgraded faster charger for free.I would say, one of the best car purchasing experience I had. Highly recommend the company and Casey.

My first experience with MB Grapevine and likely my last. Needed what turned out to be a new ignition switch on my CL55 AMG, however MB does not have the part available currently. I was assured it would be in within a few weeks. A few weeks came and went, with little communication about the status of the part, all the while, as it turns out, the ignition was left on when the car was put in the lot, so the battery was stone dead fairly quickly. As a result of this the door could not properly be closed, so the car sat outside, uncovered, in the weather, for about 6 weeks, with the door improperly closed, picture included. I am understanding of issues with part availability, as it is a 20 year old car, despite this ignition switch being used in virtually every MB product produced around that time, so MB themselves dropped the ball on the part. I am less understanding about my car being treated poorly, a car which normally resides in a garage, and is fastidiously maintained.

This is a very well organized and professional dealership. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a service appointment for my vehicle. Brought my car in this past weekend - was placed in a loaner and was provided with all the information I needed to know about my vehicle. Randy at check in, Armando at check out, the loaner car and drive up staff in the service department provided excellent customer service. I was kept informed about my vehicles status and text messages with updates on invoices. It was my first experience and glad to say this won t be my last. Would definitely recommend and can t wait to be back already.

Better hope you don't get a lemon, otherwise you will be the one paying. Bought a brand new sprinter and first week had issues with the power door. Really frustrating for an 80k luxury car that's supposed to be reliable. Took it in they replaced a part and sent it home. Same week got it back same issue, ended up taking it in 5 times and still having the problem. Came in to see if they would just take the car back cause I was done dealing with it and the guy said we can offer you 64k best offer. Even though there are older models with more miles and less features going for 78k. So instead of making it right they just tried to make more money off of it. The guy even said that I'm just passing on my problem to someone else since I just wanted to give it back instead of dealing with this issue.This was my first and last experience with a Mercedes. I know not everyone reads reviews or discounts the experience but all I know is that they did NOT take care of me. They will probably respond to this review with I am being unreasonable or that they tried to go above and beyond for me and I was stubborn or something, but all I know is that I've had better cars and service from Ford and that was not what I was expecting from a company like Mercedes

Title: Extremely Dissatisfied with the Service at Mercedes grapevineI am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received at Mercedes grapevine. I brought my Sprinter van to their facility three weeks ago, and to my utter dismay, absolutely nothing has been done to address the factory defect I reported.To make matters worse, I have an extended warranty that should cover the necessary repairs. However, despite the clear evidence of a manufacturing flaw, the dealership is continuously declining to carry out the repairs. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to honor warranty agreements is simply unacceptable.The lack of progress in fixing my vehicle over the course of three weeks is not only frustrating but also incredibly inconvenient. I rely on my Sprinter for my daily business operations, and this extended delay has had a significant negative impact on my ability to serve my customers effectively.Moreover, the lack of communication from the dealership has been equally frustrating. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to their team, but have received no updates or information regarding the status of my vehicle. It is disheartening to see such a lack of transparency and accountability from a dealership that claims to prioritize customer service.I expected better from Mercedes grapevine, especially considering their reputation and the fact that I entrusted them with the care of my vehicle. However, their actions have left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of as a customer.I urge anyone considering using Mercedes grapevine for their automotive needs to think twice before doing so. Our car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine was, by far, the best we ve ever had! Our sales rep, Basel Abbas, went above and beyond to ensure we got the car we really wanted. He was very friendly, quick to respond, honest, and fair. We were buying from out-of-state, and he ensured that we had all of the information we needed. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, he made us feel welcome and special, even though we were buying a used vehicle (not a Mercedes). He took time to visit with us, show us around the dealership, and ensure we were comfortable during our wait. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership, and Mr. Abbas. I would also like to give a shout out to his assistant, Becca. She was helpful and quick to respond.

I just picked up my second Mercedes from MB Grapevine. Payton and the sales team have always made it an easy experience. I found a new vehicle on the website Monday, it was ready to go and picked up on Saturday. Service is just as great, Larry makes sure the appointments are convenient for me, has a loan car or ride waiting and my vehicles get what they need and are done right on time.
