I came to check out Kwik Kar after checking out a coupon on Groupon.I called and spoke with Brad he was able to price match the deal. I let him know about the reviews on Groupon. He informed me that those deals cover up to 5 quarts of oil and a standard filer.Any extra oil will be charged up, and any specialty filters will also be charged up. There are also taxes and disposal fees you must pay. This is all very reasonable.Brad was easy to talk to, and they provided aThey're also open on Sundays whereas most other places are closed.Great service, great guy!

I came to this Kwik Kar Grapvine Mills location and the service was top notch. The manager Francisco went above and beyond to assist me and explain the issue I was having with my vehicle. He also kept me updated during the repair process and made recommendations for future preventive maintenance. I would recommend this location and Manager

I had a great experience here. I have two boys who leave my car a mess, and Kwik Kar worked extra hard to clean up my incredibly dirty interior and made it look brand new! I purchased a Groupon here and would absolutely do it again. I was in communication with Mark throughout the day about the progress of my vehicle. Amazing work!

Remember when we had the neighborhood repair shop you're confident of the quality of their work - they actually know you by name or remember your vehicle and word of mouth spreads? That's this place!They treat you more like family instead of being treated like a customer. I've had them work on everything from brakes to oil changes and I've never been more pleased.

I am unhappy with this place. I did oil change and it starts to leak. They broke the screw thread on the oil pan. They might use machine screw driver to screw it. I have some pictures below. I did not want to bring it there again since I do not have trust in them anymore. Just be careful!

This establishment is the optimal choice for car washing and vacuuming, with additional car services available. Conveniently located near a 7-Eleven gas station, where members can enjoy a discount of 5 cents per gallon, this is why I frequently choose to come here!

I had my oil changed, my state inspection done, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Even got a free car wash thrown in. Great team, great personalities to work with, very professional. This car wash is in a convenient location close to my home and I pass it daily on my way to and from work. The staff is great and the quality of the car wash is better than other locations. Read the fine print, their Groupon deal for oil change is a sham. It s only for 5 quarts. I had to pay 26$ on top of the coupon which made the total 76$. Not worth it. That said, service was quick.

Let me tell y all! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Kwik Kar location! The guys there are amazing and the customer service with them is unmatched! They have always taken great care of my cars and I ve never had a bad experience with them. I ve moved away before and would still drive the miles just to come here and get my cars serviced. Cheapest wash is 8$. The wash was great and there s a towel guy that does a wipe down at the end. Vacuum is free.

Getting an oil change and car wash at this location was one of the easiest, best experiences I ve had with car maintenance since owning a car. Fransisco, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful and honest about the condition of my car and even threw in a few discounts for me. Great and cheap car was! Always quick service and has lots of spots for vacuum. Always has towels, so you could clean inside as well. I just wish those towels would be a bit newer - we ve been coming here for 2 years and towels are always the same - old rugs. But honestly, it s enough for the free service! And they are always dry and clean, so it will do.

The overall experience was great, the staff is friendly, the process to checkin and schedule the appointment was simple, and the actual detailing service made my car look like how it did when I had it several years ago! I did the interior and exterior detail and my car was spotless. The headlight restoration was another big thing I wanted done because of how oxidized my front lights became, and after the detailing the lights were completely transparent again. I am happy with the level of detail that went into the cleaning and had a good experience with everyone from the staff I met. Only downside is the cost is slightly higher than other places I have seen, but on Groupon the interior and exterior detail comes out to close to $150.

Don t waste your money here.I ve truly never written a bad review before, but the service here is just that bad. I recommend the Hurst location instead as it s much cheaper and has a nice staff.I took my car in to get an oil change. When I got there, the man working was so engrossed in his phone, he didn t look up until my husband had to walk into the garage for his attention. No other cars were there.The oil change was done incorrectly and we had to take the car into a different location to get it fixed. I paid for the full synthetic so it s a shame that the expensive oil is now all over our driveway and street. I tried calling to discuss the issue and it s been three days of we will call you back about this and never hearing back. I was spoken to as if I was making this situation up. No one has ever asked to see pictures or taken any care in the matter. I ve even had the workers end the phone call with gotta go and just hang up.I get accidents happen but this was truly some of the rudest customer service I ve had. Not to mention the store is run down and the vacuums don t work.At the end of the day, I overpaid for oil that my HOA is now upset with being all over the street.I will continue taking my car to the Hurst location where I ve never had any issues. Which is a shame since my husband and I drive so much we need oil changes almost monthly.Service: Oil change

My car had a big problem a big BUG problem on the front of the hood best wash just couldn t quite do it CAM TO THE RESCUE! This man came around and explained how to prevent it from caking on again, and proceeded to SHOW ME BY DOING IT HISSELF HOW TO REMOVE IT! The customer service inside was awesome! Shout out to my fellow indoor smoke hater! She s the best! They did my vehicle inspection quick fast and in a hurry, while also keeping me happy by shooting the breeze while I waited. All in all, I will drive the 30 minutes again when I need things done right! Excellent work to you all, I tip my hat to you!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Save yourself the $20 and head to another car wash... Just needed a quick wash to remove the bird crp and figured since I wash there why not go with the top wash. Well should have known old equipment to pay, no attendant. When the wash was finished soap was poring down the windshield, check the car bird crp still in some spots and tire shine, ha what a joke.

I had a great experience. The wait was not long at all. I had a Groupon and I ended up paying quite a bit less than I expected for taxes and fees. Fluids were topped off, and it included a car wash and vacuum. I definitely recommend them and would go back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I initially came in June for an oil and air filter change but due to some logistical delays, they were unable to get the part to me after I d already paid for it. The owner was extremely apologetic and advised me that when I came back, he d have the air filter and would give me a complimentary oil change because of the extreme delay. Three months later, I was ready for my oil change and air filter. Not only did he remember me, he d put the air filter up to ensure he had it when I needed it! Exceptional service!!!

I can't say how grateful I am with the professional service my son received from this place. My son was doing a 15-day road trip with his friends, and near the end of this trip, his car broke down in Texas. I was in CO, so I was not able to go down to Texas to help my son. His car was taken to Kwik Kar Wash and Auto. My teenage son was not knowledgeable about the repair, but nevertheless, a mechanic, Brad, fixed the issue quickly and took of care of my son. Brad was honest and quick with his assessment. My son was able to come home safely after the repair was done. I'm so grateful to Brad and everyone at this place. Way to go!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an honest repair shop that does not gouge its customers!! Thank you so much for your help!!!! We are so indebted to you!!! --Grateful parent!

Takes good care of my cars, and never tried to over sell me stuff. Would highly recommendUpdate: still continues to be the best place to trust my cars at. Doing oil change here is a no-brainer, but they also did a wonderful job repairing my BMW X3.

Not happy. I called twice today to inquire about the coupon offer for a quick detail. They knew I was coming today because it was the last day of the offer. But when I got here they told me the detailer had left for the day, 2 hours before their advertised closing time. Since I had driven all this way I decided to get my oil changed with another coupon. There was one car ahead of me with 5 minutes left on its service supposedly. I've been here for well over an hour they are still changing my oil. The waiting room is at least 80�. Never coming back here
