I used Kwik Kar to replace my battery and fuel pump after my car stalled on a busy road. I used them upon the recommendation of my Aunt who had used them for years. Adam, the Mechanic at Kwik Kar on NW Hwy in Grapevine, was the most honest mechanic I ve ever met!!!! When the tow truck dropped off my car I told Adam to check the timing belt because it was way overdue on replacement according to the owner s manual, and could be part of the issue. After he checked, he told me that the belt still looked great and I could wait to do that. He could have lied and taken the easy $ since the owner s manual said it should be replaced at so many miles, and I was incredibly grateful that he told the truth! Ever since he replaced the fuel pump, my car s been driving like a dream, and most importantly, hasn t stalled on anymore busy roads. Thanks Adam and Grapevine Kwik Kar!!!

Best customer service! Got my annual car state inspection renewed here and the certified inspector was awesome! He was quick and I only waited about 10 minutes!It was a packed house but with several employees working the wait isn t long.

Hey, you guys, I just happen to go to Scooters to get my Pumpkin Cappuccino iced coffee. I don't do a lot of coffee, but I love some pumpkin in anything.I just happened to look at Kwik Kar Lube & Tune sign, and I thought this was so cute. Pumpkin spice oil change.... LOL, that's really cute. I told the gentleman to tell your manager that's cute marketing for advertisement.No, fortunately, I did not go here for oil change, but I just had to put this up because I thought this was adorable.

I ve been coming to this location for 15 years and they have always been so professional and willing to explain any issues in detail. The guys are always above and beyond and I appreciate them very much for their hard work. Adam and the crew are doing a fantastic job!

They are so fast and friendly every time. I will always return with my vehicles. I never feel pressured to pay more for extra things. Honest and easy place to go. Highly recommend.

Great spot for a vehicle inspection. Super fast- stayed in the passenger seat and then paid quickly, in and out in about 10 minutes.

We take our personal & company vehicles here for oil changes and inspections. They are always fast and polite! Appreciate them.And also love that I can walk next door to Scooters and grab a coffee while I wait. :)

I took my Jeep Rubicon in for all the fluid changes, windshield wipers and inspection. Justin took care of everything! He went above and beyond by saving me time to drop it off, go to Physical Therapy, did inspection and somehow knew I had squirrels somewhere and handled that to make sure they didn t chew up hoses. I had taken my Corvette in the prior week and he was so great that I took the Jeep in the next week. He is an off the chart employee who makes certain his customers are taken care of!! Keep up the amazing customer service, Justin!!

DON'T GO HERE. They somehow got oil or gas on my floor mats. Instead of offering to clean the mats, the mgr blamed the gas smell on a car in the next bay that was leaking gas and offered to cover the smell with an air freshener. Way to take care of your customers.

Tried to go to another place nearby that was inexplicably closed. Ended up at Kwik Kar and they were able to do a very fast and solid car inspection. Staff was great and got me in and out quickly without any hassle, 10/10.

Gentleman running the cash register was extremely rude. God forbid you ask him why the oil change on the wall says $47 and why you were charged $89. Won't be back.

After being frustrated with service down the street for the last time I visited Kwik Kar for the first time for my state inspection. I was in and out in 10 minutes and will continue to return to this location.

Joey was amazing! He got me right in for a state inspection and went above and beyond with his service. I am not one to write many reviews and the fact that I have been meaning to write this for weeks means I really recommend this location and will be back!

I was here a few weeks and just wanted to the give thanks to the shop manager and his awesome staff. I come every three months for an oil change and consistently receive great service. They get me in out efficiently with great service every time. I could go to the one in Farmers Branch where I live , but I choose to come your establishment because of your awesome team and the top notch service delivered here. Thank you guys. Agent rude to the customer in front of me. Decided not to stay.I have the correct location. You're right, there are signs saying you can stay in your car however, there were a handful of empty cars in line, and aside from the guys working on the two cars inside, no one else was outside. All of the 5 of the other cars were empty and the lobby was full. When I didn't see anyone greeting/directing new cars, I parked and went inside as well.There was one person at the desk being helped and one person standing to the side waiting. When the first was done and the cashier yelled next, I pointed to the gentleman on the side and indicated he had arrived before me. The cashier said "I know what he wants, it's not his turn. What do you want". Then shooed away the confused guest who was trying to hand him a $100. I don't honestly care what the before or after interaction was, if this is how you treat the customers you already have, you don't need more.I went up the street where there was one guy literally running inside and out on his own and he did it with a smile. Same miserable weather, same high volume of cars, same price points. Completely different guest experience. He wanted his guests there, your guy did not.

Have my jalopy serviced here. They keep me up and running and quickly diagnose issues with honesty and integrity. I ve used them for many things from oil change to starter replacement and considering them for AC repair. They ll treat you right.

Damaged the hood of my Scion xB by leaving a screwdriver near the hinge where it opens, then forcing it closed when the idiots couldn't figure out why it wouldn't close properly. The technician scoffed and laughed at me when I informed him. Spoke to the manager and his exact words were "oh well, things like this happen, there's nothing we can do". Morons. Take your car elsewhere and let this place crumble.Update to the owner's reply: thank you so much for the laugh, and for insinuating that I do not know where I took my car. Too funny. All the more reason to avoid this dishonest place. Placing the blame on others, classic.

I have been using this Kwik Kar since my SUV had 11k miles on it in 2014. I am still with them today with 278k miles. I had to have an alternator replaced on my vehicle today. These guys have always taken care of my maintenance issues as well as oil changes. They replaced the alternator but when trying to put everything back in the vehicle, the fan broke. They owned up to the error and,, at their cost, replaced the fan along with giving me a free oil change for the inconvenience. They could have told me the fan was already damaged and had me pay for it but they did not. These guys have always been up and up with me. As a female, you always worry if a car repair place will try to take advantage of you. These guys never have. They are the reason I have been able to get the high mileage on my SUV. They have taken the best care of my vehicle as well as always being the best in service and hospitality to their customers. Even though I moved to another town, I still drive the distance to have these guys take care of my car. They are the best. Definitely recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I came in right as the inspector was leaving and was unable to get my car inspected. The awesome employee though was happy to give me the name of a couple other places to try and wished me luck and getting my car inspection done. I was able to get it done thanks to his recommendations. This is what customer service should be, even if you are unable to provide the service needed in the moment you help the person in front of you find what they need.

We had an amazing experience at Kwik Kar Lube. We got VIP treatment, Great Customer Service, Quick Lube Job (Oil Change) and Speedy Delivery of all services going in and coming out in 20 minutes. Wow! Talk about service. They met me outside, got me in and out without a bunch of upsell. They let me know I was due for a 30,000 mile checkup and didn't pressure me to make an appointment. I was in and out for an oil change and inspection in no time. Probably faster than most oil inspections alone in the past. It was the quality staffing for sure. Great job!Update:It's been about a year and I went back for my inspection and once again the service was amazing. I was in and out in 15 minutes and greeted with a smile.

I am using this location for about 20 years! Never had a single issue, even if I will be keen to look for the one (people are never happy, right?) will not be able to find! ..well, well..they charge me for the service!:-) however, I am happy to pay it, since they do remarkable job! Highly recommended shop to visit! For sure!!!

This has been my go to place for oil changes. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Recently, after having the shop have my air filter changed, my cars check engine light came on. The shop tried to address the issue three separate times before they told me I needed to take it somewhere else to have the issue diagnosed. The manager did take the time to explain what they did and what they believed to be the issue. In an effort to try to save me money, he recommended I take my car to the dealership, where they are more familiar with my type of car. After having the car looked at by the dealership, they determined that the sensor attached to the air filter was not aligned correctly after being replaced, which was causing the check engine light. Although Kwik Kar was not able to diagnose or fix the issue, they did take financial responsibility to help get my car fixed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic
