After taking my car to another service place and they failed to find what was going on Grubbs was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Cesar was the service contact I had and he updated me by text and phone calls and kept me in the loop the whole process. Everyone was so nice and professional I will definitely be using them in the future.

2 1/2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. You couldn t pay me to come back here.

What an experience I had.I had my oil being changed at 65K. And during their 27 point inspection, they pointed out that I had a leak from an axle seal. I had so much going on that I delayed the repair.A few months later I am now having my oil changed at 70K. And again, the axle leak was pointed out. It is the holiday season and again I delayed the repair.Now the holidays are behind me and I wanted to research the axle seal leak. By accident, I realized that the axle seal was under warranty until 70K. Well, I have 73K. But I also purchased an extended warranty.Reviewing my last Invoice, there was a paragraph stating if you have questions or concerns, email the Service Manager. It listed his email and name. His name is Dana.So, I emailed Dana with the list of events and missed opportunities to advise me, the axle leak would be a warranty repair. The axle seal was covered for 70K.He responded in kind, saying he would research my issue. He did his research that validated my concerns. Dana was aware I had the extended warranty but he wanted to make it right. Dana said he would handle the needed repair.Dana continued, by setting up my service appointment, arranged a loaner car and established Brad, as my Service Manager.The car was dropped off, the wife had her loaner car. And within an 18 hour turn, the repair was made and the car was washed and ready.Thank you Dana, and Thank you Brad for making this seamless

Do not buy anything used from Grubbs infiniti. They sold us a certified used q60 that had been in a major accident and was not disclosed to us. Car was in service for 12 weeks out of the year we owned it.

This was my first time at this Infiniti service location. Dany was my rep and was very professional and detailed oriented. Cory was the service manager and stepped in to assist when I was trying to understand if I really needed the thousands of dollars in estimated repair costs. Both Dany and Cory made sure the entire process was smooth, fair, and efficient. I appreciate their approach with a first-time customer, and would definitely return!Services: Transmission, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Always a great experience. Everyone is professional, friendly, & helpful, from the receptionist, to your service rep. Getting in & out is standard. The work they do is 2nd to none! Rates are reasonable. They don't try to pressure you to pay for things you don't need. They explain what needs to be worked on keeping your safety in mind. I've been very happy with the little bit of work that they have had to do on my Infiniti. I would recommend an Infiniti to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle, and Grubbs Infiniti for all your service needs!!!

Fails to even meet basic requirements of good service. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful and amateur. They called me in to get a loaner car while my car was being serviced yet when I arrived they didn't even have a car available and they weren't able to service my vehicle either. They seem to be very confused and inept. I will not be returning for a purchase or for service. Go to Sewell instead.

This dealership has probably the worst service parts department in the DFW metroplex. Believe me, I have probably dealt with all of them because I have a Auto Repair shop. David Borrelli and his Parts Manager are jokes. I bought a crank Sensor, but they sold the wrong one and they refused to exchange or return it. As I attempted to talk, David Borrelli kept talking on top of me several times as the parts manager stood there like a stooge, saying nothing with a smack on his face, like he was enjoying his employee talk down to his customer as if it were fine wine.Unbelievably poor and unprofessional behavior.I m trying to reach their General Manager or Comptroller to resolve it, but I m Yet to receive a call back. In the mean time, avoid this losery parts department, especially big mouth David Borrelli.

You would never know that Grubbs is the top Infiniti Dealer in the nation by the personalized service they provide each and every time. They really know how to attend to each request quickly and with amazing service.

Quick service. I was asked to choose additional services even though I had a prepaid service plan. This was never an issue with my previous Infiniti dealership where I bought my car & serviced it for 3 years.

I had called a week ahead to make a appointment for a recall and a oil change for my Q50 with a courtesy car so i can go to work ,everything was set up, the day comes I show up and I'm 24 and they can only have give out courtesy cars to 25 and over , I was pretty upset but Paul Egerton changed that, he told me come back tomarrow and he would take care of me , I did he put the vehicle as a waiter as if someone was waiting in the lobby for it so i didnt have to wait to long , I went home and waited, and he called me a few hours earlier, and told me my car was done, and that when he got into the car the chrome on the window switch was peeling and that they went ahead and changed it with out me having to tell him, he went above and beyond, I definitely would return here to service my car and hopefully in the future to purchase another Infiniti Grubbs has great people.
