Great experience, ICC did suspension work on my Volvo. When the job ran over the initial time estimate they informed me and said their emphasis was getting it right, I did not complain. They did excellent work and I will return for future service. Donnie, the GM, was very professional as was the staff. The owner even took a few minutes to talk to me and make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended.

I ve worked with import car center for years now, and I ve never had a bad experience with the work they did.They used to work on my Mercedes and now are working on my Audi. They are efficient, timely and honest. I ll recommend them each time.

Love this place! Ihave a Jaguar XKR- and have taken it to Jag and to Import Car Care Grapevine - i will only go to ICC now. They could help me when Jag couldn t.

Import Car Center is Awful. The front desk was not transparent about pricing before proceeding with work on the vehicle. I came to the office with an extra $300 in fees that were never told to me over the phone. I ve spent over $5000 in total with this organization and I wish I could get it all back. Do not trust these people with your car - go somewhere, anywhere else. I would rather have paid the dealership.

Took my Maserati here for an oil change and had a good experience. Had appt for 9am over email, and I took the car in at 8:27am. At around 9:32am, they took the car around the block. Car was done at 9:44am. In total, paid $316 for oil change, 9qt oil, oil filter, and 44k injection cleaner. They also did a multi point inspection (tire thread, brake depth, etc), reset warning lights, washed the car too (cool gesture there). Nice, friendly people. Will probably bring my car back.Service: Oil change

Bret, Cecil and Paul as well as the mechanics treat my car as if it were theirs. They always go out of their way to make my experience positive. I would highly recommend ICC to anyone that wants the best service for their vehicle.

I recently brought my Mercedes Gl450 in for an air suspension malfunction issue. Mike was friendly, direct and answered all questions I had. The price they quoted was high, though surely lower than dealer. great service, they were pretty cool and the got the job done within a day so can t complain. Also they fixed my windows they would go down a little when rolled up, an didn t charge extra for it. I actually will be back there for sure. sorry for my bad review before oil light came on when I picked it up an the back seat wasn t put on all the way but it turned off after a couple hours maybe a bad sensor and the back seat I just clicked back into place. overall I m thankful they used quality parts, were really nice, and got the job done in a timely fashion

I have been a customer for many years, but I'm thoroughly disappointed by recent decline in service quality and customer service. Recently I spent almost $4000 on repairs, including installation of new tires and alignment. However, I've noticed that tire noise is bad and car drives wobbly. I went back to the shop 3 times to fix the issue, but they wanted to charge me additional amount to fix more stuff and to rebalance the tires. Skeptical, I went to Costco Tire Center to have them look and discovered that the tires were improperly installed in the first place!!! This can be a safety issue. I went back to I.C.C. and they reinstalled the tires, but they didn't really seem to be sorry. I spent 3 trips back and forth and many hours trying to correct their mistake (which they admitted), but they did not seem sorry. Why should they? They have so many customers now that it takes weeks to get an appointment. They do not care about losing one customer.With bare bones service (not even offering a ride home) they are not really a dealer alternative. I instead recommend finding a repair center through Costco Auto Program for your German cars, where you can get discounted repair rates.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I brought my Range Rover Sport in for an alignment. Came in and was quoted $179 plus a FREE multi-point vehicle inspection. Made an appointment for several days later and was quoted $179 again the morning I left the car. No call to let me know the vehicle was finished, but I got an email notification to approve the charges - $282. So I called to NOT APPROVE THE WORK. Said it's already been done. The extra was "He ran into needing to spend more time with the vehicle". Then when I came to pick up the vehicle they added $35 in shop materials. I talked to the owner who agreed they probably should have honored the quote since they never called - - BUT HE WOULDNT ADJUST THE BILL> I will be taking additional action. The dealer price is the same. If you think you are saving money to go here - go to the dealer and get better treatment and certified mechanics trained by Land Rover.

They always do a fantastic job for us. Any concerns are always addressed and they go above and beyond. There hasn't been a single time we have been here that they haven't provided great customer service. That is saying a lot considering my husbands Mercedes is a primadonna .....

This was the first time I took my Mercedes Benz to ICC, which needed the A-1 service. I was really impressed with this place. I especially like their communication via text/email summarizing all the findings and recommended actions. Jason communicated well via phone and email and even washed my car as a courtesy. I highly recommend ICC for your European vehicle. The staff was very pleasant and had an open line of communication. Jason was very clear of what my car needed and the cost was reasonable. I have to say when I drove it off their lot, it was like driving a new car! Great shop for European cars, they sure know their Bimmers & Mercedes. Had a differential bushing replaced on my 535i, excellent quality work, reasonable price and they were able to deliver the car on the estimated time.To make it more convenient for customers, they could improve their hours (Start earlier on the day and/or open weekends).Increase staff to have more availability since I've had difficulty in finding appointment for same or next day.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys were amazing. One scaring thing about owning a foreign car is the cost to fix it. Not only are they not intimidating (for a guy like me who doesn t know car stuff) but they are warm, welcome, very educational in the process and not crazy in prices. Definitely returning!

They are a great resource for euro vehicles. Dony is one of the best service advisers I have come across. They will let you know up front of what work is needed on the vehicle and will communicate with you through the process. We have 3 cars they take care of and everything is done right the first time. I purchased a single-owner ML320 from a retired gentleman with just 70K miles on it and obviously was looking for an honest and skilled mechanic to maintain it. The prior owner, and his daughter, provided every single repair invoice or record since new. Once past warranty with the dealership, I could see all work was performed by Import Car Center (ICC) in Grapevine and the daughter praised their integrity - she handled many of her dad's personal affairs so had dealt directly with ICC.Face it, European sedans and vehicles can be incredibly expensive to maintain and fix. I wanted to find a trained and experienced mechanic to work on this ML320 - not someone who just completed a training program only understanding they replace parts based on trouble codes.Import Car Center has met or exceeded my expectations on every visit for being skilled and honest mechanics. Along with every oil change, ICC performs a multi-point (32?) vehicle inspection and list what issues they've found and provide a written estimate to fix the issues as part of your oil change service.Best of all, no high pressure sales tactics to get you to commit to and schedule the recommended work listed - ICC explains which are the critical items to address first if your finances are tight. (I have 3 kids in college and 2 have intensive medical issues that are more expensive than imaginable - another reason why the integrity of ICC is of such high personal value to me.)I believe the greatest compliment you can provide a business, especially a mechanic, is to refer your loved and treasured family to have work done by their business. I have referred my son with an older Volvo V70 needing an oil change - and we'll see what else - to ICC of Grapevine. I know they'll take great care of his vehicle and care of him as a new customer which in turn makes me even happier as their customer. The team at Import Car Center of Grapevine is amazing, I hope you move away from the dealerships to these experienced and honest repair shops such as ICC.

Jason and the guys at Import Car Center did a great job with my GTI. The car is new to me, and I needed a shop I could trust to help me get it back to tip top shape. I found the guys on a Google search, and I'm really glad I did. They know their stuff, have a friendly office, and were very efficient too. I've taken my car to Import Car Center twice now and I'm so happy I found them. They are knowledgeable, honest and have great prices. A dealership told me I needed a couple thousand dollars worth of repairs but Brent checked out my car and told me that wasn't the case. He saved me so much money and gained a repeat customer. They are friendly and on time; thanks Import Car Center!!

After taking my Land Rover LR3 to the dealer, and being unhappy with their proposal and estimate, I took my car to Import Car Center in Grapevine, TX. The facility is very well organized, clean, and well kept. Their diagnostics proved to be thorough, accurate, and realistic. Some work the dealer had said I needed was not required and other preventive maintenance needs were suggested. I was provided with a complete written estimate and met with management to discuss details. During the work I was kept informed of the progress and my car was ready before the anticipated date. The final cost was less than their estimate and much less than the dealer s original estimate. Finally, I found all personnel to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. I will never take my Land Rover back to the dealer for anything.

Had my BMW m235i fitted with the M performance exhaust, an the wheels powder coated black. Bret kept me informed on the progress of my car and the schedule time to pick it up. Wow! the wheels looked great black wheels on my black car looked perfect. The exhaust looked great and sounded just like the videos I watch on this system, deep tones with some pops. I was very happy with the work that they did.This is not the first time I have taken my car to them, and I will continue to take it there.

I used to never keep an automobile more than 4 years, until I was introduced to Import Car Center in Grapevine. I have now had my BMW for 15yrs and it still runs like new. It has been serviced by ICC for approximately 11yrs. I would never trust anyone else to service my BMW. The team are now like family and wonderful people. Have never had one complaint on the service. Once you do business with ICC, you immediately know they take pride in Excellent Customer Service! Thank you ICC.

Very pleased with the professional service I received here on my 2006 Mercedes ML500. Bret kept in great contact with me every step of the way.I never felt as though I was being pressured into any services I did not need or could not afford at the time.Never felt as though I was being talked down to if I had questions about something I did not understand.Everyone was friendly and courteous.I will have no reservations using them again or referring to a friend.

My family started going to Import Car Center in 1999!! We were referred by a friend and what a great referral it has been. They are experts with import cars and I wouldn't take our BMW anywhere else! You will get the best care for your automobile and the customer service is impeccable. Bret has been there since we first walked in the door and he will make this the most pleasant experience you've ever had. It's a great feeling to pick up the car knowing it's in tip top shape and ready for the road!
