Marcus Holden was my extraordinaire salesman @ Grubbs Infiniti. I had no intentions of purchasing a car. His charming personality, knowledge of the car, above and beyond customer service. Sold me! The entire experience was flawless. He actually picked the car for me. He told me over the phone that he had the perfect car for me. All he asked was for me to come and see it. Only looked at the one car. It was truly the car for me! I loved it at first sight! I'm already telling friends and family about him! He's Wonderful!!!

Unfortunately we are changing our 5 star review to a 1 star review due to our experiences post-sale. The dealer did not properly close out the loan for our trade-in which caused us an extra month payment made on a vehicle we no longer owned - it took 6 weeks to get that refunded. We are on our second temporary tag for a vehicle we purchased almost 3 months ago and nobody can provide us an explanation for our permanent Texas registration tag. Management doesn t answer the phone or return calls - buyer beware!!We had an AMAZING sales experience but everything after has been a hot mess. Our sales reps quit and almost all of our transaction has had clerical errors we can t seem to get resolved. It s a beautiful vehicle but absolutely astonishing customer service - we regret purchasing from this dealership.

I've discovered over the last few months that I was lied to about the maintenance done on my vehicle prior to receiving it THAT I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE FOR. I've only had it 5 months and just had to replace my brake pads and rotors on both the front and back because they were in horrible shape. The battery was bad and needed to be replaced a couple of weeks after I got it. My cabin air filter has NEVER been changed because it was absolutely disgusting. The headlights are 2 different colors. I was promised an additional key, which was never sent to me and after I contacted the dealership regarding the missing key upon delivery, they ignored me and never called me back. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle out of state and I will never make that mistake again. From now on it's in person only. Do not trust this dealership when they tell you that they're going to do something on a used vehicle prior to purchase.

Kevin Tran was great! He was exceptional! Kevin made sure to offer the best customer service! He answered all my questions and even went out of his way to check with his manager on one of my coupons that I had questions about! He made me feel good about the service I received and my truck looked amazing after the wash! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Grubbs Infiniti, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with the entire experience. Adam and the entire sales team at Grubbs Infiniti went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect vehicle.The level of transparency and honesty throughout the negotiation process was truly refreshing, making me feel confident in my decision. I say this after negotiating for 3 months with another local dealer. When I told the other dealer I was moving my deal to Grubbs, they said I would come crawling back to accept their offer after being disappointed. This could not be further from what occurred! Within a day of contacting Grubbs I had a better deal on a QX60 with more options for the best price. This is my 6th Infiniti vehicle and just the first (definitely not the last) from Grubbs. I truly feel like I got a great deal and would recommend Grubbs over any other Infiniti dealer in DFW.

My first service maintenance since the purchase of my car. Everything went very well, staff was courteous and professional. The Service Manager kept me informed throughout my service. Waiting lounge was very nice. I would definitely shop for another car there when I am in the market.

Just want to say if they give you a good price to buy your car, they are lying. I was tricked and promised the number they sent me would be honored. Upon arriving I was again assured it would be same or higher than what I was offered. Then after being there over an hour, I let them know I wanted to get the car done between meetings and was in a hurry, the GM hadn t even cared to go look. The excuse was he needed to get his cheeseburger, (basically it seems he s too good for customer service is how that came across) they looked at it and came back 20% less. Then acted like it is what it is, this place is a joke and scam just a sleazy used car dealership with a fancy building.

Superb in every way! This buying experience was the BEST experience I have ever had. My salesman, Joe O'Day, was courteous, professional, and even humorous. I also worked with the manager, Alex, who is very personable and knowledgeable. Grubbs has a very large inventory and my wife and I got the SUV we wanted with excellent financing. I will recommend Grubbs to my family and friends and tell them to see Joe and Alex as they won't let them down. Two thumbs up!!!!!!

My Service Advisor was Doug. Even though I was only in for a State Inspection he was professional and courteous! He sensed that all I wanted was the inspection and didn t try to up sell me on other maintenance service items even though they did the multi-point inspection and identified a number of items needing my attention. I plan to take care of those later.Thank you Doug for a job well done!

Took my QX55 in for first maintenance and wasn t disappointed. Service facilities exceeded my expectations. Everything from a cafe to multiple different rooms to wait in etc. they even had a kids room. Service was excellent I ended up leaving and they sent me a lift to be picked up. Very pleased with the staff and Doug my service advisor was AMAZING. 10 out of 10!

My car-buying experience with this dealership was horrible! The communication from the sales agent after purchasing the car was terrible! Then, the Finance department failed to return phone calls on multiple occasions after promising to do so. (The loan rate they offered was crazy high even with my high credit score. Also, they charge ridiculous fees and try confusing you with lots of jargon upon purchase.)When discussing any issue with people at the dealership, the majority of them had attitudes like I was bothering them. Clearly, this dealership doesn't value its customers and service. I'll never even think about buying from them again. I currently use another Infiniti dealership for service needs because of this poor experience. I just want others to know this when making their decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. RUN FAR AWAY!!

I took my QX80 to Grubbs Infiniti Service. I made an appointment. When I arrived the service advisor had no idea why I was there. I advised that I was told the loaner would be ready for me to pick up anytime before 5:30pm. She said oh you must have talked to our call center customer service . I asked about a notification that it was time for service and the service advisor said that it wasn t time for service. She didn t know why the app does that . She informed me for a loaner they take a $100 deposit. I almost laughed out loud. Are you kidding me? I gave her my debit card and she walked off with it for about 15 minutes while I waited for the loaner car. Another service advisor brought me the keys and handed back my debit card. Who does this?! He then schooled me on how to treat a loaner car.He advised that you can t drive over 75 miles away and they have a tracker on the car so they will know . He went on to say treat the car like you would treat your own .This is after they delivered my chariot filthy with an empty tank of gas. The staff treat you like they are doing you a favor. It would behoove them to invest in some training for their staff on how to deliver impeccable service and compete with true luxury brands. If you want a used car experience at a luxury price, this is your dealership.

Adam was super helpful! I inquired about this vehicle but unfortunately it was already almost at the hands of another customer. He then called me back shortly later stating that he was able to get the vehicle back for me to look at. They worked with my bank and I got to take the vehicle home the very next day. Adam made magic happen for me to get the vehicle I wanted with the exact specs that I was looking for.

Terrible experience. We have two vehicles being serviced here and it's been a mess. Not even the service manager is returning calls. For starters, the service advisor incorrectly submitted our warranty claim and as a result the warranty company is refusing to pay which means we have to pay $5K out of pocket due to Grubb's incompetence. As to our second vehicle we still don't have an update and don't have confidence that they will correctly submit the claim for this one. Highly disappointed at this level of incompetence. Do not recommend.Update: got my car back and it won't even start and is vibrating even when it's off. They have damaged my car and are so nonchalance. Don't make the mistake we made and run far away from this dealership. If you look at their Better Business Bureau page they have hundreds of complaints for numerous issues. Run far away!

Chaz was very professional, detail oriented, and communicated everything clearly. I love the fact that an inspection report along with photos and pricing was made available to make decisions on what maintenance I would like to have completed. Chaz kept me updated the enter time. Acquiring the loaner car was very painless and of course makes you want that new version of the vehicle. There are no improvements needed at any level. 5* experience.

I expected better from a reputable dealership. I just recently purchased a vehicle here and the salesman lied about everything. Since the paperwork was signed he hasn t answered any calls or emails. Be aware they will tack a luxury package onto your vehicle sale but they will not follow through on any of it. They will promise LoJack and valet services but then tell you they aren t able once you have the car. They claimed they would detail my vehicle after purchase and I brought it to them, waited for 6 hours, and it came away with more smudges than it had going in. Truly disappointed and I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. I am waiting for their concerned reply to this post telling me to call their front desk number which I have no doubt will be transferred into the abyss. There is so much beyond this post. Trust me when I say not to come here.

This was my first time at Grubbs using the service department. I had a five star experience from start to finish, and I have the best service advisor on the planet. When you go to Grubbs service department, ask for John Baltzer. He will take excellent care of you from the minute you call him to service your vehicle until the minute you get your car back. The management is very customer service oriented and the technicians did a superb job. I am so happy to come back to Grubbs and call them my new service department

Our sales guy Adam and Alexa in financing were both great. They made the buying process very easy and I loved that right now they are offering to bring the car to you for a test drive if you re close enough. I test drove my car and purchased it all without leaving my house, which for my husband and I meant not having to lug around a 3yr old and newborn to car shop.

I'm just writing a quick review to note a very nice experience I recently had with Grubbs INFINITI, and specifically with Ken Davis, a sales consultant there. I reached out cold to Grubbs online, requesting a quote for a new Q50. Within a couple of hours, Ken reached out to me via email to help. I was initially impressed with the quick response time and his eagerness to chat. Upon calling him back, I was further impressed by Ken's candor and enthusiasm. From the outset, Ken was congenial and professional, even before knowing that I was truly in the market for a new vehicle. Within hours, he provided me with a competitive and reasonable proposal for a new Q50. Although I ultimately accepted a proposal I received from Sewell due to a previous relationship I had there, I greatly appreciated working with Ken and Grubbs INFINITI. And I know you will too. Thanks for the great service and experience, Ken! Looking forward to working with you again.

What a terrible dealership to purchase from.We haven t had a call back for several weeks as well (read some of the reviews below). Just terrible awful customer service. Not to mention the first car we bought from the dealership (USED) was completely lied about by the sales guy. The only reason we bought from them again was because we wanted to give them a second chance. Terrible terrible customer service. On top of that a $3,000 extended warranty that we re paying off completely unusable aka wasted. No management interested in calling me back, likely because I m not an $80,000 car buying customer from them.If you re not getting an infinity or BMW expect little respect, call back, response, or honesty.Go to the nearest dealership down the road. Grubbs is absolutely not recommended.
