My experience at the Grubbs Acura in Grapevine TX was met with superb customer service, informative information, and a smooth transition from one car into another. They truly cared about making it easy for me and made the process seem easy.I can't thank you enough for everything and look forward to keeping a relationship with you! Thank you Grubbs Acura! And a shout out to my sales representative Armani and the Sales Manager Will.

We had a great experience buying a pre-owned vehicle from Madeline. She was helpful, kind, and worked with us to ensure we got the car we really wanted. Thanks to the rest of the team: Tyrone, Chris, and crew for making this easy as could be.

Bought a 2022 Certified Pre-Owned MDX and had a great sales experience. I was even planning on leaving a 5 star review, but the vehicle started giving error messages about the brake system malfunction and idle start/stop not working. I took it back and their service department told me everything is fine and there's nothing to worry about, and i just need to drive the vehicle longer for start/stop to work. They gave me the exact same vehicle as a loaner, and the idle start/stop was working fine on it with the same amount of driving we did with the one we bought.I decided to take the vehicle to another Acura dealership and found out the battery was bad, alignment was off and caused the tires to wear unevenly and wider blades were worn out.Grubbs charged almost $2500 on top of the selling price for dealer prep and JoLack and it seems like all they did was run it through the wash and vacuum it. I never received any information on the LoJack and don't even think it was ever installed. They didn't even do a good job with the cleaning either because I had to take it to get a full detail to remove the stains on the seats, food particles between the seats, belt buckles and between the 2nd and 3rd row. They also gave me a dealer tag when I bought the vehicle. I had to go back there the next week to get it inspected and to get my buyers tag, which i thought was very strange. They were very quick to respond before buying the vehicle but it's been over a week and I haven't heard back from Will Adams or Joe.They sold me a vehicle that had issues and a potential brake problem and put me and my family's safety at risk. If you value your safety, I highly recommend you do not buy a vehicle from here because they will tell you all sorts of lies to sell you a vehicle. There are other dealerships that won't charge you any additional "dealer prep" and "Lojack" fees on top of their listed price.

Kelly Green and Jaylin Wells were great to work with. I felt like I was in good hands with honest people who actually wanted to provide a good experience. Despite some issues with the vehicle after purchase, we were well taken care of and got everything resolved with as little inconvenience as possible. Communication was excellent and I felt informed throughout the process. I'm happy with my choice to purchase certified pre-owned with Grubbs Acura.

I reached out via the website in an effort to make a vehicle purchase. I was contacted by a salesperson and attempted to set an appointment. I let the salesperson know via text that there was a very specific model and trim I was interested in and a budget I was hoping to fall within. It is not a quick drive for me, and I didn't want to spend the entire day with them searching the system after I got there only to discover they didn't have what I was looking for. I got a follow-up with an appointment set hours before I said I was available. I replied that I needed a later time and followed up to confirm the inventory. I got no response. The day of the "appointment" I got a follow-up message saying sorry I missed their appointment, and did I want to reschedule? Then I called to provide feedback to the sales manager who had a voicemail box too full to leave a message. So I left a message with one of the operators and am on day 3 of waiting for that call back.Completely not respectful of my time. Don't waste yours....

My sister and I went to go get a car for me. She was along for moral support. We went to another dealer first just got the creeps so we googled some cars and the first car that we came across was on Grubbs . So we headed on over. Everybody was very friendly and buying a car is not a fast process at all. We test drove two cars and the price of the second one was lovely as well as the smooth ride. The cleanliness of the car won me over. So,now I am a happy owner of a preowned Buick. Encore from Grubbs Acura. Our salesman Michael was so much fun everybody we met was so nice.

This is my third vehicle purchased from Grubbs. I got the best deal in town. Not only I got the best value for my trade but the discounts were amazing on my new car. I recommend Grubbs Acura to everyone looking for a new or used vehicle, they offered me the best reasonable deal and outstanding service in all my vehicles. The servicing department is super courteous and value the dealership to customer relationship and will go extra mile to resolve any issues with your vehicle.

Take it from someone who did buy their vehicle here: Do NOT buy or SERVICE your vehicle with Grubbs.I purchased my dream car with Will Adams, but unfortunately the stellar service ENDED when they had my money & I pulled off the lot.I was sold a Mercedes with bubble gum & dog hair in the door pockets. When I texted the attached picture to Will, I was ignored.I was promised perks during the buying process, such as free airport parking! You can park your vehicle at Grubbs & they promise to personally take you to & from the airport any time you fly! That was a lie. You can send them your flight information weeks in advanced, but they will leave you stranded at the airport. Once again, Will Adams will ignore your messages. After leaving you stranded at the airport, they will ONCE AGAIN try to send you home with a vehicle with the same bubble gum/dog hair surprise in the door pocket, despite telling you that the car was cleaned. Finally, the cherry on top of the garbage service: I was sold a car with a botched weld job on the inside of the rim of one of my tires. Not only can you see huge weld beads on the inside of the original AMG rims, but the dealership even powder-coated over it. Will kicked the can to the service department, saying this was their responsibility (despite the fact the car was sold this way). When I brought the car back for them to inspect the job, Jessie Parker (the head of the service department) assured me they would take care of it. However, I was then told that if the rim & tire were holding air, so it was acceptable & safe to drive. So I was told that this botched rim job has the Grubbs Family stamp of approval! Never mind the extremely poor quality of work or the fact that the car has vibrated since purchase. But don t worry, they made a point to man-splain to me that It doesn t ride as smooth, because it has a racing suspension. Oh, and they also stole every one of the valve stem caps off my car today when they inspected it.Save yourself the misery & shop elsewhere.

I honestly had the best experience at Grubbs Acura; as soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Mr Taylor Williams who assisted me throughout the whole purchase process, Mr Williams had me test drive a couple of great vehicles and helped me make a great choice. The process was smooth and stress free, all the salesmen and managers are so friendly and welcoming every time I visit! They have a Starbuck coffee bar and lounge sitting area which offer a top tier environment. Mr Taylor Williams went above and beyond by providing the best services and made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommended him to anyone interested in purchasing a car from Grubbs Acura!

This is a really nice location, and I prefer it way better than Vandergriff Acura, which is why I drive further. It is very clean and they even send you pictures and video of the suggested services to your car, to actually show any concerns that need up be addressed. My service agent was very nice and helpful. The waiting area was complementing and comfortable. Thank you for the good customer service! Thank you Jaylin!

Best car buying experience. Lisa Hamby and Tim Seifert in finance were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to get my deal done with me having challenged credit. They made sure they got the right deal for me and I walked away very happy with my purchase. Way to go you two. I can't wait to work with them again when my son is ready to purchase a vehicle. Thanks so much Lisa and Tim.

Good service, comfortable waiting area and coffee and very helpful staff. I especially like getting a video walkthrough about what is being done to my car and being able to add or remove service after getting a thorough brief on what any issues are. This is the only dealer I ve been to that has done this and it s a very nice feature.

Always an amazing experience when going to Grubbs. So accommodating and knowledgeable and patient. No pushing. Willing to get whatever you need. Jacob, Armani and Kelly were great! I drive all the way from South Arlington just to see them and take my car. I will continue to see them for all my auto needs.

I ll never go to any other dealership to purchase a vehicle. My sales representative, Madeline, is hands down the most professional, patient, not pushy, but aggressive enough to make the process run smoothly! I ve bought two vehicles from her, and I will continue to do so when the time comes for me to buy again. The whole team, from Madeline to the service center is just awesome! They all care, and willing to do what is needed to be done, even if it s not technically their job . I always feel like family when I m there, not just another body that they made money off of. They remember me, and welcome me in, and just all around the best! I must say, no place is perfect, things happen that may not always be the ideal circumstance, however, it s the whole teams approach, willingness to do what it takes to rectify whatever it may be and actually following through on what they have said they would do, that sets them apart from any other dealership I ve had experiences with in the past! Grubbs Acura is just where it s at if you are interested in buying/leasing..

We had a very good experience. Our sales representative Timothy was very polite and helped us with all the details. There were some issues we noticed, he rectified those without any delays or any follow ups. Overall i had a very good experience and would recommend Timothy.

Justin and Tyrone worked diligently in getting me approved for my car. I highly recommend Grubbs Acura .Was my original review that I gave, however, that has changed within a matter of eight days. Justin, the salesman who sold me my car has done nothing, but lie the duration of my transaction. First, he told me that I was approved before I was actually approved, but upon speaking with his manager I was not actually approved at first. Which is why it took me nearly four hours to actually get my car when I d done everything via phone with him including submitting request documents that I had to submit twice. I was going to over look that because he did get me approved, and being this was my first ever car purchase, I was excited. Before I decided to make to purchase, I expressed my concerns about some minor things on the car that I would like to be fixed, and Justin assured me they would be, to bring my car back that following Tuesday. My car was also not detailed the day of my purchase, in which I was told, by Justin of course, that it would be detailed while my purchase was being finalized. It still has not been detailed. It has also been in the service center for a week, not being worked on or anything, just there. I went by on Saturday to trade back my loaner vehicle to get my car, and it was still not ready. Justin told me that my car would be ready on Monday; Today is Tuesday, and guess what, no car. I am beyond upset at the lies, and lack of communication. The service guy that I initially spoke to was out sick on last week, so he actually let me know the status today, on Tuesday that nothing has been done. Again, I went by Saturday, and I was not made aware that no progress had been made on my car. I was just told, again by Justin, that my car would be ready on yesterday, which was Monday. I am beyond upset. I can t even put it on a level at the moment. I absolutely HATE being lied to, especially when my money is involved in something. My first time purchasing a car has been a headache. This was my first choice, and I found them on Car Gurus after applying on that site I was connected to this dealership. I should have shopped around, but I didn t want my credit ran at multiple dealerships because I m working on building and establishing credit.

The purchasing experience was smooth and easy with Grubbs, plus they had a good selection of vehicles on the lot to look over and test drive if we wanted. Everyone throughout the dealership we came into contact with was friendly and welcoming.

Yes. My sales consultant Madeline Kenning was amazing. This was my first time having a woman sell me a car and as a woman, I enjoyed my experience with her. I didn't feel intimidated or foolish for asking my questions. She took her time and explained everything to me. I did not feel rushed. I did not feel pressured into buying something I wasn't really sure of. She got my car cleaned and even personally cleaned additional things within the inside of the car that was missed. She brought a spray bottle and a cloth and went to work and made sure I was all the way satisfied.I must say, in all my years of going to car dealerships, with this being the first time having a woman approach me to sell a car.....I was impressed and very happy with my decision.I would so recommend her helping anyone that was looking to buy an Acura.I went out of my way to come to this Grubbs Acura location and I'm glad I did. Because compared to the service I got in Arlington....night and day. The Arlington location was closer but service was horrible. Thanks Grubbs Acura.

This review is bitter-sweet. I had an absolutely amazing time working with the staff at Grubbs Acura. There was something I had noticed when working the "deal". The vehicle was missing the splash guards. I had asked several times where they were as every single Acura Integra on their lot had them installed. They stated they would add them and not to worry. By the time the deal was completed it was 845pm and had been a rather long day. As a result, I drove off the lot without the splash guards installed on my new Acura Integra.Since I live, 3.5hrs away from the dealership I decided to purchase a set of splash guards from my local Acura dealership. Upon the beginning of the installation, I noticed something to my dismay. The factory location for the self-tapping screw had been removed from the exact location that the Honda official instructions state the items should be installed. This led me to believe that the vehicle at one point had them installed and whoever decided to remove them, (reason unbeknownst to me) had not replaced the factory screws resulting in the inner fending liner not being 100% secured to the vehicle.I feel this is a matter of miss-communication and/or slightly shady tactics. I was given an exceptional deal on the vehicle. In regards to the buying process, I have no complaints. I am writing this 1.5 weeks after taking ownership and am simply rather perplexed why this would even be something considered or not immediately addressed.Even with a low star review and my current frustration, I cannot commend the following individuals during the buying process roughly a week ago:Brandon - He was able to convince me to get in the door as he promised to work the best deal possible. It worked.Tim - An exceptionally nice sales manager. He was kind and I feel he did an outstanding job providing the best possible deal for a new vehicle. Zero complaints.Jasmine - She took over for Brandon. He had other clients he was working, which is understandable. She was amazing. She wasn't pushy, she was true and honest. She will have a successful career ahead of herself, if she continues in sales.Jeff: Finance Manager. He was exceptional with the explanation he provided for the terms and understanding the nuances of the terms and conditions of the sale. He is an upstanding and plain-speaking manager. He deserves a raise.(Person who removed the splash guards): I resent the fact you removed them by instruction for whatever the reason may be. Next time you do something of the nature, do a better job and cover your tracks so customers cannot tell by missing hardware due to OEM Honda installation instructions and the evident marks self tapping screws leave on a vehicle. If you are going to be shady, do a better job.So where does this leave me? Heartbroken. The individuals I mentioned deserved nothing less than 5 star reviews. As a result, of what I perceive as a slight, it unfortunately has resulted in a lower review.Splash guards: $180Hardware: $8The simple mistake has cost me an additional $188 dollars. There are two core values I would like to suggest. Integrity First and Excellence in all we do.

Living in a DFW area there are other Acura dealerships I pass, but the only one I will ever go to is scrubs Acura because they have the most amazing customer service ever. I had the pleasure to have Jaylin as my rep and he took such good care of me and my vehicle and always kept me updated. He such an amazing asset to the team. Thank you so much Jaylen for all of your help and making sure that me and my vehicle was well taken care of.

I'd like to share my experience, and I appreciate your patience as I break it down. The overall service at the dealership was commendable. The facility was clean and well-organized, although the snack selection could use improvement a few chips would have been a nice addition. My primary concern was the level of respect and customer collaboration during the negotiation process. Brittany stood out as a great help throughout, answering every question and demonstrating dedication, even under pressure. While I acknowledge that I may not have all the funds upfront, I found it a bit off-putting when my worth was implied. I had a specific budget in mind and was quoted a $17,000 down payment on an MDX to account for my $3,500 negative equity. I fully understood the negative equity, but the passive suggestion of my worth was disappointing. After making our financial situation clear, we expressed our intention not to put down any additional money beyond what was discussed. However, Tyrone, the manager who initially presented the $17,000 down payment, reacted unexpectedly. He crumpled two papers of numbers we had worked through, laughed, shook our hands, and walked away. While I understand that dealing with numbers can be challenging, we came in with the genuine desire for a fair deal, and we didn't expect the negotiation process to result in disrespect and disappointment.Kudos to Brittany for her outstanding assistance, but unfortunately, the interaction with Tyrone fell short of our expectations.

What a pleasure it was working with Trevor! I never thought I would say buying a car was a pleasure, but it was. My husband and I love our new Acura. Be sure and ask for Trevor when stopping at Grubbs Acura. He is knowledgeable, kind and funny. The process was seamless.

I was fortunate to have Ezequiel Castro take care of several maintenance issues on my Acura TL. He was first class in customer service with his knowledge and his ability to earn my trust the service to my car would be well taken care of. Unfortunately I received poor and arrogant customer treatment from Mgr.Gonzales. I was very disappointed that a person at that level would risk losing a new customer not to mention the poor Mgt skills he reflected to the kind individuals who were so helpful. Thankful that Ezequiel was my key support otherwise I would be driving a further distance to another Acura dealer. 5 Stars for Ezequiel and the young men who helped with my car. Drives and looks great!

He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. I highly recommend this dealership and the salesman Presley.

My experience thru out the service was great. My service advisor Mr. Jaylin was very professional and understood the concerns very well. I came back for the 3rd with the same problem of squishing noise from the suspension area , but he entertained my concerns as if it was the first time patiently without getting frustrated of me coming back repeatedly. I was given regular updates on my vehicle during one week of my car in garage. They also provided me with a good loaner vehicle, which helped a lot during the repairs. I wish the problem of right control arm was caught during the first time when they replaced my left arm. But the fact that they completed my request peacefully under the same warranty was good.

Typical car dealership experience. I went to see a CPO TLX. I spoke to a salesman prior to coming in who confirmed the car I was interested in was available and CPO. I let him know that with a young family I was hesitant to come in and wanted to make sure we could work something out if I were going to come in. He said he wasn t able to talk numbers over the phone. He said he s the king of deals and that I wouldn t leave there disappointed and without the car he and I had spoke about. That evening I loaded up my wife and young baby, drove 30 minutes to the dealership and met with the rep. I came to talk numbers, buy a car and go home. After about an hour of gathering information and a test drive we were finally ready to talk numbers. He left the office and came back with the numbers - shockingly enough there were almost $6,000 worth of fees on top of the price of the car and the taxes. Taking a look at the numbers, I realized the car wasn t CPO d (despite the website and sales rep saying it was), they were trying to charge me to make it a CPO car and tacked on more fees on top of that. When I asked if the car wasn t CPO d after all he beat around the bush and refused to give a straight answer - which was no. He played it off as if it weren t intentional - this dealership did the same exact thing to my brother on an MDX two weeks prior by telling him a car was CPO d that wasn t, so I don t believe for a second this wasn t intentional. After letting him know about my frustration - he agreed to waive the made up charge. We went back and forth, they refused to work with me and said that they had a guy on the phone offering more than the car was listed for (quite the opposite of the we don t talk numbers policy I was told about). Long story short, I was lied to, wasted three hours of my time, and the king of deals isn t actually the king of deals at all - more like the king of lies. Pretty typical of car dealerships these days. Overall a massive disappointment. As my brother did, I ll drive down the street to the next Acura dealership and buy a car from them. If you want to be lied to, manipulated, waste your time and overpay for a car, this is the place to do it.
