Horrible and disrespectful!Went there to check a jetski they had on their page, saw it started up with the salesman and decided to move forward with the transaction... after 1 hour we got word that the store owner/director will not sell the jetski because he was loosing money and he was shipping it to auction instead but remember this ski is up in their page, I saw the ski and started up and end up loosing 1 hour to check out the ski. I even offer fhe price asked at their website, no lowball! So disrespectful and unconsidered! Will never recommend this place!

Had a very easy fast and pleasant experience buying my kid a brand new KTM50SX. From my salesman to the finance manager, made it a quick and easy transaction. Had a great chat to the boys at the parts/service desk super friendly and really enjoyed the conversation also brought some goodies to take home for the new bike. Bike was also prepped correctly before handover. Highly recommend purchasing from this dealership.

If I could give 0 stars I wouldI always thought family owned dealers were the best, but when the sales guy tells me on the phone that yea we can get to the number we discussed and I bit the lurer, loaded the bike drove 1.5 hrs I get to the dealer and your offer was half what we discussed and all you needed was to see it why did I have to unload it you knew exactly what you were going to for it before I ever came in so in my opinion you are no better than ride now mafia do not buy here unless you want to get taken advantage of.With you being crooked and ride now being crooked I guess I'll just buy out of state thank you for wasting my time.

Bottom line: Grapevine Powersports accepted a fair price and offered their true best rate right away. I believe this is the first time I have ever bought any vehicle on my first visit due to not having to play the sales game to get fair market price and rate. See below if you want more details.Excellent experience all around.. I live in Arizona but routinely work for n Dallas. I had the expected experience in Arizona of friendly salesmen but could match the price I was willing to pay for a RZR. This company was able to get the price for similar RZR (1 year difference) to a point that getting it to Arizona was well worth it. Other dealerships played games giving me a high rate then days later giving me their best rate. At Grapevine Powersports, they gave me the other company s best rate right away without me having to tell them the rates I have been offered. I also called the company in Arizona to cancel a follow up appoint dealership X claimed they could have matched the price even though the price was thousands below the price company X could not meet the day before. I appreciated the frankness of the entire, very efficient process at Grapevine Powersports.

Took them a barely used older polaris 4 wheeler for service because it wouldn't start. At the end of the service they replaced oil filter, spark plug, new oil, fuel pump, a washer, new carb kit, on their suggestion all 4 control arm bushings were replaced, at the end of the service they recieved 2 thousand dollars because it wouldn't start. I picked it up and drove it around for no more than 3 minutes to check and see if it ran properly then put it away. 1 month later I went to start it with the rest of them and it doesn't start as if the battery is bad (though it's not). I took it back to them and they wanted to start another diagnosis charge, the Manager was nice enough to walk out to it without requiring a diagnoses charge, he checked multiple things and then the oil and said someone added more oil. No one touched the machine other than me since so nothing changed since They did the service and it's as no service was done. We'll service all others and purchase another new four-wheel elsewhere.

2 of our RZRs had factory recalls and I wanted to give Grapevine s service a try. My cousin had used them before and spoke very highly about his experience. In initially contacting them, they were so great to work with, and they wo with me and my schedule to bring them in. Once I got there, Jeremy handled everything perfectly, he was just awesome! The work was completed quicker than they had estimated and I made arrangements to pick them up.I am 100% satisfied with everything I experienced there and will for sure go back there if I ever have a need. Thank you Jeremy, I appreciate you and the entire staff!!

Stopped in with the intention of purchasing a Ranger, they had exactly what I wanted, they fitted it with the accessories I wanted on it, got it ready for me, we picked a day and time for me to pick it up, settled up on the paperwork and got me loaded up. That's the way it's supposed to work! I worked mostly with Gary but all the staff I met was friendly, helpful and got the job done...and this was pushing closing time or after. That says a lot about the passion they have. Great experience.

My husband&I went to Grapevine PowerPoint on 3/4/24 attempting to purchase a slingshot. We dealt with Travis&Andrew. However did not complete the deal because they stated they needed to speak with thier General Manager and they would call me tge next day. Received no call on 3/5/24. My husband called back on 3/6/24 and spoke with Andrew who placed him on hold for Travis who did not ever pick up the phone. Now, I don't want to believe that they are treating African Americans this way just because we are a little knowledgeable about purchases and/or they just didn't want our business. However just wanted you guys to know that this customer service was terrible and if you say you were going to do something, then do it. Obviously Grapevine didn't want our business and that's ok because Noone deserves to be treated in this type of way.

Make sure you ask for Payton! Payton was awesome, and got an unbelievable deal for me. LOVE my brand new 2017 Z900. I've visited several dealerships in the DFW area, and they are by far the friendliest and will go out of their way to make a deal happen. I wish I could say that about the first dealership I bought my bike from who seemed to be very unwilling to work with me. I also visited another dealer in the DFW area, and they didn't even walk up to me. Was kind of shocked, cash in hand ready to buy a bike (no finance). I did not get that feeling from Grapevine. If you are in the market, I strongly urge you to visit or at least give them a shot to get your business!

My husband and I stopped by to look at helmets, and Grapevine Powersports happened to have the bike that I've been looking for for months (Kawasaki Ninja 400 in Pearl Blizzard White/Metallic Carbon Gray). I had not expected to buy a bike till next year at the earliest, but Travis and Courtney were beyond helpful in answering our questions! They went above and beyond to be open and upfront about any and all costs, which made me comfortable enough to buy the bike before we walked out that day.Travis was friendly, professional, and gave us plenty of space and time to discuss our options while still being available for questions. I am BEYOND pleased and excited about the bike, and grateful to Travis and Courtney for all their help!

These guys do not seem to understand the simple meaning of customer service. Customer is always wrong and they do not listen, a lot of time wasted explaining what they can t do to help, even repairing a flat tire seems like an impossible task. Unfortunate because it s a convenient location and the previous regime seemed to want to help, guess we will have to find a new place to take our machines for repairs.

Bought my KTM from here. Everyone is very polite and professional. Buying here was very relaxing and not a stressful experience. I didn t feel pressured or like I was getting swindled. Everyone I talked to up there was very knowledgeable. Anyone can sale you a bike but knowing what you re selling is a different thing entirely. Parts and service are very good as well. All around this place is a great place to buy a bike. Have it fixed or serviced.. Honest people, knowledgeable about what they have, and customer friendly

Called into these guys multiple times in regards to selling a side by side to them. They told me multiple times to bring it in so they could take a look at it and make me an offer. Wasted a whole day cleaning it up and loading it to bring it to them just for them to tell me they will only take it on a trade When I told them I was interested in a unit to trade it in, they told me they couldn t do that either since they don t have the unit I want in stock. What a joke, shop elsewhere.

It was difficult to find someone who wanted to help me I found a bike I was really interested in. When I was able to find someone who could help me, he was unwilling to start the bike (his boss doesn t allow bikes to be started inside almost all their bikes were inside.He told me that I would have to schedule a test drive. I explained I lived about 4 hours away and due to work I could not return for a test ride the next couple of days.I left not knowing how the bike sounded or rode.Went to Broadway Powersports, I found the same bike in a color I loved and they allowed me to start the bike inside, they made sure it was all serviced up then let me take it out for a test ride. I fell in love with the bike and dropped over $27,000 right there on the spot for the bike.

Not client centric at all. All they care about is charging full price for stuff. I called to ask if they will price match tires for a UTV, which can be bought online from dozens of retailers most of which are other dealers in the country. The guy asked his manager and they said no thanks so let me understand this- those other dealers are not only selling them at a discount but they are eating the free shipping charge and you won t even order them to be picked up at your store? You don t have them in inventory, it takes up zero floor space, your still making a profit and don t need to ship them anywhere. Yet you would rather make zero profit instead of helping a client and making money. Sounds like a great business plan no worries- will spend thousands on rims and tires elsewhere. Updating this review- I literally just went to another large dealership this morning and spent $1,876.00 on rims and tires. Super easy transaction and they were happy to give me 10% off with no questions asked. Guess you missed out on some profit????????? :)

New in town and like to support local business but start small to see what they're about. Took my custom painted rims in to have new tires mounted. GP thought they'd be ready same day, but I said 'take all the time needed just don't damage them'. Dave assured me they could be trusted and that he had a specific tech in mind to do it. They never called me so 2 days later I headed in to pick up the wheels and there were 4 significant chips in the back rim. Not the end of the world but if everybody made 4 chips every tire change, then I'd have dozens on there by now. Anyway, they waived the fee and Dave told me he'd be contacting a paint shop on my behalf to see what could be done and then he'd let me know but I never heard back from them. This is all I needed to know about their level of care before recommending any larger venture with their service dept.

I've deal with them twice. Once to buy a clutch cable (for my 17 year old Kawasaki, they had clutch cables in stock) and yesterday for a rear tire.They charged $23 less than they quoted me and had it ready before they said they would.I've only lived here a year, had the worlds' best dealer in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Looks like I found another good one.

This dealership is amazing. I just bought my first bike and after months of searching and walking around local dealers I have to say that this place made the buying process so amazing. Mason sold me the bike and Denise in finance hooked it up. I got a few aftermarket installations on the bike and they got all that ready to go on the day I wanted to pick it up. They truly made me feel like they appreciated my business and at no point did I feel like they were trying to screw me over. They went above and beyond.

Jeremy was awesome. He stayed at the dealership way after it closed because I came in half an hour before close. He answered all my questions showed my bikes till I decided on one. Got the paperwork going and I have a new bike no muss no fuss.

Just had my second awesome experience with Grapevine Powersports! The first was buying my KLR650 from them this summer. The second was that they were gracious enough to loan our student organization a Kawasaki Mule for the Colleyville Heritage High School Homecoming Parade. Great people!

Big thank you to the parts department. I Had a hard time finding a clutch master cylinder repair kit for bike. It is not OEM so there was no way to tell what model I needed the parts for. You parts department did some checking and found a kit that was local and cheaper than anything I could find. I wanted to fix my bike before the weekend and thanks to them I got the parts I needed fixed my bike and rode all day Saturday with perfect weather. Great work I appreciate it!

Travis and the crew were awesome. Purchased a new ATV on-line and the process was very easy. Unit was detailed when i arrived, paperwork took a few minutes, loaded on trailer and down the road i went. Great Job

Recently purchased an atv tire here. Service was great and staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately when we picked the new tire up they asked if we d like them to mount it. A service we learned they charge $80 for!!! WoW! We took our chances and declined. Pulled up to Discount Tire and had it done for $10 in leas than 5min. I know it s not on the employees who again were great. Just beware you might be severely price gouged by this company. Be sure and checkout their pricing for parts and services!
