Decided to trade in my 2008 Accord for something made in the last decade. Love the 2024 I got. Gus was super friendly, made the whole process easy and painless. Every employee we dealt with was professional and polite. Very respectful of our time, which I definitely appreciate. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Gus is a phenomenal salesman he is very caring knowledgeable an is honest. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible since I had a budget I had to stick to. Was in need of a car and was already nervous since this was my first car ever. I had Gus as my salesman and heard great things from a family member of mine. I had a terrific experience with the salesman Gus Rodriguez! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to my wants and needs! He worked hard to get me at a comfortable monthly payment as well. I also had a great experience with Mike Torres in the finance department, he was thorough in his explaining and answered all of my questions!I highly recommend them and Grapevine Honda in general!

Michael Hensley was very helpful. He worked with us to get what we needed. He showed me how the Pilot worked and all its functions. What a great help. He helped us from the start to finish. The financial guy was very helpful also sorry his name has slipped my mine I know his face . . He went over the warrant option and worked with us for what was best for our needs. They where not pushing anything trying to make a sale. I would come back and buy a Honda form them . I now have 3 Honda automobiles. What a great company. They help you start to finish.

I recently purchased a car from Grapevine Honda. While the initial buying process went acceptable, my experience afterward has been nothing short of frustrating.1. License Plate and Title Delay: It has been two months since my purchase, and I still haven t received my license plate or title. Today, my temporary license plate is expiring, leaving me in a precarious situation. I ve made multiple calls to Grapevine Honda, but the representatives seem unable to locate my salesperson, Eric (aka Big E), who is apparently, I don t know why, the key to resolving this issue.2. Unfulfilled Promises: During my calls, I ve received conflicting information. One representative assured me that Eric was right next to them and would call me back promptly. Another promised to relay a message to Eric, but despite waiting for several hours, I heard nothing. It s frustrating to be left hanging without any updates.3. Silence from Management: I also reached out via email through their website s message portal, contacting both the sales team and management team. Unfortunately, no one bothered to respond.4. Email from General Sales Manager:�I received an email from the General Sales Manager, Ronald Jackson, requesting feedback on my shopping experience. I promptly replied, expressing my concern about the missing license plate. Unfortunately, despite my inquiry, I received no follow-up communication from Mr. Jackson or anyone else at Grapevine Honda.5. Cash Purchase, Zero Updates: As someone who paid in cash for this purchase, I expected better service. After driving off the lot, I ve been left in the dark regarding the progress of my documents. This lack of communication is unacceptable.Conclusion:Grapevine Honda s post-purchase service has been disappointing. I urge them to prioritize customer communication and promptly address outstanding issues. As a customer, I deserve transparency and timely updates.Additionally, I think it s essential to consider both positive and negative reviews when evaluating a business. While some customers may have had positive experiences, I discovered that Grapevine Honda s rating on one of the most popular website is a mere�1.4 out of 5 stars. This discrepancy raises concerns and highlights the need for improvement.

I purchased a 2013 ford escape from here and it was a good experience! My salesman was Edurado and he was very kind and laid back. He worked with me knowing my schedule was chaotic.I also didn t feel like I was pushed into buying anything. Only negative thing was the right blinker was going out when I came to test drive. I decided not to purchase the car that day because they couldn t repair the light till the next monday. I drove almost two hours to come back and get it after they repaired the light the following day. Other than that it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to others.

Purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot this past Saturday and so far I couldn t be any happier with the entire experience. If you are in need of a new ride go see Jose or Gus! Jose was our primary salesman and you couldn t ask for any better. He didn t try to be pushy or sell us the highest model of what we were looking at. We were apprehensive about buying a car in this economy but GV Honda made it worth it. Sean was our salesman and was no pressure and was very informative over what our needs were. He worked closely with Weston in Finance and, no joke, they got it knocked out; quickest in and out at a car dealership we ve ever had. The follow up could ve been better from Finance s end if I didn t have the writing or a 4 year old but they went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed with paperwork and knowledge for a seamless start with our Honda Pilot. Great job y all! We ll be back.

Team Honda was able to protect me from future break downs. I am not the person that waits for it to break then fix it. I prefer preventative maintenance over breaking down. I drive over an hour to get to work..Highly recommend Christian and Howard as your service advisors. They understand you and your vehicle needs at the time of service. I have been and will continue to be a long term customer of Honda of Grapevine.

Recently purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid at this dealership and what an experience! I was treated exceptionally well by Weston Hook who took the time to answer my questions and help me get a fair price with no unnecessary pressure. Loved my experience at Grapevine Honda, I've been grinning from ear to ear ever since. Big shout out to Veronika Egginton in the F&I Office (not pictured) for her professionalism and for treating me like a person and not an ATM .

Byron Sherman is an excellent salesman. He's very friendly and does his best for his customers. I purchased my second car from him. My first new car was several years back when he was at Kia. I wouldn't buy from any other salesman. Mr. Molina also did a great job at getting my payments where I wanted them. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and with my salesman and finance person.

I came to receive a service maintenance. Daryle helped me throughout the process. Apart from the oil change and tire rotation service, I have also mentioned that I'm listening to hiss noise from air conditioning when I switch it ON. He checked with his technicians and confirmed that is an issue and also provided me a comfortable date to pick for that fix. He is very patient and listened to everything I said. This is my first time here, Daryle was kind and welcoming. I have received excellent service. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to review. I would recommend this place for any Honda customer.

It was ok. It can't be compared to Lexus. There were no compliments key chains or anything that would promote their brand. Free stuff is a walking advertisement for them. I wished I had reverted time and spent my money on a Lexus. Although Jason's effort was appreciated. It would be nice if they offered complimentary key chain/a baseball cap with their logo. Those items would be 'walking advertisement ' for them.

Test drove a Pilot Trailsport a few times with intentions to buy. I ended up walking out of the dealership because during the initial negotiation process the Sales Manager was aggressively yelling, over talking, and telling me how he knows everything.Anyways the sales rep I worked with was cool. I'm not sure if that's how they deal with everyone with a sale manager just going in and trying to bully every client.I sent out a inquiry immediately after to 4 other Honda dealerships that had what I wanted. I ended up getting what I wanted no hassle, no upfront upselling, by purchasing one from Honda of Denton.It's unfortunate, because I would have most likely continued to purchase other Honda's at this location, but because of the Sales Manager's awful tact and overall berated rudeness I'll be going to any other dealership for future buying and maintenance.If anyone else has the same experience I definitely recommend just cold emailing other locations and finding someone who will be straight with you.

Mr. Andrew took very good care of me during the visit. He even walked me out to my vehicle and opened my door for me, going above and beyond to deliver a great experience. The services were completed well ahead of the estimated time. I really liked a new feature, where they send you a text when upon arrival and you can opt-in to receive real-time updates about your service(s). It made the experience very easy to see what other recommendations they discover during the initial inspection.
