A great Service experience. I scheduled service for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 1/2 early and my service manager Alfredo Zacarias jumped right on it. He showed me my options for the service I had scheduled and explained them thoroughly so I understood them to make an educated decision. He got me right in even though I was early. He made sure I was comfortable in break area knowing I was going to stay and wait for my vehicle. Kudos to Ford and double for Alfredo. Thanks Grapevine Ford

Grapevine Ford - Both sales/finance and service have been beyond infuriating to do business with. This review is based on the services department as requested after a recent visit. We have 2 ford vehicles, a 2022 Ford Bronco and a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach E.The most recent experience includes the Mach E. We brought it in for the standard 30k mile service, to check on new tires, and getting the windshield replaced. We purchased this vehicle at Grapevine Ford and added some $2500 additional coverage package that was supposed to cover windshields, tires, etc. Before we even made it in for service, we called over 45 times trying to figure out if the windshield would be covered and were promised calls back over 20 times to which we never received a call or got the info. So, we scheduled the appointment and took the vehicle in for standard service which at the scheduled appointment time of 10:30AM and were told it was a simple service request. The service advisor said he would let us know about the windshield and get a quote on tires which was identified as taking approximately 1 hour. At 1:45, the vehicle was still not done and I requested a ride back to the house as I needed to get back to work. They mentioned the vehicle would be completed within 30 minutes, but shared they would bring it. As I hopped into the Lyft with a stranger (not a Grapevine Shuttle) I was informed that the windshield was not covered by the expensive service and did not have a price for a new windshield. They also had yet to quote new tires.Additionally, the vehicle was not ready until nearly 4:00 and it was dropped shortly after but was not washed as requested (they ask if you want the vehicle washed when checking in).The service to rotate tires, check fluids (there is no oil), replace cabin filter ended up costing $320! That is expensive windshield washer fluid. Our last service was on the Bronco which was scheduled for an oil change at 7:00AM (First appointment). I was waiting at 6:45 to check in and was the second person in line. I sat around until 2:00PM to finally see them pull the vehicle back into service. Upon going in, they struggled to even be able to get to where they could replace the oil damaging and stripping several screws in the protective plates under the vehicle which is a part of the Bronco. They did not have replacements and put it in the trunk of the car with no repair plan. Additionally, in rotating my tires they left the spare not fully mounted and when I got home and opened the trunk to get the plate out the tire actually fell off. I am glad I only live 7 minutes away and it did not fall off on the highway as I would have been responsible for any damaged caused.Overall, this dealership is the most frustrating dealership I have worked with and I even purchased a vehicle from here. The only way anyone contacts you is if show slight interest in buying a car but other than that good luck getting any assistance on anything.

I used lincoln but it's the same mechanics. Hands down the worst service in my life, age 63.I told the GM that Yugo probably has better service. I had warranty work done on new car with 300 miles on it and had to return 4 times for stuff they broke or left disassembled. Parts in the back seat they didn't put back on and they say come get your car it's ready . I used 5 Star Ford for my F250 and maybe they can do Lincoln repairs hopefully. People should take all the 1 star reviews as sound advice, you have been warned.

The service provided by David and Grapevine Ford was awesome. He met me at my truck door when I arrived. Great communication to inform me of the service needed and when it was ready. I am now a Grapevine Ford customer. Thank you

Went in to have the techs program the new 2nd key for the 2023 Expedition Max we bought 3 weeks ago from Grapevine. Miguel couldn t be there to help me, but he made sure that I was covered. Miguel has been great about making sure that we are always taken care of.

I always trust Grapevine Ford / Lincoln with taking care of my car. Great customer service and mechanics. Opportunity for improvement would be turn-around time, especially for basic services like oil changes. Otherwise, they re great!

I had an appointment at 10 a.m. for an oil change and tire rotation. 3 hours later and the car just went back to get started. What good was it to make an appointment a week in advance. Worst dealership service experience I ve ever had. This will be the last vehicle I buy from Grapevine Ford Lincoln.

I left pretty disappointed after getting service done on my 2023 F150 5.0. I had requested only an oil change and tire rotation to be performed for my 20,000 mile service. Per the maintenance manual, Ford also recommends the cabin air filter be replaced at 20k, so knowing this, I replaced it myself the night before to save some money (all Ford reccomends is oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter at 20k). The engine air filter is not due until 30k but I went ahead and replaced that as well for good measure as it was a bit dirty. I went to Grapevine Ford for my oil change and tire rotation the next morning, and I was surprised when they said the subtotal would be almost $350 for the services I had scheduled. I reiterated that I had only asked for an oil change and tire rotation and they revised the price to around $100, which I thought was still a tad high since my usual Ford dealer does it for $65. I left the truck there, and while I was gone, they called me saying my cabin air filter and engine air filter were "dirty" and needed replaced, and that my wiper blades needed replaced as well (I replaced these myself only 3 months prior as well). This would have all been an additional $160, so naturally I declined all of it knowing I replaced all of these myself already. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I asked if they took the time to actually inspect these items or if they just reccomend them anyway. The advisor told me they do indeed take them out and inspect them. Something is obviously not lining up here, as if they would have taken the time to look at them, they would have seen all of these items were brand new and did not need replacement. I was pretty disappointed to learn all this as they tried to upsell me on items I did not need. Additionally, after I left the dealer and had paid, I looked back at my receipt. There was a $40 charge for a "battery service" that I had never asked for, which is why this oil change and tire rotation was so expensive. The truck is brand new and still under warranty, there is no need for this, and is not included in the Ford maintenance manual. I go by manufacturer specification on everything. Admittedly, I should have read the advisor's iPad a bit more when I signed for the service, but I specifically said I want only an oil change and tire rotation and nothing else, so that's pretty upsetting that I paid for this even though I did not want it. As far as high notes, I will say that everyone was relatively friendly, the service was done in a reasonable amount of time, and I appreciated the Lyft to take me back to the office. However, the overall experience was pretty disappointing and I cannot reccomend this location. This review is solely a reflection of the service department and no other departments such as sales.

I wish I could rate the Grapevine Ford service department a zero!If you read the Grapevine Ford reviews on the major review websites, it is strikingly apparent that their primary focus is on the sale. Except for the flim-flam Finance Department, they seem to do a fairly decent job at selling vehicles. It difficult to comprehend how a dealership can survive while providing such incredibly poor customer service. I don t really have the words to describe it. Its breathtaking!First of all, you can t call there department representatives directly. Service calls are taken by some remote call center. All the call center reps can do is try to connect you directly to the service department. I tried four times today, and was never able to get through, so the call cener rep sent the Service Manager (Scott?) a message for him to call me. That was over three hours ago!I finally decided to the Five Star Ford service department. They, literally answered the phone, answered all my questions and resolved my problem in less than 15 minutes!

I was called to pick up my 2021 F-150 Platinum truck after having Ford recall work completed. I picked it up late one evening and the next morning noticed my driver side windshield wiper and two pieces of console molding in the back seat. The molding around the wiper arm was also not reassembled. I had to reassemble all of the parts myself. Very poor project completion especially Grapevine Ford kept my truck for about 1 month.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Had an electrical issue with 22 F150. Called service department left message and no call back. Towed in using roadside assistance next day. Received call explained the issue. 2 days later received a text thanking me for servicing my vehicle. Had to call to see if this means my vehicle is ready. Very polite person said yes it is. I asked what was wrong with it and they didn t know but said they can transfer me to the service advisor. No answer left message. 3 days later still no call back. Vehicle not fixed but at least it is running. First time using the dealership and with the service I received or lack there of, I guess I will drive further to get someone who cares enough to call you back. If you re looking for zero human interaction but very efficient automated text messages, this is the place for you.Service: Electrical

My first experience was not good for Grapevine Ford. After getting through to a manager I was able to have a real conversation and slow the world down. They ultimately stayed in communication with me and helped me work through a litany of maintenance issues with my Ford Expedition. They could not take care of all of my needs, but I understood why and was able to plan appropriately. I am editing my original post and making sure that Grapevine Ford gets recognized for helping make my situation right.I can work with a team that will admit if they've made mistakes and slow down to do a good job. I will happy bring my car back to Grapevine Ford for any future work and if I am ready to purchase a new Ford in the future.

Came in for first oil change appointment made on website. Service advisor did not have it on record. Recommended oil change package for $160. Asked about a couple of warranty items and was told that would be a separate service area and appointment.Received the invoice at check out to see that there is a safety recall but it was not completed. We may as well have gone to a national oil change facility as this was a waste of time since we expected Ford full service at a Ford Service location.***edit additional information***My husband noticed than when he picked up his truck 2 weeks ago, there was an oil change sticker placed on the corner of the windshield that had miles of 8000 noted on it. His current odometer was about 7300. He took the sticker down because it didn t make sense. A week later, the change oil light message showed up on the dash. Mh husband called and spoke with the service manager. The service manager listened to my husband s concern that it appeared that the oil never actually was changed. The service manager offered to do another oil change the next available business day. My husband agreed to take it back because he wanted to make certain that the oil was indeed changed. When my husband arrived the service advisor told him that there would be a charge for the oil change even though my husband was assured by the service manager that they would make the technician do the oil change again for my husband s peace of mind. This has been a continuous situation and my husband is not confident in the quality of service that Grapevine Ford provides. An oil change is one of the most basic of services. This service facility can not even do it right or even correct the perception that they can do it correctly. Our experience only.

Called to set up an appointment with service. Was given a date and time for the appointment and told it would take a few hours. Fast forward a few days and I show up to my appointment at the scheduled time only to find out that my appointment wasn't scheduled and that they would like to keep my truck for 2-3 weeks in order to do a 2 hour job. Waste of time

Service Customer Rep. Ana was pleasant to schedule with, and to handle all my questions. My issue with Grapevine Ford Service is actually with the Management itself and how they blatantly overprice a part replacement and labor. For whatever their reason, and no matter how you look at it, its an avaricious scheme and con. The part itself, which is a Ford part, takes 5 min to replace and costs $50 - 70 for the part. It s a microchip, or sensor, that is unplugged and removed, then insert the new and plug back in. You can reach it easily under the hood, you don t touch other parts in the engine, its as simple as putting on a shoe. It just fits right in, boom and you re done! The part cost me $55 at Autozone, it took me 5 minutes. Ford service originally wanted to charge $640 for this part and labor! They claimed it included the Ford lifetime warranty for the part and labor. I had already allowed them to do a brake fluid flush, steering flush and other general maintenance that bulked up to $800, I naturally declined the addition $640. Typically, their service department washes the vehicle when done. They didn t even do that for me, even when spending $1400 within less than 3 months. It s a good thing I m learning more about cars from my brothers and my dad. It really is so offensive that these dealership service departments are more of a con man s business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

I hope I can change my mind but... The consultant that took care of my case was quick to receive my car but due to personal issues he had to leave earlier, apparently, he did not notify someone else that I was waiting on the other room for the conclusion of the service (oil and tire rotation). In summary, I waited about 2 hours, then I realized too long had passed I looked for the consultant and got the news he had to leave. It is okay everybody got personal issues but my surprise was that no one there was aware I was waiting in the other room.Concluding, the car was there, with service concluded, waiting for me, but it took extra 15 minutes to someone reach out the consultant and knowing what happened with my car. Probably they had finished the service several minutes before and no one told me.I m leaving 3 stars just because the consultant called me later apologizing and spent some time asking me how the car was after 1 week. I may give them a second chance but not sure.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change
