Grapevine Ford provided the best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had. Everything was straight to the point, fair prices, excellent financing, and excellent communication from everyone involved. After submitting credit app online, I had a call back from my salesman within 15 minutes with multiple approvals and options. I stopped by the office after work, all the paperwork was ready for my signature and start to finish only took 20 minutes. Honestly can t say enough good. Grapevine Ford earned a loyal customer.

We went to six or eight different dealerships before we settled on this one. This dealership had the selection, the pricing, and the service contracts to support us for years to come. If you are looking for a used vehicle, as for JOSEPH DAMBRO to work with you. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and is willing to answer all of your questions without any pressure. The dealership is clean, efficient, quick with paperwork, and does not play games with the pricing. We are a Ford family and will go back again for our next Ford. Unfortunately, right now we are out of room in the garage...

We really appreciate and love Grapevine Ford!! They were low pressure but very attentive and ready to help in all aspects of what we were looking for, how we wanted to pay, making the whole ordeal a smooth, seamless, low pressure, and high quality experience!. We had a great team to work with. Dion in sales, his manager Andrew, and Will the money man in finance. They listened, supplied choices in vehicles of our desire, and offered a great deal and freedom of finance on the final choice. We traded in our 2016 F-150 which we loved for a 2024 Expedition!!! Totally love all aspects of this experience.

We live 100 miles away from dealership. Dealt with Mark in Lincoln sales over the phone and tentatively agreed on details of purchasing new Lincoln Corsair over the phone. Car and deal were exactly as represented when we arrived. While there we also dealt with Sandy in sales and Greg for final price and paper work. Mark, Sandy, and Greg all get five stars. I highly recommend this dealership and these people.

Fantastic Service! I travel 26 miles one way to avail myself of the services of Grapevine Ford. In my experience from purchasing my Ford new in 2014 to every major service appointment, they have proved trustworthy and competent. My service advisor Pete Roshell is excellent. He always keeps me informed and looks for the best service options for my F150. I highly recommend Grapevine Ford!

Jarvis is the best auto salesman anyone can hope for, working at a location that understands how to make a customer have no regrets about shopping with them. Jarvis was informative and straightforward from the get go, answering all my questions about purchasing a new car. I ordered a 2024 Maverick XLT Tremor right when the banks opened and, due to my desperation with not being able to get one built in 2023, tried to order through 3 separate dealerships. It speaks volumes that Jarvis and Grapevine Ford were able to get my order in that same day so my fears of production delays making my order not go through again were eased. Not only that, he accommodated me with my budget to make sure the car did not end up more than I signed for due to mark ups/additions. The rebate/discounts that he quoted me were applied at final purchase with not a hint of slimy dealership practices I've been treated to before. Throughout the 6 month waiting period he kept me informed with updates about the production schedule. When production started, he gave me updates for every delay and scheduling. When my vehicle finally arrived after multiple production delays at the plant, he gave me a walkthrough and made sure I was happy with the final product. I left the dealership with no regrets about my first new auto purchase, which is something that not everyone can say. 10/10 Employee working at a great location to buy a new car.

I found a rare vehicle that was being offered by them and quickly got in touch with dealership. I immediately was greeted over the phone by a salesman with a friendly and professional demeanor. My initial questions were answered and eventually we worked out a deal in one day all the while I was flying between Houston and Dallas. Vehicle was exactly as described and they went above and beyond to help me out. Great people all around!!

Imagine spending over $60k on a truck and the dealer couldn t fill it up with Diesel. Honestly I do not recommend people to come shopping at this dealer. They are nice at first and I understand as a sales person you have to do your job. After some time communicating via text/phone I wanted to know the out the door price. They didn t even want to answer that before having me go up to the dealership they made it so difficult just to get the out the door price. We negotiated on a price and they tried to add some accessories fees to the price. Which they didn t add anything, because when I went to go test drive it, the truck wasn't even detailed/ cleaned from the previous owner who traded it in. Then we agreed they would fix an issue on it. I m grateful they honored their word and fixed it after I signed the loan, but really guys they couldn t even fill up my diesel tank. Which dealer does not fill up the tanks for customer purchases . Stingy dealer! I would not refer anyone to shop there for any trucks. Figured you would get better service being in Grapevine.

Be aware when test driving they may run your credit without consent. Gabriella said she wouldn't run my son's credit, but did. Now he has a hard inquiry on his credit that needs to be removed. He's young and I feel like that was taken advantage of. He has excellent credit and cares about keeping it in good standing. He just wanted to test drive while his girlfriend had her car serviced.

Mark Grabowski was an excellent contact at Grapevine Lincoln. He was patient with us as we narrowed down our vehicle dealerships/vehicles over a couple weeks time. Once we decided what we wanted, Mark went to work to find us a vehicle and was able to have it brought in from out of state ! We agreed on reasonable pricing and trade in values, making the whole process very comfortable. I highly recommend anyone considering a Lincoln to contact Mark

I was initially very happy with my purchase of a used f150. The price was right and they treated me well. Fast forward a few months and I go in for my first service (Oil Change/Tire Rotation) The service rep was great and helped me to understand everything that is needed, but after having the truck for less than 5 months and only putting around 5k miles on the vehicle they wanted to charge me over 1300 dollars for flushes and services that should have been taken care of prior to the purchase or at the very least disclosed to me prior to the sale. These are routine things according to my service person. This seems like a very shady practice and I don't feel like I can recommend anyone purchasing a used FORD vehicle from this dealer. I am not sure I can continue to do business here.Its now been a week since I wrote my review, I have yet to hear back about my key and Venny who was so concerned and wanted my business back has yet to respond to my email. I wouldn't trust this dealership. They are all about money not, doing whats actually right.

Very enjoyable experience from start to finish with Grapevine Ford. They made everything smooth and easy and fun. Exactly how the process should be! I came in looking at a used F-150 and came out with a brand new 2023 F-150! I brought my vehicle in for a safety recall and oil change/tire rotation/inspection. At all other visits at Lincoln service departments, suggested maintenance items come up. They always run them by me and I say yes or no. Usually it s done online and I click if I approve the maintenance/service item or not. At my last visit, $443 of maintenance was performed on our vehicle without our approval. None of these items were discussed with us. Small ticket item - but they removed my brand new windshield wiper blades and replaced them with new ones. Along with an alignment and other various items. We paid for these services upon picking up my car. Icing on the cake - the safety recall wasn t even taken care of because they didn t have parts. We will continue to share our story and will now contact appropriate parties regarding these unauthorized charges.

This is the first time in my life that I can report a positive car buying experience. I ordered a new Bronco, they did all the paperwork for me through e signature and then they even delivered! Doni is a TRUE customer service zealot. I can t say enough about this place and the process.

I would not visit this place for repairs. Not only do they try their best to add on things you don t need, but one of their staff completely disregarded my explicit request for specific work to be done on my vehicle, and had the gall to include a part worth $1,500 more than I had agreed to pay, and then when I rightfully complained I got hours of silence. Also, I didn t receive the quote until after the work was complete, despite asking for it first before I consented to the work being done. I have never received poorer service at a Ford dealership. Do not visit.
