I ve been using Grapevine Automotive for over 5 years. Scott & Will are total pros who not only do great work they are also always focused on answering any questions I have to be certain I understand what needs to be addressed and why. I will continue taking my vehicles to them to insure my autos are taken care by experienced pros with integrity that s hard to find today.

I have been using this location for all of my non-dealer covered mechanical repairs, for over 10 years. Scott & Dane are professional, and most of all---they are HONEST. They normally come in either right at, or BELOW the estimate for the work being performed, which is always a NICE SUPRIZE. I have used them on my '76 Cadillac Eldo, 2009 Camry, 2018 4-Runner, 64 Mustang, 63 Monza Turbo Spyder, 2008 'Vette, 1960 MGA Rdstr, and my 1970 XKE Rdstr. They do GREAT WORK at a FAIR PRICE!

I had the shop work on my 2002 Corvette with the winky headlight common to the C5 as well as the drivers seat track problem. I had a great experience. They were quick and qualified. Went for an oil change and ask them to look at my breaks to make sure they are still good. Some places would had lied and told me I need new breaks but nope they took great car of my car. Definitely coming back for more service done

My ac went out after recharging it at an oil change shop, and they recommended these guys to me. I emailed over the weekend and received an email back early Monday morning. I took my car in at 10 and got it back by the end of the day. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest service. Scott was communitive and kept me updated, and his team was respectful of my daily driver as well. I will trust my vehicles with Grapevine Automotive in the future.

Although I had to give this place one star to post this, I give this place no stars I took my car there twice to have my brakes fixed spent $2000 to have them fixed and was not told them I was still having problems and nothing took it to another mechanic and had to spend another $186 just to get my brakes fixed I m a single mom who can not afford to have them go out and get into a wreck

Can't say enough for the wonderful job these guys did on replacing the rear brake pads/rear rotors on my 09 Hyundai Sonata. Called Scott on a Monday thinking it would be days out before they could get me in, and he told me to bring it on in the following morning on a Tue. It was ready that afternoon to be picked back up. The price was great and the service and job they performed went above and BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!! Highly Recommend and I will definitely use again in the future.

This is by far the worst shop I ve ever had experience with! I was recommended to this shop by one of my clients. I was in need of my 82 fiat spider being diagnosed for a crank no start situation; so i took my client advice (because he spoke highly of this place) and took my car there. Let me just start off by saying Scott seemed like a pretty cool guy i guess that was an act to get my potential business. I dropped my car off to him on a Thursday morning and he told that would take a look at it on Friday the next day or Monday morning. Wednesday of the next week came and I called to check to see if they had taken a look at it and they did but did not call to give me any updates. Before we got off the phone i asked Scott if he could call me with updates, so he agreed . 3 weeks goes by and he still did not call to update me what was going on with my car. So i gave him several 3 or so days in between and each time I call it would be a different story/update. Then he told me that he could not work on my car at a steady time because it was a classic car . If I m paying you to diagnose the problem and then to fix it, why does it matter??? After him having my car for a month and doing absolutely nothing I went to his shop with my trailer to pick my car up. I get there and he has claimed to have had parts on order for my car so when I asked him to show me pictures of the parts he order he mysteriously couldn t find them on his computer. Oh and he never made eye contact with me not once. Let me say this as well; EVERY CAR that was there when I originally had dropped my car off was not at the shop anymore which means he was purposely choosing not to work on my car. (I have a picture of the lot when i dropped the car off). Then two of his employees were fighting in the shop over a tool smh. Communication is everything and his communication is grade A trash. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! If you knew that you could not fix it or did not want to fix my car you should have been honest and I could have took my car else where instead of wasting a month for you to do nothing but look at it and waste my time.

Grapevine Automotive has an excellent business ethic. I've used them for 18 years. Recently they replaced the brakes on my Elantra and after a couple of months one front wheel was throwing pad dust on the aluminum rim. Dean took such great care of my car! I drove in with my check engine light on AGAIN after going to a few places the past few weeks, no one could figure it out. When I went in they immediately helped me out and really took their time and did research even to figure out the problem. The best part is that they have very fair pricing and will not be satisfied until you are 100% satisfied with their services. Go give them a visit next time you need a tune up! Great company.

Great people .. excellent work performed.. thank you. Driver's side power window wouldn't go up..not just a jury- rig actually repaired before bad weather. Bless their hearts(thank you for great job on fixing my friends Stephanie car)

My family has been using Grapevine Automotive for a few years now for four older vehicles. They are fairly priced and excellent with repairs. Don't expect quick service since they are usually busy, but if you can wait a day or so, you should be very happy with the results.

Great shop! Really love the makeover, too! Great guys and they fix my car for a reasonable rate - I like bringing my cars here because they are honest and charge a fair price. Did I say how cool the place looks?! Truly a work of art!

Dayne and his crew are incompetent, terrible at communication, and do not tell the truth. They kept my car for over a year, repeatedly telling me it was almost done and how great of a job they were doing. When I finally gave up and demanded my car back I found that not only had they lied about the amount of progress they had made, much of what little was done was done incorrectly and they had damaged other systems on the car. Don't believe anything they tell you and avoid them like the plague if you care about your car.

I brought in my Toyota FJ Crusier to be checked out before I make a long trip. Everyone was very friendly and explained what they check in detail and what they saw. I will be going back for future services! Sometimes it can be hard to find a mechanic that is honest and upfront with work that needs to be done. That is not the case here, I feel completely comfortable that they are honest, trustworthy and simply want to help.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We Purchased a 2000 Escort for our Daughter from Grapevine Automotive Services which came with a warranty on parts that were replaced.......The price was Fair and the the car was very nice run well and everything on it worked. Dyane was very easy to deal with........Fast forward 1 month........Daughter was driving down the road and turned a corner and the car shut off and would not restart. So I got a tow dolly and towed it back to them......Scott was very helpful and told us that they were a couple of Days behind and would try to squeeze it in and would be in touch. Come to find out the the timing belt idler had broken off causing the timing belt to slip a couple of notches. Thus putting the engine out of time.......A couple of days later they called and said that it was ready, when I asked them how much it was they said no charge...........WOW was I surprised...... my surprise was due to the fact that the timing belt had been replaced and was under warranty......but the paper work didn't say anything about the idler pulley being under warranty.........I give these guys 7 stars out of 5 for service above and beyond what was necessary......If you are anywhere close and need your car serviced I would highly recommend these guysand there are very few Auto service places that I would say that about........Try em you will love em............A+++

Dropped my car off overnight, they had it to me the next day. Real quick, barely had to interact with anyone. They did try to upsell me on a few things but other than that it was pretty much a painless experience.

Great shop! Called for a service price and they were BY FAR the best deal because they knew the true cost/ease of it. Got it done quick and zero hassle. Will do more business with them when needed. Easily gained my trust. Thank you guys!

I brought my car in with indications of one problem and found 4 more legitimate problems but by packaging the work they were able to save me 160 dollars! They were courteous and went the distance for me. Thanks.

Had work done and they were very quick, honest about what needed to be fixed AND what i thought needed to be didn't need to be. That is great service when you turn work away because it isn't due/required. Honest, friendly, and quality services. Highly recommend.

i called to check availability and the guy said he was booked until next thursday and I said i would like to book for next thursday and i would call in advance to cancel if i needed and then he proceeded to say he couldn t guarantee my spot because it was first come, first serve. so i said how are you booked until next thursday and then he said well, you just said you were going to cancel.... at that point i said thank you sir for your time, i think i m going to call somewhere else.

Great and quick service. I called to get a serpentine belt replaced. I went to NAPA to get the part. They installed the belt within the hour. Great service. I am definitely coming back for future repairs.

Awesome place to have work done. The staff Is friendly. Most of all they do the work "right". Restrooms were clean! The place It's self was clean.... Well clean as can be for a auto shop. Looking for a place to work on your ride? Here ya go!!
