I found Luis through our list of approved insurance shops, and I'm so glad I did. He was able to come by the same day to get it fixed. The chip was about dime sized and is barely noticeable now! Highly recommend!

Luis was awesome! Really great communication and super flexible when it came to adjusting appointment times. Dropped my car off and it took less than an hour to get my windshield replaced. Excellent service overall, I would recommend these guys to anybody needing a windshield repair or replacement!

Luis did a excellent job repairing my windshield. A rock chipped my windshield so I called him this morning and asked him if it needed to be replaced or repaired. He had me send him a picture and said that repairing was an option and gave a reasonable price. He arrived to fix my windshield the same afternoon, answered questions that I had and did an amazing job on the repair. I was so impressed by how much better it looked.Luis, you are my go-to guy in the future. Thank you sir.

Highly recommend! I called the company based on reviews and Luis did not disappoint! He's excellent in his communication, very professional, and arrived when he said he would. He rescheduled our first appointment after receiving the glass from the warehouse and found an imperfection, reordered, and came the next day. I appreciated his detail to quality control. I was concerned about the windshield looking different, since I was replacing the original and didn't know what to expect. I texted photos and he was correct - looks just like my original! He was done within the hour, payment was simple, and his work is quality. Thank you Luis!

Definitely highly recommend calling Luis here for your auto glass repair needs. Very responsive, professional, friendly guy that does first class work. Did the work at my house quickly and efficiently. No anxiety and no worries....windshield replacement looks solid!!! I don't write many reviews but his service definitely warranted a solid shout out. Mahalo Luis! Again, give this guy a shot... you will not be disappointed. Automatic.

Luis was professional, friendly, willing to explain the process for my window replacement, ensured my Registration sticker and Toll Tag were placed back on my new windshield. He also described how the re-reprogramming is done. Left a clean area and great workmanship.

When I called Glass Leader Auto Glass, Luis was very professional with his interaction with me. He was responsive to all my questions and quoted me a price to replace my cracked windshield while I was still on the phone. He told me he will replace the glass at my house. How convenient! We communicated back and forth by text because I had to reschedule. He answered right away. In person, he introduced himself to me and wad very friendly and respectful. He told me it would take an hour and he finished on time. It is amazing he is able to replace it all by himself. The new windshield glass looks nice and all the sticker tags on it were properly placed. Luis did a great job!

The technician showed up when he said he would. He even told me the replacement windshield had a chip in it and ordered another before he came to do the replacement on my car. He completed the process faster than the time quoted. No additional fees than the original quote either. I was happy with the service.

Glass Leader just replaced one of my windows that had been knocked out after my truck was broken into. Arguably the best customer service I ve received from anyone for any service. He was incredibly responsive, courteous, fair priced, and did excellent work. My sons new to him truck was broken into (along with several other trucks) while he was at the Stars game. I called Luis on Sunday morning, and he was at our house Monday morning and installed both passenger side windows. Great service, great communication and a great price. I want to highly recommend this glass company for repair of a chip or broken windshield. I called them at 11:30 am this morning and Luis scheduled to come out the SAME DAY around 3:00 to fix the chip in my windshield. Luis was PROMPT (called about 15-20 minutes before his arrival) and was very informative and explained everything to me beforehand. His pricing was VERY fair and with him being able to come the same day to my location (within hours) was so convenient and he was very professional! I am very pleased with the quality of work as well as the customer service piece of this transaction. GIVE THEM A TRY!!!! You TRULY WON'T be disappointed with using this company!

Luis came over today to replace/repair my windshield and did an amazing job. He finished in less than an hour, was very nice and respectful. I m a woman and people like to take advantage of us a lot, especially when working on cars. He told me what to expect beforehand and was very professional. This place is incredible. My car was broken into, and I needed a window quick and efficient. And cheap is always nice too. And they took care me that same day, and they were very nice. And very professional. It was super quick, and done right. I am giving you the advice to get your window work completed with this company. Dont waste time on anywhere else. Get it done right !
