I originally gave German Car Care a very low rating, because I thought I had been over-charged. After doing my due diligence, the cost of the repairs is not the fault of German Car Care. In fact they didn't charge for labor in the end. It turns out that Genuine Audi parts are just incredibly expensive. The service level provided at German Car Care is amazing. They do a really good job. I highly recommend them to others.

If you want professional car care without hurting your wallet then this is the place to go! The staff is very friendly and they provide very fast service. Will definitely refer this place to my friends and family. They do an amazing job being thorough, and great at communicating potential issues. The reliability on their service is top notch

I've been a customer of German Car Care for several years and cannot recommend them enough. They are fair, transparent, patient, and care about their customers. I've had a few occasions where I need to get my car checked out very quickly. Joe and his team have always made sure I'm take care of even though they are incredibly busy. I look forward to being a customer for years to come.

The team at German Car Care is great. I have been coming here since I moved to Dallas a few years ago and they are always kind, patient, and fair. I just recently had some work done to my Mercedes and they had me back up and running in no time. Ryan, David, and the sweet lady at the counter are always so friendly and helpful! Thank you guys!

GREAT experience! Just tried German Care Care for the first time yesterday. I wish we had started working with them years ago when the manufacturer's warranty our 2012 MB ran out. Extremely professional, courteous and great communication during the process. If you're "rolling German iron", you need to come here!!

I have used German Car Care for many many years. Ever since my warranty expired on my 2002 530I BMW back in 2005. I met Joe, the owner and NO one has ever done any repairs on my car except them! This shop is amazing. Such a refreshing experience to have a shop put the customer first. I was certain my car needed a new part, but the wonderful folks here at German Car Care figured out it was actually a simple fix and took care of it for me, saving my a lot of money and not replacing a part that wasn't needed. Now that my dealer warranty has expired, I will be bringing my car here from now on! Thanks German Car Care!!!

Beyond any doubt GCC is the #1 independent repair facility in grapevine. Not even just grapevine, but north texas. I was presented with options regarding my 30,000 mile service on my 2017 Mercedes over the phone, in simple terms and no funny business and I picked my clean car (apparently they wash and vacuum also) later the same day. I have used the services of German Car Care a couple of times recently for minor repairs. Very impressed with their customer service. Their customer care manager David Millum was very courteous, understood the repair needs and promptly scheduled the right technicians to perform the repairs. Best of all, he did not charge me anything. Too good to be true but he was won a permanent customer. Happy to recommend this business.Service: Electrical

I am from Houston and found myself dealing with a bad alternator while in Dallas for a weekend basketball tournament. German Car Care took excellent care of me, including helping me to secure a rental car for the weekend and squeezing me in to service my car on a very busy Monday morning so that I could get myself and my son back to Houston. They were incredibly supportive, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful to me. If I lived in Dallas, they would absolutely be my go-to. "The Drive is Worth the Distance" The service and staff are first class. I would describe the owner as fair, honest and reasonable. He will share any concerns found when servicing your car. This review should have been submitted last year, I am late. It is my understanding there is a new owner at Chris' now. Your experience may be different!Member of Chris's staff (New owner) called today and asked what they can do to make this right (even though they are not responsible for the previous owners issues).A positive - It sounds like the new owner Chris' wants to take care of their customers.For me to much time has passed.CAR BMW 530I- Never again!!! Shocks installed incorrectly by Chirs', cost: four tires ($295.00 each), alignment twice ($199.00 each time), suspension inspection ($450.00), cost to replace components $1250.00, DIY website photo provided (arrows) so you can get right next time, the alignment pin goes in the alignment hole! and oh by the way I was not informed Chris' did not have the tools to do the job, Chris's sends your car to a different shop to be aligned. Corrected by BMW-Mechanic removed and failed to reinstall center under body floor pan (service the transmission), BMW replaced the under body floor pan, changed the transmission fluid and replaced the filter $300+.-Air conditioning system Chris' replaced thermostat and charged the cooling system, no help. Condenser cracked replaced by by BMW works great now $900+.I did not want to give you one star but, you must select something to post a review you (old Owner) should get ZERO stars!!!!

I have used German Care Care since they opened. They have serviced several of my vehicles, BMW, Mercedes, and Volkswagen. I have always had a good experience with this shop and do not plan to take my car anywhere else. I would recommend them for any car repair. My BMW M3 had never been serviced by other than a BMW Dealer Service Center but that has changed now that I ve found German Car Care in Grapevine, TX. I called for an estimate and 15 minutes later Joel called with an estimate and the best time of day for the repair. The repair was complete 15 minutes after I showed up and the invoice matched the estimate. Audi grapevine recommended this place to me . I had a clogged AC drain issue on my 2014 AUDI Q 7 . Prior consultations with local car repair shops didn t match with what Audi website had them in it . So I took the car here on a Saturday morning at 8:00 , explained the issue and they listened . Took my car in half an hour and fixed it right away . Very transparent, professional and open to discussions . Great service . Will come againService: Air conditioning

Mr. Joe and his team at German Car Care always take care of me. As soon as you walk in with their incredible customer service to all the knowledge of their technicians in assessing the issues at hand. They re honest and I wouldn t use anyone else to work on my bmw. I do routine oil changes with them and had an issue with my window motor recently and they were able to help me when I was in a bind. I highly recommend German Car Care! You won't regret taking your car to them. I have used this shop for many years and I have always been more than satisfied. I will not take my Mercedes to any other shop. Joe and his staff are very professional and friendly. German Car Care is very fair in their pricing. Delivering exceptional quality of work is their primary focus. I have recommended this shop to anyone that I know that needs work on their German car and the feedback that I have received has always been very positive. They are also very timely with completing your repairs. When your car is finished Joe (the owner) makes sure that you are satisfied and encourages you to bring it back if you anything less than satisfied. I can honestly say that I have never had to take my car back for the same problem.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Long overdue for this review! I would highly recommend this location to work on your Mercedes or BMW as I have had Joe and his crew work on both. Tremendous customer service and communication to coincide with outstanding auto service is a rare find anymore. I feel very fortunate to find it close to home. I feel comfortable that they will fix what is necessary at a very fair price vs the dealership. I never feel like they "up sale" me on anything. It has been my experience that they work very well with third party warranties. Great work German Car Care and continued success. It is well deserved!

I would highly recommend German Car Care for anyone that owns a German car. We were experiencing increased road noise in our BMW 7 Series. After physically reviewing the back tires they appeared chopped indicating issues with the rear shocks. This was my first experience with Joe at German Car Care and he was extremely forthcoming, honest and thorough with his analysis and recommendations. As it was the Friday before the Christmas break, he did not hesitate in accommodating us for the repairs/replacements so that we could begin our road trip the day after Christmas. Aside from accommodating us into his busy holiday schedule, he went above and beyond what was expected. He reached out to the local Discount tire and managed to get us in for tire replacement by calling ahead and also advising us on the tire pricing and necessary recommendations. Further to that he reached to his contact at Gary's Alignment and arranged for a wheel alignment for the very next day. Had it not been for his professionalism and strong relationships with these contacts we would not have been able to leave on our family trip as scheduled.We would HIGHLY recommend German Car Care for all your maintenance and repair needs given their honesty, professionalism and dedication to quality service and customer care. This is definitely a shop where the owner and staff take pride in their work, reputation, years of knowledge, customer service before/after the work and customer satisfaction. Aside from Joe's steadfast customer service and professionalism, we would like to extend a special thanks to Trish and Mac for their help and customer care.

I have veen using their services for years and have always received superlative service. I trust them more than anyone else to touch my car. my most recent experience with them kicked up to a lot more notches as they not only dealt with my auto emergency in a very professional and thorough fashion but also ensured that it was fixed with minimal fuss and cost. To ensure that I did not have any issues reoccur when I had to get the annual inspection done (which was due just then) they rechecked the systems and got it done for me! They made the whole process very convenient and painless and I loved the transparency of the whole operation. The attitude of the team (Joe, Trisha and Ryan) was also stellar in every respect from the friendliness to just a very visible sincere desire to help! I would recommend them to everybody wholeheartedly and unreservedly. I trust them more than my local BMW dealership.

I recently got my clutch, pressure plate and flywheel replaced by German Car Care. Their pricing was excellent compared to other shops and their customer service was fantastic. They were very clear and communicated any time there was an update on my vehicle. I picked my car back up yesterday and was amazed at how much better my car drove. I have already recommended this place to a friend, and would recommend German Car Care to anyone who needs car repairs!Service: Transmission

Great auto shop. I have a BMW 6 series and Joe took care of my water pump, engine mounts, and countless other things over the years. I never have to worry about checking around for prices because I know that they will always give me a great deal. True professionals and have never had a problem with any of their work. Ryan, Trish and the team are remarkably generous in their effort, attention, and time! They have serviced and repaired our 12-year-old C350 and 10-year-old E350 with more care and concern than our local Mercedes dealership was capable of. We simply refuse to see or speak to anyone else but German Car Care for all of our complete services and repairs. Joe and his team at German Car Care do a great job. Been taking numerous vehicles to him for years. The updates to the lobby/waiting area are super nice and was comfortable to wait on my oil change. Definitely recommend.

What a great service center..This is my third Mercedes and I have always taken my cars to a dealer. In 2015 I gave Chris's Car Care now German Car Care a try and will never go back to a dealer for service. Joe and his team are great to work with. They are professional and well trained and work with up to date computer systems just like the dealers. I have all my service including A, B, and C service performed by them andit is same as a dealer but more affordable. Records are well kept to advise me when maintenance time table requires work. I get appoints for service, usually wait in a great clean waiting room and repairs arealways ready on time. If you want quality work and people you can trust the is the service center for you. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I took my Mercedes to service yesterday at Chris' Car Care. I have been there several times for both service and repair. It was very nice to see the lobby was recently beautifully remodeled. And I received great service as usual. The owner Joe and his team are great people. They are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very reasonable in price. I would definitely come back for my next service & repair need as I know my car will be in good hands.

German Car Care was great! Looked them up for reviews before I called and after using them, they lived up to my expectations. My E350 class MB transmission leak was found and corrected. I had them change the oil. The staff and technicians know what they re doing. Joe said to bring the car back in two weeks for free check up and I thought that was beyond any other shop.
