Had my 2023 GMC Yukon in to replace a passenger side view mirror that damaged. Dropped off that morning and was told it would be done by mid-day, never received a call that it was done. Called later to find out it was ready to be picked up, and picked it up that evening. When I arrived it was dark but a quick examination looked good. However, when I got it home into the garage noticed what looked liked a poor paint job and also, noticed gray like substance around the crevices. Called multiple times before they said to bring it in. Brought it in and the people they needed to look at were out. Brought it in another day and left it with the service department .again, no call that it was done!!! Picked it up noticed the paint defects still and the compounding stuff still in the crevices!!!! Have called several times to resolve this issue. Beware ..you will end up very frustrated. I will NEVER service my vehicles here again and will be sure to tell others the same.Re-Edited 3/28/24Finally! Issue was resolved, they ended up repainting the mirror cap that had the blemishes. Looks good as new. Adjusted to three stars for time and numerous calls required to get the issue resolved. I will still consider working with this dealer in the future.

We had a fantastic experience at Freeman Buick-GMC dealership at Grapevine. We were in touch with Rick Murray (New Car Sales) and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right car for our needs. Susan Johnson helped and guided us to make the right decision regarding financial options we had. The overall process was very smooth and easy. We can gladly say that this was the best car buying experience and we are absolutely in love with our new Yukon Denali, 2024. Completely satisfied and definitely recommend.

Great experience! We picked truck online and did payment estimate and submitted financial application. We were contacted and made appointment same day. When we arrived truck was ready to test drive and paperwork ready to sign.Catfish helped us and was very personable and informative. The payment we did online was same when we arrived, no surprise charges. This is why we walked out of several dealerships previously. Catfish answered all questions professionally. He stayed with us until ready for financing.Manny in finance was also great! Explained all options and allowed us to make decisions without being overly persistent! Everyone very down to earth and refreshing.Very happy with our purchase and we will be back!

Had an oil change on my 2022 GMC truck on Saturday 12/9/23, no complaints about the service advisor. Whoever changed the oil had an oil spill, understandable but at least have the professionalism and courtesy to clean it up.On the way home I started smelling oil, looked inside the engine compartment and saw the spill on the back side of the engine. The next morning I looked under the truck and couldn't believe how much oil was spilt and not cleaned up.Had it not been Saturday and them closing early I would have went back, instead ended up cleaning myself. Might as well do the oil change myself next time!

Experience with getting my truck fixed was good. The communication by the advisor on the other hand was horrible. And this isn t the first time, every advisor I ve had since I bought my first truck back in 2014 has been bad. I don t know why but it feels like they hate to communicate or give updates. Doesn t matter how many times I call, I always have to go through someone else for them to finally answer or just get an update on my vehicle. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.Not having a loaner was inconvenient as well, especially when I have to leave my truck there for multiple days. Since I got my 2020 Sierra, I have been told that no loaners are available. Which I know y all use to have them because I got multiple when I owned my 2014 Sierra.I love Freeman Buick GMC of Grapevine, if I didn t I wouldn t be a returning customer. But the service department needs a lot of work. It s gone downhill a lot since my first purchase.

Todd and Ozzy are the BEST. Customer service is beyond outstanding! In addition everyone in the process was absolutely a pleasure I wish I could remember their names, as they all deserve the recognition for their professionalism and commitment to the experience of purchasing a vehicle at Freeman GMC. Wray in the service department was great. Never had a bad experience with Freeman! Sales and Service are the best!

I took my 2021 Sierra 2500hd for a simple oil change since this GMC dealer is close to my office. The service agent (Bryan) was very professional and communicative and explained to me that he recommends a tires rotation for $10 more which I agreed to. A couple of hours later he called me to let me know that my tire sensor is not working anymore, I told him that when I left the truck all tires sensors were working just fine, he acknowledged that but still mentioned they can do nothing about it even though this happened after they manipulated my tires. I received a call from Jeff (Service manager) just to have him repeat what Bryan said and (rudely) tell me that even though my truck has only 56000 miles and is 2 years old, he will not be responsible for my tire sensor that stopped working right when they worked on my tires, and then (rudely again) ask me if I want to pick up my truck like this or have them change my sensor and charge for it.I'm definitely not happy with the level of service and the way Jeff talked to me as a customer and this was the first and last time I am using Freeman GMC.Ooooh and the picture I am attaching is to show how "my washed truck" was looking when I picked it up.

Mike in the service department was excellent. He kept me posted on the progress and was super friendly. Appreciate the quick turnaround, and they washed and vacuumed the SUV for free.

I want to thank Mike Dumas at Freeman Buick who made my truck purchase experience quick and seemless. I didn't have a lot of time to spend on this; Mike made this a quick, quality compromise, no hassle process that met all my needs. BTW, he closed the deal and sent me on my way on his day off. I usually buy from private sellers to avoid dealerships, so I was skeptical. But Freeman had what I was looking for, and Mike Dumas showed true professionalism and provided outstanding customer service. Thank you for everything.

I just purchased a 2024 GMC truck from Freeman Buick GMC a couple of days ago. My salesman, Rick Murray, was a pleasure to work with. The temperature was in the low-20s, but Rick patiently conducted the outdoor discussions and demonstrations with me just the same. I also appreciated the Sales Manager helping to complete the transaction in a timely manner. I was able to take my time and test/inspect the truck until I was satisfied, and the valuation of my trade-in was fair. Freeman is definitely worth a visit if you re in the market for a new Buick or GMC.

Where do I start with this review. I am beyond impressed with the service that I received from Christi in new vehicle sales. I had shopped two other local GMC dealers one that I had bought the last five vehicle from, to only be disappointed with their new sales add on and markups. I decided to contact Freeman and found this amazing sales person. She impressed me from the moment I spoke with her on the phone. She was transparent and gave me enough information that I came into the store. When I arrived she had the location and keys to the vehicle. After showing me the benefits of purchasing the vehicle from Freeman she asked if she could get my trade looked at. They looked at my trade and gave me a fair price. They had their vehicle priced 1000.00 below the other lowest dealer. About 30 minutes later she had me in the finance office with Susan where again the process was seamless. I had started this process with another dealer almost two weeks prior. From start to finish the process at Freeman took 2 hours and I was driving away in my new truck. I have purchased several vehicles in my time and found this to be one of the best purchase experiences that I have had. I highly recommend Christi in sales and her team. I will no question be using Freeman in the future.

Came in 2 hours before closing, just to look at a few vehicles. Todd assisted us at showing us the different trim levels and features. We were able to find exactly what I was looking for and a deal I couldn t pass on! The team at grapevine was wonderful, and you could see it was all hands on deck to get me the best deal, and the car I wanted that night! They stayed late to make it happen for me! They were patient, honest, and very helpful!

I spoke to Todd mid January regarding a vehicle that was on route. The vehicle took a little longer to deliver, but Todd kept me updated the entire time. Once the car had arrived at the dealership, I was notified by Todd & before I knew it, I was already signing the papers.The entire process was made easy, thanks to Todd.

The process of buying a new vehicle is typically not a pleasant experience - however, dealing with Freeman and especially Todd Dietel was awesome!Todd made it seem that we had all the time in the world to make a decision, to explain the vehicles, test driving, etc. This was the best experience I can remember when it comes to getting a new vehicle.

My daughter is a USF student. She is in the market for a new car. Not sure who she worked with but the offer was ridiculous and involved a little false advertising. She s 20 so maybe they didn t take her seriously. Big mistake because she certainly has the wherewithal to buy a car. I would not recommend this dealership to young people or people without experience in new car buying. If you don t know what you are doing beware. We will take our business elsewhere.

Everything was as expected. Started on time, finished on time, did what they said they'd do. What else can you ask? This was the free first service but the pay for service is priced right so I'll keep using them as needed. Good dealership. And I almost never give 5 stars for anything.

This service center is my go to place for everything my car needs. All the advisors worked on my car were very nice, always patient to listen and provide just the right amount of information. Not pushy to purchase more service that s not necessary. And the price is reasonable.

I had an amazing experience at Freeman Grapevine, GMC! Mike Dumas - help me online I absolutely was apprehensive about buying some thing I ve never driven or seen before. He had to finance Guy called me. I already had my financing set up, but they got me a better deal. He didn t pressure me or hassle me and gave me an iPhone plug-in so that I could safely drive home using my CarPlay. I am over the moon!! I m so blessed to meet y all at Freeman? Thank you so much!!

I routinely get my oil changed on my truck to maintain it. Services were not provided even though it comes with the oil change. My tires were never rotated which is now making me purchase new tires when I shouldn t have had to yet. Also, they never stated an alignment was needed or other services to maintain my truck. I go to the dealership for a reason and it s absolutely ridiculous that I purchase a service and it was performed. Disappointing to say the least. Jeff was unhelpful and instead of addressing the problem, he kept disregarding it .

Took my Sierra in due to a brake system failure. Jonathan Zeck in the service department helped me out and did a fantastic job. The truck was repaired quicker than I expected. The extended warranty company stayed closed a day longer than expected during the holiday but Mr. Zeck worked tirelessly to get through with them to process my claim. Hopefully my truck won t break down again but if it does I ll definitely be back to Freeman.

I was met by a service rep as soon as I pulled in and was escorted to the waiting area. Enjoyed a cup of coffee and read my emails while I waited. My Denali was serviced, washed and vacuumed in 40 min. Very happy with my experience!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Freeman and quit coming for service because my service advisor was terrible. His name is Wray. Would not communicate at all. He would not return a call for days. So I stop coming for service. Thought I would try Freeman s service with another service advisor. I met William! William has been great every time! I have been back 3 times now for service and for a young guy he does a fantastic job in communicating and always calls me back in a very short period of time. I like William and is one that you should be proud to have on your team!

The worst service in the world, I got a Yukon brand new , since the first day, I have a problem with the radio screen, the cameras doesn t work, I bring the truck to the dealer 3 times and the problem still there, the first time they told me that the problem was the software and then the screen, I bought warranties, that supposedly I have rent car , my wife was there waiting for 4 hours, because they don t have a rental car. Today she picked up the truck and the problem still there.

I took my 2015 GMC Sierra to the service Center for an oil leak. My service Advisor Was Wray H. He did a phenomenal job very professional and courteous. The technician made quick work of the repair and had me my truck in a couple hours! I will be returning to have him and his team do all the repairs on my GMC truck.Thank You Wray!!!

Took my Acadia in for tire repair. Was told it couldn't be repaired and would need new tire and would be 230.00 plus Took to another tire company. I had the smallest nail in tire. Fixed.Good bye Freeman FMC
