I work in trailer part sales me and Romanelli Robert have been working and helping each other out for a while now Very help full in all of parts need i highly recommend him very help full!!

Man I gotta brag on three guys who go outta there way to make sure we are taken care of Jose is an incredible teacher sales rep and all around great guy who is sure needs are met and parts are flowing. Q is just all around good guy hard working very polite and just an amazing person who is friendly and just cool as can be . Rob is great he makes sure we are taken care of and that needs are met these men are why we use fleet pride they are terrific. Many thanks guys keep up the great work I think you guys should get a pay raise for the excellent job and service you provide!

They carry alot of stuff but whoever they have pulling parts sucks. Took an hour to get the wrong part pulled. They could sell so many more parts if they had managers who had a clue how to hire proficient order pullers that did not take an hour to pull the most basic parts. I'd rather drive to ft worth and back atleast the parts guys can just get get the parts needed immediately.

I give 5 star because it was so easy for me ! I was thinking too much about what to do if there is no restroom no parking to wait plus slow unloading or loading,I was very lucky that my Appointment was at 4:00 Am and I reserved parking at Pilot 2400 Alliance gateway,, 23 miles and started coming at 2:20 and arrived at 3, And I was the only one ,! Unloaded right away,! You can park overnight on the back of the building which you turn left according to gps you will see a wide street, and for Kay chemical google map will get you the receiving office!

Trucker review, this is a great place to load. People are very friendly and professional. They load you fast. A little tight but doors are spaced well. Set up right and you won't have any problems.

Reasonable prices and helpful staff. One staff member had a recently injured ankle, however based on helpfulness and positive attitude, you sure couldn't tell.

The docking bay lot was not built trucker friendly, even though that side of the building is the loading/unloading bay. No facilities for the drivers that I am aware of, and no room for parking while waiting for your door. Lighting sucks, door numbers are incredibly faded. The fault is of the building plans. There is no real room for turning around to do driver side backing. There is also debris and trash bins blocking certain bays, but in the way of the truckers, which should be priority considering wo them, no product moves. Again it is the building/lot architecture at fault.

Here s the Problem it s the Brother at the Receiving Dock .anything after 6am he Will not take it! If upper Management move him to another Department , get someone that s willing to work..Just maybe Customers will get the parts they order

This store is connected to their corporate warehouse. I always enjoy these guys . their knowledge is three layers deep on every product
