Me and my wife are moving soon to a pretty cold snowy state. We went into Subaru to look around for a new car. Jesse was able to assist us and by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. I did not feel pushed or forced into purchasing anything in particular. Jesse was able to get us into the car that we wanted. I am truly appreciative of straight forward service. Thank you for everything! He definitely worked his magic with finance!

Fantastic service department!04/09/23 - Colin took great care of me as my service advisor. He was polite, performed a walk around inspection, updated me throughout the process and even took the time to review my vehicle s multi-point inspection with me.Corey, my technician, was very knowledgeable. He not only fixed my car quickly, but he fixed it right the first time.Jason, the service manager, made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of during my visit.Five Stars are not enough. These folks are worth 10s across the board!

Best experience I ve ever had while purchasing a car. We got my wife her dream car at a fair price.So many times after the sale, the customer service changes, NOT HERE, our salesman Joe made sure we were equally as taken care of after the sale as before he made it. After purchasing 2 cars and having service performed I can confidently say it was by far the BEST experience at a dealership that I have ever had. If you are ever in the market for a Subaru don t hesitate to use this dealership. They are top notch! I ll be returning for any future purchases just because of the way we were treated. THE BEST DEAL with THE BEST SALESPERSON, I highly recommend with Mr. Kenneth Gaines Sr. He's the most genuinely patience with us and getting the best DEAL!! and very professional!! I would give him 5 stars and very amazing salesperson I've ever met and dealt with. Plus, I would recommend this dealership if you wanna get Subarus' vehicles. Overall I m very happy with my purchase experience at Five Star Subaru and my 2024 Outback Wilderness. My salesman Joe Tareen was great. The only real aspect that I was less than satisfied with was I made 3-4 trips to the Parts Center while I was waiting on one thing or another to purchase seat back protectors and a hat or two, but could not get any assistance while I was there. I received a head nod once but that was all. Never ended up making my purchase on the accessories. Front desk personnel were all great, made small talk with other sales staff and they were all great as well.

I took my fleet vehicle in yesterday to get the windshield recalibrated. Everyone at this location is so nice and accommodating! I watched as each service technician assisted customers and each person was treated the same with kindness and concern for the vehicles.Snacks were a nice perk. Could use better coffee, but I m a little biased due to working for a large Italian coffee roaster and appreciate good coffee.I would definitely recommend Sam Pack dealerships for your vehicles!

Every service advisor I ve worked with has been professional. The loaner car was so helpful. They charged me appropriately for the services provided. The snack bar can t go without mention as well as the kids room. The texting communication makes it easy to stay in touch with my advisor(s). Overall, their name says it all 5 stars!

I am very happy with my purchase from Five Star Subaru and my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport. I worked with both BB and John Presley who were both very friendly, helpful, never tried to upsell me, or pressure me to finance when I said I was prepared to buy with cash (interest rates are terrible, but that's the government's fault and not Subaru's!). I did a custom build back in mid-July and took delivery at the end of October, pretty much on schedule, and I got exactly what I ordered. These guys really are "Five Star".

Five Star Subaru has amazing customer service. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The waiting area has comfortable chairs and a great self serve snack and beverage bar. My service rep, Colin, was so helpful and kind. He kept me updated on the progress of my service and my car was washed. I purchased my Crosstrek from Five Star and will purchase my next Subaru from them as well.

We visited 5 Star Subaru to look at a 2024 Forester. Several cars were ready for our review and the sales consultants who handled our visit were exception. We went for test drive, reviewed the features on the Forester, Limited model and were impressed with the features, comfort, and performance. The price quoted was about $3,000 off sticker price. We worked up the offer with various add ones, came to agreement and went over finance. We got an excellent finance rate and closed the deal. The car was all ready for pick up the following day. From sales, to finance, to pickup everyone was courteous, friendly, professional and no pressure. A very pleasant and honest approach from start to finish. Kudos and 5 stars to the staff at 5 Stars. I highly recommend their staff, facility, and their business approach!

Everyone here is so kind and helpful. They are always honest and respectful of my decisions. It s door to door service and I ve never really waited to be helped.The waiting area is clean with plenty of space to sit (and free WiFi to work). It s always stocked with snacks and drinks.Worth the drive from Frisco for this level of service, even just for an oil change.

I bought a Subaru in March 2023. Today, I had my 18,000 mile service done at the Grapevine Five Star Subaru. This was the most positive car dealership experience I've ever had! I made the service appointment online. When arrived to the dealership, they were ready for me. Sean welcomed me and showed me to the waiting room. It was clean and there were comfortable chairs. They had a self-serve snack bar area with complimentary drinks and snacks. They sent me a text in case I had any questions while waiting. My car was completed 15 min sooner than was estimated. They washed my car. In an age of disappeaing quality service, the employees at this dealership value personal service. They are nailing it! I was dreading getting the oil changed and tires rotated, but today was such a positive experience. I'm so glad I bought my first Subaru. Thank you Sean and team my making my first visit so enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

Last service was the worst, as the technician refused to do alignment even after my claim and said everything is clean. Because of that I have to lose a tire and change 2 tires within 24000 miles. But this time The technician JOSE ZAMBRANA did a great job and took care of my outback very well. I appreciate his kindness and dedication.

Honestly the best dealership I've ever worked with. I'm from deep east Texas so the ride is about 3.5 hours, so most of the "wheeling and dealing" was done over the phone. EB was very nice to work with. Super sweet guy.We all worked a deal out over the phone. I was so nervous about going in and running into games and old dealership moves, that I developed an eye twitch for the majority of that 3.5 hour drive. Not one game. They stuck by the deal on the phone and I got an even better deal that I will elaborate on, here in a minute.Long story short, I couldn't get in for 3 days after making the phone deal and they were kind enough to hold the car for me. I get to the dealership and I immediately see my car out front; already detailed for me, gas tank filled up, and ready for me me drive. They trusted me to be there, just as I trusted them a good experience. EB took me out and went over all the special features of the car BEFORE the test drive so I was aware of everything the car could do. Which was very nice and VERY helpful. He definitely went out of his way to give me a good experience with them. We already made a deal and he still treated me like I was there to see the model of car for the first time. Much appreciated. He also managed to navigate me around where I wasn't in traffic for the test drive. The dealership is in a great location with multiple backside entrances, so it makes it easy to take the car around the block and go back in the back entrance of the dealership. EB was always kind and uplifting.Now for financing. Corbin is the absolute best. Such a sweet guy. He stood by our phone deal. Even after we made the deal, he still searched and worked with other banks to get me the best deal. I walked in expecting almost 11% and Corbin was able to get me 7.49% when the averages right now are 11%. With the adjustment, he was able to cut 3 months off my term and keep me at the same monthly payment! TALK ABOUT WORKING FOR THE CUSTOMER. Absolutely the best treatment. 0 games. Everything was laid out before me and explained before signing. Such a wonderful experience.After signing, EB took me on a tour of their dealership. Did you know their service center has 36 BAYS?! Wow! Talk about being ready to tackle service issues in a timely manor! He made sure I was knowledgeable about their dealership in case I ever needed any work.Overall, this is the best dealership I have ever worked with and I'll definitely be back for my next car.

Jason runs an amazing service department and Solo, Is still one of my favorite, from the time he was parking cars. He s now in the mechanic shop and I m sure he does amazing job! Highly recommend purchasing/doing business with this dealership. Everyone we dealt with was a genuine, decent human. Completely changed my outlook on car sales(people). Nick, our salesman was as down to earth as they come. Never pressured and wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable the entire time. He was a wealth of knowledge. Finance had a few hiccups but Brandon kept us laughing and Kenny REALLY went above and beyond to make sure my MIL got exactly what was promised. Can't wait to visit Jason in the service department when we need a tune up. Could not sing the praises of this dealership any louder!

My service experience with Travis today was great. Had a recall and oil change/tire rotation/multi point inspection and he kept me updated and made sure it went smoothly. When the warranty dept tried to charge me for a covered service, he went back and straightened it out without any issue and even changed my fob battery for me when the others were busy. 5 stars!

Jose in the service department was very helpful and understand of my needs for my car and budget. He even went above and beyond to find that a service I had declined but needed done eventually was actually covered under warranty so they were able to do the repair at no cost to me. I never feel like I'm getting a sales pitch when I go for service at this location.

1st visit. Great service, no pressure to do additional work, thus us different than last Subaru dealer who would always suggest several hundred dollars of additional work. Have very low mileage on 2012 outback so previous dealer always recommended based on months owned, not mileage or condition of car. Really liked the service, and waiting room was comfortable

Took our 24 CrossTrek for routine service. Deion got me in and out, about 45 minutes on a Tuesday morning. Deion was super friendly! The facility was clean, a full of awesome rides! 5 stars! Awesome service! No hassle!

I am considering buying a new Subaru and have been communicating with Jordan a new car salesman about inventory and availability. I finally stopped in to take a look and Jordan greeted me and answered all of my questions. He is not pushy at all but extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. That is a great combination to have in a salesperson. If I do decide to purchase from Five Star, I feel confident that I am in great hands and they genuinely care about their customers.

We had a fantastic experience here. One of our team members wanted to buy a new BRZ. The guys at Five Star were very patient while we changed color choice multiple times. In the end, they ordered us a car, which arrived in about 2 months. Doug and Cameron made the process incredibly easy, and my team member is very proud of his new car!

I met with the team at Five Star Subaru back in 2019 when I purchased by 2020 Subaru Forester.The service and team has always been wonderful since I ve been working with them.I know time has passed, and I recently went in for an oil change and inspection and the team was so kind and accommodating. Throughout the service on my vehicle team members were constantly giving me updates and checking in to see if I needed anything.They are wonderful to do business with!
