Scheduled an appointment for noon. They told me it would take about 20 minutes. After an hour, I asked for an update. They told me it'd be another 45. I went back to work and came back later to pick it up. After standing at the desk for 30 minutes to pay and get my keys back, this nightmare of a transaction was finally over. Never going back.

1. No emergency, so I was scheduled for an appointment the very next day which was much more convenient for me.2. I thought I had a problem with the battery -- needed a "jump" the previous -- after I inadvertently left my lights on. Firestone spend a lot of time looking for the problem. Everything checked out "ok" and I was on my way again. They easily could have said I needed a new battery or a new alternator, but they said things were fine. I only have my three cars serviced at Firestone for as long as I can remember (decades).

The level of disrespect from the staff was embarrassing. Had made a service request online through the app and 30 mins later got a email saying I needed to call the store regarding the appointment. When called they had stated that if I could be there within the next 20 - 30 mins they could squeeze me in. When I arrived to the location they told me they were not taking anybody else for the day. After I told them I was told to come in to have my vehicle serviced they said that quote five vehicle showed up before me and they couldn't take me. When I told them that you specifically asked me to come in now they responded with sorry bud and went back to using their phone with s video blaring loudly as I walked out. Disgusted with the people at this location.

I pulled up to Firestone 30 minutes before close. My tire pressure light had just come on and I clearly had an issue with one particular tire. I went to the Walmart Auto Center 45 minutes till close and was turned away. The store manager himself at this location was kind enough to check out my tire for me, (even though I knew it was slightly inconvenient being so close to closing). He assured me it was no big deal and I was able to get my issue resolved. Would highly recommend this business!

Came here late one night as I got a puncture on my way home from work. They were very professional and friendly in there. They had to replace the tire as it was a pretty bad puncture, but they were very transparent and honest about the whole process, didn't try and squeeze any extra money out of me like some places. Prices were reasonable too, would recommend

Called Tuesday to set an appointment and drop off of my vehicle for squealing brakes for today (Thursday); and they took care of my car and had it ready close to the time they said it would be!Josef went above and beyond with his service! I appreciate you all and will recommend and return!

Typical con artist mechanics. Nothing more, nothing less. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Took my truck in for an alignment and tire rotation. They recommended tire balancing too. Didn't need it but fine, whatever. I was there early but it literally took them ALL DAY before they called me to come pick it up and by then they were about to close. Paid, got the keys. Guess what, tires had not been rotated. (I doubt they were balanced either) Back to the front desk but now I have to wait in line another 15 full minutes while a previous customer is there dealing with some other issue. Finally, "Hi my tires did not get rotated". Then the man proceeds to tell me "Oh, yes. They were." "Uh, no they weren't because I numbered them all with a sharpie before I dropped it off. 1-2-3-4. They're all still in the same place." Well the person that supposedly did mine was already gone for the day. Another employee comes out and tries to tell me they were rotated because he "saw him do it." Again, THE TIRES WERE NOT ROTATED! Now they're all upset they have to stay late after close to finish the job that they had all day to complete in the first place. Took another hour to go through all of this which made me late for my next appointment. In the meantime, an old girlfirend texted my phone I had left at home and my wife picked it up. Needless to say that didn't go well either. These jokers created an unbelievable mess for no reason whatsoever. There is no telling how many times they have done the same thing to others. STAY AWAY!!

Do these people know Take 5 exists? Super slow on an oil change (an hour) despite there being no cars in front of me and zero other customers in the store. Had to personally request to get my keys back and check out after the job was done. Boss man asked me if I wanted synthetic or full synthetic (I wanted conventional). He made a point of telling me the bill was so low that his mechanics weren t interested in doing it ( huh?). For that reason he said he d give it to the new guy, who he straight up told me would take 25 min longer than the other tech on duty with nothing to do because the new guy has to learn. After all was said and done, I asked if the mileage reminder sticker was in the front window, and he said it should be. It wasn t.

Service is taking way too long. Workers tried there best to get help from store managers and they get no response there supervisor was sick and left by ambulance. Been here since 8:30 and it s 12:56 now and still no brake pads. Came in to get rear brakes done on 2018 suburban

Stopped in to try and get an alignment 11/19/23 at 9:05AM, 1 car on rack and other bays empty, 1 car in parking lot. Asked if they had any open slots for wheel alignment, and bald rude slob with untucked shirt just replies "no just drop it off." I then ask "so no idea or a time the alignment can be done?" His reply was just leave it and pick it up at 5:00. Wow sh!#@ customer service, the reviews are bad and it's true . Stay away, don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. I'd rather pay more than deal with these discruntled hourly wagers, who don't care about the reputation of where they earn their living. Fix these problems or become extinct....places like this don't deserve to be open for business.

Took my CR-V in for a nail in the tire figuring I d have to replace it. They replaced it, but put an extra 10lbs of air into by mistake. When I got on the highway, the TPMS Problem light came on. I took it back the next day and they recalibrated the sensor, which I had already tried. They said it could take time due to the new tire, never actually checking the pressure in the tire. Also tried to tell me I must ve ran over something and I would have to bring it back another day since it was near closing time even though my appointment was confirmed. I figured it out on my own after doing some research. What a stupid waste of time.

Called to attempt to get a diagnostic on my car. The manager would not let me talk and kept cutting me off. Explained I had a diagnostic performed and he said he doesn't care, instead of saying that would help but we really need to do our own like a good manager would. Don't go there! Would give zero if I could.

Worst service ever!! Sat for 3 hrs assured they would get to us to repair a flat tire. right before closing at 7pm told us they can't get to it. Now too late to go anywhere else cause it is 7pm and everything is closed!!

We were looking to buy a car at a local dealership that was close to this Firestone. I called and made an appt ahead of time. I live an hour away. I showed up at my appt time with the car that I had to go to the dealership to get, get temp tags and sign paperwork so this Firestone could inspect it. I was told that I would have to "come back tomorrow" because someone else came in before me who did not have an appt. I asked if he could call other Firestones in the area to see if they had an opening. He said that was not something he did. I ask for the phone numbers of the other ones around me and he told me "that's what google is for". This place is a screwed up mess. I called Christian Brothers down the street. They said they could get me in even though I did not have an appointment and they were about to close. They stayed late and did the service I asked for. I appreciate Christian Brothers going the extra mile!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Danny accepted my vehicle when it was towed in from the DFW Airport. He contacted me immediately and was able to access the problem by that late afternoon/early evening. The repairs (water pump) were completed and a new set of tires I purchased were installed all in less than 24 hours of the breakdown!!!

Terrible Terrible service. The lady at the front desk was the rudest I have ever came across. I went there twice for my car alignment. I made the reservation online. I called her before going there, just to make sure that the car will be serviced on time. So asked my co-worker to pick me from the Firestone. When I went there, she said I will have to leave my car for a day. If you only have one employee working, stop have customers make online appointments. Very inconvenient.

Scheduled online at 2:30 for a 6pm oil change. Couldn t do it. No one reached out either and I could ve went somewhere else easily. There s a lot of options in the area - I d avoid this one.

Very satisfactory experience overall, they got all the work I needed done on a Sunday. Clear explanations of what needed to be done were given, the manager and the front desk guy were outstanding. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Made an appointment online. Got an email the next morning saying call the store. I called the store and the employee said we re all booked up for the next 10 days. So, the store makes appointments but doesn t update the website, that means that the website offers appointments any time of day, any day, even though there are no appointments available. So, making an appointment on the Firestone website for this store, is a waste of time and energy.

avoid this location if possible... called and asked if they can do a tire patch, they said just come in... but when i came in 10 mins later ...the guy said just drop it off and will have it ready by next day..... if they would have been honest about the timing I can make a decision before heading over.... ended up taking it down to the Midas next door and they did it for free...(my tires was from firestone)

These guys were great. I had a 7am appointment on a Friday to get my tires rotated so I dropped my car off on Thursday at 5pm and they called me Thursday evening to tell me it was finished and would be ready for me to pickup. I ll be back and this next time I ll also get my oil changed at the same time per their recommendation.

Totally recommend this place, they do a great job here!! Very professional. %100 satisfied. Shoutout to Jose, great person. He is very honest and a hard worker. I had an appointment for alignment. Even though with appointment they asked me to wait couple hours after taking the car, after 2 hours of wait they still said it will take another 2 more hours to start working on my car. My half of the day got wasted. I will never visit this location in future.

Told me an inspection can be done on Sunday, walk in and get told there's not enough mechanics and that I should've come on a different day. I walk out, get followed by the receptionist at the front door with him trying to start an argument with me because I said the customer service was mediocre on my way out.I do not believe it to be appropriate for a receptionist to be trying to pick a bone with me when we had a miscommunication with him being in the wrong. Incredibly unprofessional. If you come here expect to be yelled at by an angry receptionist for something that is not your fault.The absolute audacity to try and argue with me once I walk out of your private property is actually insane. Don't tell me that your shop can do something on a specific day, and then I come in on that day and not be able to do it. That's not how you run a business.

I had an alignment scheduled at another location. They called this morning and told me their alignment machine was down. I called four other stores, and no one was able to get me in in a reasonable time frame. They were willing but busy and I understood that. I called this location, and they were able to fit me right in prior to a really long trip. I m very thankful and appreciative of their willingness to help me out in such a bind. Because of the extra level of care and Consideration, I ll be calling back and visiting for future needs.

Went in thinking I needed brakes, upon further inspection figured out they just needed a good cleaning! In and out service, Robert was very helpful and honest. Recommend this shop to anyone looking for a fair price and fair people.

Great appreciation for Bob and his team. My car had been serviced at another location and had quickly given me an indicator light. I took it to this location and Bob took me in, had a tech check what was going on and diagnosed a leak. He got my car running great again and took care of any spillage that may have happened. Their great customer service would make me return here for anything I might need.

They are overpriced and won't honor appointments. I had an appointment at 1 pm for a tire rotation and was told it's still a 2 hour wait. That's ridiculous.
