Phenomenal customer service! I had a nail in a tire that they diagnosed and repaired quickly. They were incredibly efficient, communicative, and personable - also getting me in and out under the initial estimated time. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. Never thought a tire place would be a noteworthy enough experience for me to write a review about but I just had to. As others stated, amazing customer service is so rare these days. They had the best rate for four brand new tires for us, they added a rebate on top, the guy came to our house to install them, appt was technically at 9am and he was at our home busting his butt in the cold with all four tires already off before 9, the guy was friendly and worked hard and fast, when we called to complete the transaction the man on the phone seemed genuinely happy to be at work, he was super personable/friendly, etc. Overall a great experience and I will refer everyone to them!

Popped a tire early morning and made an appointment at 11:15a. I was out the door with a brand new tire and back on the road by 11:40a. Bobby was friendly, helpful and made the process completely painless. I work in sales I am always preaching to my team making customer service experiences memorable. It's getting rarer these days to actually experience it in the wild! Kudos to this location and its fantastic staff. This is why i am a Discount Tire customer for life!

Campbell is amazing!! I came into the Grapevine location to see if someone could check out this piece of plastic that was dragging under my car. Even though it wasn t a tire related issue, Campbell gladly took a look at it and used some zip ties to keep it from dragging on the ground, and at no cost to me!I was able to make it to work that day because of his help! I will forever be a repeat customer here!! Thank you so much Campbell for your help!!

If you re dropping by to get your tires, checked for air, don t. They will leave you sitting there, with 2 cars behind you, five guys standing around, doing nothing just staring at you waiting for someone else to come check your air. I love Discount Tire but things like this frustrate me. Don t have an air check pull through if you re not gonna have someone checking air. At the very least they could send someone over to let you know. Hey, it s gonna be a minute.

I made sure to explain to Jason that my car has WIPER SERVICE SETTING. Told them to call if any questions.I don t understand why I was neither called to assist, nor informed of the damage.There was already a small scratch, but it is now 4x the size. Clearly the wiper arm was forced which scraped the paint much further and deeper down to bare metal.Occurred between 3-4:30 9/9/2023

This morning, I was quite startled when I noticed a nail stuck in the rear tire of my car, causing it to go flat. However, I visited the discount tire store near my home. Despite worrying about whether the repair would be done quickly, they promptly assigned me to the repair line and fixed the tire perfectly in just one hour. The staff there were very kind and professional. When it came time to pay, I was ready to settle the bill, but they said it was free. I've only been in the United States for two months since moving from Korea, and I was so surprised by this response that I asked again. Why is it free? They simply said it's their policy. Still quite bewildered, I thanked them and left. Now that I think about it, I completely forgot to leave a tip. Feeling very apologetic, I decided to at least leave a review and made up my mind to buy my tires from there next time I visit.

Understaffed no communication from service advisor David. The line is out the door. Been here an hour and a half and still waiting to warranty one tire. I would definitely go somewhere else. Like NTB at least they keep you up to date on whats going on.

Unfortunately my recent experience has not been great. Came in 3 times for the same tire with nail puncture in one week. Since I had purchased all 4 tires at DT few mo ago, they are going to replace to new tire as u not recommended to have more than 3 patches in one tire, and this would have been 3rd. Per their progess link, the car should have already been completed by now. However, I see that my car is still sitting in the parking lot and didn't even make it to the bay. Had to talk to one of the employees to bring it to their attention. Think it is being pulled to bay now as I am writing this review. Would.have gone home then came back had I known it would take this long...

I am pleased with how the managers here dealt with damage from a new tech to rims I had on a basic rotate and balance (power tool on the plastic center caps stripped out the aluminum threads on the wheels). After exploring all the options they found a fair way to make it right, and I'll be back to do business with them again for my next set of wheels/tires.

I ve been going to the Grapevine location for over 10 years. Every interaction with the employees has always been like they were trained by angels. Never pushy or manipulative. My most recent experience with one of their employees was disgusting. I felt like I was in the office of a used car salesman trying to sell me a car. When given an almost 3 hour window to complete service I say I need to make a call and step away out of line. While I m on this call the sales person interrupts me while I m talking asking for an update. Nobody is in line just people waiting. As if he needs to make a sell something right now. This employee does not fit the brand I ve come to admires unless the values have changed. Looking at the reviews it looks like someone else had the same experience. The service guys were amazing as usual.

I ve always had nothing but great service at Discount Tire but today was different. I arrived at 11:30 for what is a nail in my tire. I was quoted and given a link that showed my vehicle would be ready by 12:45. I get that those who have appointments are given priority but when someone walks in 20 minutes later with the same exact issue and given 1:00 as their expected completion time and their vehicle is already in the bay being worked on at 12:30 while mine is still sitting in the parking lot that s an issue. I asked for my keys and left. This leads me to believe they overlooked my vehicle and just a sorry about that as they handed me my keys.

Deceptive and predatory towards women.Had my wife and daughter stop in today due to a TPMS light. Screw in a tire. While they did patch the tire they went on and on about how she needs 2 front tires because they are a level 3 out of 5 and could pop at anytime The Firestone tires on her car are 1 year old with less than 25k miles on them, maintained, aligned, and rotated regularly. Nowhere near the wear bar.Luckily she called me and I told her to leave. Its unfortunate to think of how many gullible people may fall for this.I work in auto parts and sales as well. But at least I m honest.Never again at this location.

Just went in to have my tire pressure checked and the guy who did the pressure check didn't even check to see what pressure should be for my car. He was just airing everyone's tires up to the same pressure. 36 pounds! He also was too lazy to put the caps back on the tires. They were laying everywhere. Discount tire must be trying to drum up business by overinflating tires.

Been to this location twice. First time they put the wrong tires on my vehicle. I had to go back later the same day for them to fix it. Second time I went in to have a tire patch due to a nail. When I got home the tire that they worked on did not have a center cap or dust cap on it. Absolutely ridiculous.

I Highly Recommend Discount Tire!I needed to get a tire repair (nail). They asked would I like my tires rotated & Also Fix the nail in my tire! GREAT!!!I am a repeat customer of which my info was already in the computer. This provided easy in/out processing of service requested. If you have tires you need whether previously purchased with them or Not! They will give you Quality Customer service and almost often at no Charge!The next time I need tires, Discount Tires Will have my business! 2 Thumbs up!!!

I had issues with this particular store several years back, I swore I would never go back, I needed a tire repair and time was of the essence, so I tucked my tail and took the tire into the store in Grapevine off hwy 114, the young men that worked there where the best, extremely courteous and respectful to me, they accepted the tire and repaired it in such a fast time that when I left to attend other business, thinking that it would take some time to repair because the store was very busy, I got four blocks from the store when I received a text telling me the tire was ready for pickup, I returned to pick up the tire and was told there was no charge, I had to ask again to make sure I heard right, and yes I did here it right, this store has definitely changed from the last time, very much for the better, next time one of my vehicles need tires or wheels, I will use this store! BIG THANKS TO THE MEN AT THIS STORE :)

Made an appointment for tire rotation and balance for 5:15pm and arrived at location at 4:50pm. Im am still sitting in lobby with my vehicle still sitting in parking lot untouched at 5:29pm. What is the point in making an appointment then. I was told I would be out of here in 45min!!!

Super fast and friendly service. I had to get a tire repaired (was prepared to pay for a new tire but was pleasantly surprised to find it could be repaired instead) and they did it for free! Dylan at the front was extremely helpful and kind. I would absolutely bring my car here again. They take care of their customers.

My front passenger tire popped on the side of the highway. One of the workers at the store (Ozzy) pulled over to help me. Out of the kindness his heart. Excellent service and excellent employees. They have got me and my wife's business.

Dear Mr. Cody,I trust this message finds you in good health. During my recent visit on 8/16/23, I received new tires for my Kia and also had the tpms issue fixed on my mustang, along with replacing the front right tire on my Mustang. The total bill was $523, while the Kia cost just over $500. Unfortunately, after the service, the tpms light was still on, and I was told to drive around more. However, when I took my car to Ford on the 18th, they informed me that the wrong aftermarket sensor was installed.I immediately contacted Discount Tire, and I was told that the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, I was not able to return to the store, so I sent my girlfriend instead. She was treated poorly and told that the tire with the new tpms was at 13psi, which is unacceptable. She had to ask for the manager, and only then was the issue resolved after Cody told her they'll just refund it and take it elsewhere. While I appreciate the fact that my sensor was fixed, I would like to express my disappointment over the way your customers are treated when there is a mistake with their vehicle, especially after they have purchased all recommended items.Therefore, I would like to speak with the store manager to ensure that such incidents do not happen again, and to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and empathy. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Seeing as I run my own oil change shop customers should never be treated with this level of disrespect.

Came in 5 minutes before they closed because a pothole wrecked my front left tire. They treated me with respect and were thorough with the whole process despite it being after closing. They also gave me a great deal and rotated the tires so there wasn t a steering difference between the new and old tire treads. Thank you Dylan!

So many other locations in the metroplex, but I ll always choose this location from all others! They are all so helpful and kind. Been coming here for a few years now. Have never had any issues.
