I've never visited a Discount Tire before, but after today's fantastic experience, I'll definitely return! Due to construction near our complex, both my boyfriend's and my cars ended up with nails in our tires. We went to this location, and they were incredibly kind and efficient - they patched our tires and added air for free. Additionally, they generously provided me with free tire caps since mine were missing. The customer service was exceptional. We'll definitely be returning!

Great experience with this Discount Tire. Set up an appointment ahead of time and my truck was in and out in about 45 minutes with 4 new tires. No issues with workmanship and the staff are all professional and keep you updated with the status of your vehicle. They ve always taken care of little things (checking for nail, etc) without an extra charge. Definitely recommend.

Top notch service. Gabriel went out of his way to help fit my schedule and remembered my name when I returned. Service was fast and easy with no unnecessary up selling. Discount tire plays the long game and I will 100% return to this location.

I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional service we received at Discount Tire on November 20, 2023. We were preparing for a road trip from Dallas, Texas to Tennessee and decided to stop by to get our tires rotated. And, once again, Discount Tire did not disappoint!The team at Discount Tire operates with a level of professionalism and care that truly sets them apart. I've come to think of Discount Tire as a 'Dad type of place' because they get it right every time. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that the service provided is not only efficient but also thorough.On our visit, the team exhibited a perfect blend of expertise and friendliness. Obviously, as a Discount Tire customer I've been to several locations depending where I am in my travels however, this is by far my favorite location. This is 2nd set of tires I buy here. Robert, store manager is professional, very personable and hands on. The shop tech let me know a loose bolt (or something) was found that was not part of tires, suggesting I see a mechanic to get it tightened but the manager got in there and took care of it. He came to explain he was able to get it back in place with no problem. Truly appreciate him going above and beyond. Also the customer service of the sales guy inside was great as well. He worked with me trying to find me the best deal in my budget, using my warranty discount. I was in and out with 4 new tires and brand new bolts in under 30 minutes, which honestly it took longer to find what I could afford. It was around 5pm and I noticed all customers were being taken care of quickly. Highly Recommend this location!!!

Great experience with this Discount Tire. I made an appointment but was running late, and they still got me in and out within an hour so I could get to work on time! Nathan came out in the rain and met me at my vehicle and made sure I was taken care of. He kept me informed throughout the process and definitely earned a repeat customer.

Thank you so much for the great customer service today on our Chevy 2500! Jose was friendly and worked us in fast. The service team did a great job fixing his leaky tire and performing a rotate and balance. We will be back with our other vehicles!

After getting new tires, my car no longer feels like I'm driving the space shuttle during re-entry. It also cut down the road noise from Cat 5 hurricane to a tropical storm. Great staff and job done in less than an hour! Kudos all around.

I have been a discount tire customer since 2009 (my parents brought me to one inOdessa, Tx with my first truck). All stores are consistent with their awesome customer service. I now live in Coppell and this is the closest location to my job. Staff is always knowledgeable, polite and friendly. NEVER has a Discount tire employee been rude! I will continue to get my tires from them as they offer removal of nails and free tire rotations! Oh and free air checks!

Dylan went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had what I needed to get safely back on the road. Very friendly. A little bit longer than usual wait (Jose didn t seem to be having a good day) but still a good experience lol.

I sent my wife to get new tire put on our vehicle because we trusted this place, come to find out the technician stole my wives social security card. She just renewed it so it was still in the envelope. She came straight home after that crying she couldn't find it. I really hope that tech returns her social card.... HE KNOWS WHAT CAR HE TOOK IT FROM...

They do their job here fast, and they do it well. That s the service people, I ll give them that.However, all that s thrown out the window when there s no integrity on the sales side. I brought my car in for a nail in the tire only to be told how dangerous my tread was and that, if it were any lower I d have to tow it out of here because they couldn t remove the nail or legally let me drive it out. They tried to sell me on purchasing new tires instead. I verified if they were talking about all 4, and they insisted. Ironically, I just replaced one tire that had some damage from road debris recently. They said I had 3/32 on all 4 tires. I went home and measured it at 9/32 on one, and 5/32 on the rest.I m aware the time to replace them is upcoming, sure, but the lack of integrity alone makes me lose all faith here. That, combined with them telling me I can t install different size tires than OEM, is enough for me to go elsewhere permanently. It s my car, I should be able to install what I want. If you don t want liability, make a waiver for me to sign.Anyways, I m going to go to a more honest shop. You should too.

Great experience at this location. I was assisted by Hector who was friendly and knowledgeable and recommended an even better tire than the one I initially had in mind. Process was quick and easy took about an hour and a half total! I ve never spent less than 3-4 hours at other Discount Tire locations so I ll be sure to use this location next time I need tires (hopefully not anytime soon).

I love discount tire but will never be back at this location. They have a SALES mentality and push to get a sale. TWICE I have received poor service, and one of those was terrible service. They did reach out to rectify the situation but it had progressed so negatively I didn t go back. Only went today because the wait was less. No more and they are they closest location for me.

They are very professional, service was great. Was able to get me 4 new tires and windshield wipers in less than an hour. I didn't know they sold windshield wipers.

Courteous staff, vehicle was ready when promised. Service advisor let me know it was too cold for weights to stick and to get balancing done another day. Indoor area could do without the fans in winter in my opinion (it was uncomfortably cold while waiting) and it would have been nice if they could have kept the tea/coffee offerings and the convenience area up to date.

I just stopped by here because my tire pressure light came on and this was the closest shop to me off the highway and I am SO HAPPY I did. The guys here are professional, helpful, charming, and fast. I don t know who s running this place but way to hire a great team of people with get-it-done attitudes (especially when it was almost 100 degrees outside). Thank you guys for all your hard work! It does not go unnoticed.

I don't often give a tire shop 5 stars but this particular Discount Tire and its personnel have always taken care of me and my vehicle. One time they made a significant mistake while working on one of my tires but they did everything they could to rectify the situation including comping me the installation fee on that tire. As long as you make an appointment you can get in and out of there fairly quickly. The store itself is also kept clean and tidy as well. This is definitely a location I recommend and I will continue to go to for all of my tire servicing needs in the future.

This particular store was very fast and professional. Now, that's said, I did get there on a Thursday mid day. Overall one of the better stores I have been to in a while. Techs and service guys all seemed to be on point.
