Had a fantastic experience here at the Grapevine store. We were traveling in our new motor coach and bought a Jeep in Fort Worth. We really needed a blue ox system installed quickly. McCoy gave us a great quote, found the parts, had it installed in just a couple days. He even came in on Saturday and made sure we got it hooked up and we were on our way back to Seattle! Thanks McCoy!

I couldn't be happier! I had the Air Ride load leveling system installed on my 22 F350. They got the kit fast and installed the next day. Even remembered that I mentioned I'm picky about door dings, they had my truck parked out front like it was on display, very safe from a potential ding when I came to pick it up... lol. Appreciated! Everyone I encountered was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of their products. Great work! I'll be back for any future RV towing needs.

Nice people. I bought a bed cover from them and the decked drawer system. Drop my truck off came back hours later. To find out that Nothing was installed, they just put it in the back of the truck. I think she ordered the wrong parts. And when it came time to pay them, they don't know how to add or subtract. One time, my bill was $200 over the next time. It was $600 under. So i'd told them just take their stuff. And I will buy Tell me somebody else.And they take forever to create an invoice and pay.

We bought an rv and quickly realized we would need to have another vehicle towed behind to really get the most out of the experience. After lots of quality time with Dr. Google we realized flat towing a jeep was the way we wanted to go. You would think that would be the hard part nope. There are a million different ways to make that happen. My husband figured out exactly what we needed and could in theory put it all together. Here s the thing we are not experts. There s a reason why you consult experts. They do this every day. They have a knowledge and passion that is priceless. McCoy knew EXACTLY what we didn t;). We picked up our fully modified, ready to roll jeep today. It s a work of art. The wiring alone should be framed. Yes we could have maybe got something rolling after a few weeks. These guys turned us around in less than 48. It was an incredibly easy experience and seamless installation.

McCoy is awesome! I highly recommend coming here for all your needs. I have been desperately trying to get a receiver hitch installed on my Range Rover and everyone else in town kept giving me the run around. Well he made it happen in a couple of hours and his prices can't be beat. I couldn't believe how competitive he is on price. In a day now where businesses just charge you whatever they want because they can, McCoy is honest, fair and professional. I see why everyone raves about this place! Thank you sir for not price guaging and taking advantage of people! Such an easy and painless experience. So hard to find businesses anymore with this kind of service and integrity!

Macoy is the man. He fixed me up with pull out deck for my Ford Transit van. Even made custom brackets to make it work just the way I needed. Highly recommended. Very satisfied with quality and customer service.

Discount Hitch helped me with a wiring issue on my Toyota that was keeping me from towing a new trailer to New Mexico. They were great. Worked me into their schedule and quickly got me on the way. Very nice building and all the towing parts anyone could ask for! Thanks Guys!

I was looking for a place to have a receiver installed on my wife s Jeep. I had call around several places and they would tell me it would be a week before they could get the parts. These guys are great, I brought it in to them and They had all the parts in inventory and jumped right on it.

Have to give them a AAA rating super nice. Called at 9 am on my way from east Texas no appointment. At 10:30 my truck was being pulled into shop. Got it done fast and best of All fare price and a super clean restroom. That s a winning combination.

FIRST time I went to them for a simple hitch install it was great. Second time I went for a roof rack/bar install on my jeep they couldn t handle it. But I only learned that after trusting them when they said they could do it. Well they couldn t and they installed it all wrong, never called me back either. Good for hitch. Don t ask them for anything else. Poor customer respect, if they couldn t handle it I wish they would have said no.

Francisco at the Grapevine Texas was fantastic to work with. He evaluated the broken sidestep on my truck and gave me an estimate for "jake leg" fix that i suggested . Fortunately, his mechanic fixed it "the right way" and better than i had expected. Yet , he reduced the price he quoted by 40% because he said it was easy and quick. How often, do you find a place with such professional and honest actions that i would never have known about. So i am going back for some other custom work on my Tundra and would recommend anyone in the Southlake, Grapevine area to do business with Francisco and his team. Greg M. Grapevine, Texas

We came from outta town, during our trip our weather guard came loose. We stopped at discount hitch and truck accessories they quickly helped us and sent us on our way, Sanchez was very helpful, showed us the weather guard gave us feedback on it and disposed of it for us. Definitely recommend 10/10 service

My husband is very particular about who works on his truck, and mentioned that he found a shop to take it to. He had called and spoken to McCoy and was most impressed with his customer service and knowledge. We drove from Dallas to the new Grapevine location and were greeted by McCoy. We even went towards the end of the day, and he got us right in and finished up in a timely manner. I came in to browse (I was having a bad day and needed some retail therapy) and Macoy was so kind! He said when I pulled in he noticed my blinker wasn t working and suggested that my blinker fluid was low. I told him I just replaced it so I was confused. He took the time to show me the difference between the cheap $100 stuff that I was using and upgraded me to the $350 bottle!! I was so grateful! He saved me so much money in the long run and I ll never go back to that cheap blinker fluid again. Also, he gave my kids a treat and gave my dog a lollipop! You just don t get that kind of service anywhere!! Thank you Macoy!!
