So far so good. This place changed hands a few years ago but I know the old owner, and like the new owner, and the lead tech here is super knowledgeable and willing to share what he knows. I ll update when they install the new amps and speakers in my 2015 Lexus ES 350

Sam, the owner, and his team at DFW stereo did an awesome job upgrading my old Mercedes with a new CarPlay unit, a backup camera, and full integration into the steering wheel controls, etc. The price was very good, the work was excellent, and the service was outstanding - very highly recommended!

DFW STEREO THE BEST AUDIO SHOP I EVER WORKED WITH THEY HELP YOU PUT TOGETHER THE MOST OPTIMAL SETUP THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS AND THEY EXECUTE IT WITH PROFESSIONAL SKILL AND TIMELINESS THEY MIGHT TAKE A SEC TO SQUEEZE INTO THEIR SCHEDULE BUT IT'S BECAUSE THEY GIVE THEIR UTMOST ATTENTION TO EACH CUSTOMER AND IT'S WORTH THE WAIT THEY DO WONDERFUL WORK

Did the subwoofer and dashcam hardwire installation recently at this car stereo shop and the results made me very happy with an excellent job and communication with the Owner Sam and his fast squad. He gives you a reasonably priced, explanation and a warm welcome every time. Don't waste your time and money to go to another stereo shop in the DFW area. I will visit again this shop in the future for a lighting setup for my vehicle.

Small place but loaded with anything you could possibly imagine that pertains to car audio. The gentlemen that's always there is super helpful and knowledgeable and always willing to help a person out. That's why I keep going back.

Sam and the crew once again exceeded expectations. I had them install a new head unit in my daughters car. Sam ordered all the necessary connectors and installed in a couple hours. This is the second vehicle he's taken care of for my family. Prices for inventory and labor were very competitive, even with online retail shops. Thanks Sam!

I took my car to get apple car play installed. The installer Tony and Juan did an awesome job and the owner Sam was very professional and gives you the best deals and prices around town. I highly recommend this location for any car audio installations.

Had headunits and backup cameras installed on my GMC Sierra Classic and my Honda Civic two years ago. Both are still going strong. Have had no issues. I will be going back soon to upgrade the speakers and to add subs in the truck. They were quick, professional, and priced just right.

Had a hardwired dashcam installed here, they had it done in 2 hours and it looks awesome. Great speedy service, and a low rate too, compared to other places.

This place is AWESOME!!! They saved me HUNDREDS of DOLLARS over Car Toys & got a better system on top of that!!I was told by so many places I couldn't replace the stereo in my 2020 Honda CR-V. These guys did it! Plus others told me I would lose all or some functionality of my steering wheel controls if I did. Well I didn't lose ANY functionality! Everything works PERFECT!!SAM is the man!! I will never go anywhere else! They have my business for life!!

I wanted to upgrade my wife's stereo. Sam recommended a few options, offered perspective regarding cost and benefits of each for us to consider. Once we were ready to make a change, the service was fast, as explained, with some additional insight on potential other fixes we knew we should do but hadn't mentioned.Great service and communication. We will be going back for more upgrades to either vehicle. Strongly recommended!

They are very nice! I got a new head unit, radio, and 2 12-inch subs installed. Car sounds fantastic and they were very transparent with me about each item, the cost, and what each item is for. I'll be going back to replace my side speakers and get some lights installed! So happy!

Went to DFW Stereo with my new 4 Runner. I was going to order all of the JL Audio equipment I wanted from Crutchfield, but I decided to see when I could get an install appointment from DFW Stereo b/c my buddy had a very clean install done there. I went and spoke to Sam and Tony and was blown away with their knowledge, as well as the store's complete line of JL equipment. Sam's prices were competitive and so I bought all of my equipment from him. Better yet, he told me to bring back my vehicle in 2 hours and they would take care of the install THAT DAY! 2 Hours later I came back and was told the amp/sub install would take approximately 3 hours. 1 hour and 45 minutes later they called me and said my vehicle was ready. I was very impressed with the way they mounted the amp and its control knob. I've completed a lot of installs myself, but I couldn't have done the job that fast and admittingly, not that clean either. Tony even brought out a different sub combination to let me hear it in my truck and gave me honest feedback on what I needed if I decided to go that route. I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and recommendation (the guy really knows his stuff!). Good prices, good work, and good people!

I bought a subwoofer to add on to my factory system in a 2019 Toyota C-HR. I spent hours online and by myself trying to find the right wires to tap into for the amp. I thought maybe they could help, even if I had to pay them to do it. I was there five minutes and I had exactly the correct wires with where to find them. He wouldn t even let me pay him. Saved me so much time and trouble. Next time I need to purchase stereo equipment or if I have a friend having work done, I will highly recommend DFW Stereo. Thank you!

Had a full system installed by DFW Stereo, sounds phenomenal!!!! Great pricing, anyone thinking about going to Car Toys or any other big name guys needs to come here for sure. I won t send my friends and family anywhere else.

I searched far and wide from Car Toys to all the local shops for solutions to adding bass to my F150's system without breaking the bank. Sam set me up with exactly what I needed and never upsold me once. He was honest and straight up. Overall great to deal with. To top it off he was the best price in town.

I needed an install in our Mercedes ML that gave us Apple Car Play while still maintaining the OEM Look. I won't say it wasn't challenging - especially wiring everything into a car that isn't designed for a replacement ICE - but DFW Stereo and Sam's Team not only did a great job, but got it all done same day. Highly recommended and a delight to support a small business instead of the "Big Box" chains.

Best place in the metropolis. Tony did a phenomenal job!!!! I've been to 2 different Car Toys that stole my money. Tony fixed everything and the price was amazing for the work they do. I'm definitely a lifetime loyal customer. Thank u DFW Stereo, the real underrated Kings of the audio world.

This place felt like the kind of place that uses high quality and will give you quality work be mindful that quality will come at a cost. It looks like they stock a lot of JL products which is nice compared to places like Best Buy. I just stopped in for 5feet of 8 gauge wire. The guy at the counter hung up the phone with his friend to assist me immediately and that speaks volumes to a customer. Also he cut me some JL 8 gauge wire which is the best name in the industry. If you need a "NICE" system call this place to schedule a install and I know they will get you everything you need. Thanks for the help!

I have used DFW stereo on and off for 20 years. The New ownership have a great diversity of products and installation was very good. I have had my Pontiac grand Prix GT, Lincoln and my Titan LE replaced with new stereos and speakers. These guys know how to change out the harnesses where my controls act like the old controls. They did a excellent job and I am a happy camper.

They are great to work with. The owner is tries to find out exactly what you are looking for and your budget and makes the best recommendations also the installation crew goes out of their way to make sure they help you understand your new radio.I have used them several times. I recommend them to anyone.

Sam was very helpful and generous When I came in for some speaker upgrades. He was patient in letting me hear each one to my liking. He recommended some speakers that ended up sounding better than the ones I had in mind and his prices were very competitive. He even threw in speaker grills and the demo CD! Will definitely be back.

I do a lot of research before to take my vehicle for audio upgrade, I decided to try DFW stereo in Grapevine, tx. This is by far, one of the best service experience I ever have!. Sam and his team Rocks ! They are honest , friendly and with great customer service skills, Tony and Juan the technicians ,They have the knowledge & Experience on audio systems and installation they are truly professional . Fair prices and they always try to help the customer on his budget.They pass my expectations by far ! The final product put a smile on my face !,Without drain my wallet.I highly recommend this place. Is a five stars place !

I have a 2019 Ram 1500. The factory stereo was very, very average. Crank it up and it was all flat, no highs, no lows, all midrange. Just blah. I'm the sort of guy who likes his rock and roll, LOUD. I've always loved a great stereo in a vehicle, it makes me feel alive. I like to hear the cymbals and feel the base, and zen to killer guitarist. The guys fixed me up with a Kenwood amp, and Hertz speakers including a subwoofer custom made cabinet for my new pick up. Even with the music cranked full volume, the music is clean, clear and rocking the road. The install was excellent. I couldn't even tell anything has been disassembled and then reassembled. Just a very clean install with quality products. 100% recommend. Sam kept me informed the whole time and I knew the price before anything was installed. No surprises, not added on costs (except taxes). These guys know their stuff and are the real deal. I'll have this truck a long time and really look forward to many years of rockin out.

Went to see Sammy the Owner when I got my Son a new 2017 HONDA Civic Sport .They installed 4 Hertz Speakers 165 !Wow sounds awesome ! They did a great job . This store has done my Ford F-150 , my 65 Mustang and my Sons Honda .. always a great job ! The Owner Sammy always treats you nice!They do a great job and great prices !

The owner, Sam, is super nice and flexible with putting together the package that you want. Although not quite as good a selection as Car Toys he does have options for good, better, best. The price point is the real advantage as the cost is half to two-thirds of car toys.
