DFW Collision in Grapevine did an amazing job on my Toyota Tundra. The staff was great from the front receptionist to the assistant manager and the techs in the body shop. Chet worked with me throughout and communicated the entire process. I never wondered what was happening. When I had questions or concerns they were always answered quickly and efficiently. Not to mention they had it ready faster than expected. My truck looks amazing and you can t even tell where the new paint blends with the old!!! If you are looking for a great body shop for repairs I recommend DFW Collision in Grapevine for sure!! I will use them again and send all my family and friends to them.

excellent service and results. d/fw had to repair errors left over from previous repair facility and did a great job. Chet was easy to work with and went the extra mile to make sure the repair was done right. they made a very picky customer very happy. I would recommend anyone needing this kind of service to check this shop out first

In fairness, the actual body work they did met expectations.Original quote was for $4000 something- agreed and dropped of truck before going on vacation. A week later get an email- sorry, now need $9000 something. When I said I was surprised with the big change, manager said that s normal, clearly I don t understand the business. Three weeks later- after door that was necessary didn t come in manager said good news- we can save you a few hundred because we don t need the door (why did we ever wait for it in the first place if that was the case). Multiple times manager said he would call back and didn t. He seemed to enjoy telling me he couldn t give me an ETA to get truck back after 5 weeks at his shop- talking over me when I was talking, zero listening skills and his snarky attitude and tone was infuriating.Feel bad for the people who work there and the owners- good work done on the truck but because of the manager s attitude and hostility, I ll never go back and strongly recommend against using this business

Paint was fine. Minimal overspray.I had issues with sensors when picking my truck up and some issues with equipment that I was told was no longer manufactured.I took the truck to the dealer and sure enough the sensors were damaged and the part I needed was not only available but in stock. The approach from the advisor I worked with was to not listen but to deflect. This was just my experience, and many people like this place.

The personnel are helpful and knowledgeable. Working with them made the process easy. The parking lot is free of potholes and debris. The building appears well maintained. Inside there is a waiting area with a TV and a snack and drink vending machine that helped make me comfortable while I waited. They took care of my business quickly while treating me with respect.

Chet did a good job of getting my car back to me before Thanksgiving. The workmanship was excellent and my car looks brand new.

I had an excellent experience with DFW collision. They were so easy to work with. The communication was great. I received updates via text and phone calls from my rep Ashley every step of the way. She worked with the insurance comp and took care of that completely. I didn t have to do anything. They were efficient and got my car ready faster than the expected date. The repairs look impeccable and I am so happy. The manager Marcus was so helpful as well when I had questions. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a tree fall on my truck during a storm. It caused extensive damage and I was without my truck for close to two months. Despite the extensive repair, DFW Collision kept me up to date and never got frustrated or annoyed with my frequent calls. Very friendly staff and it starts with Tammy who greets every customer. You don t find good people like this very often anymore.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve used DFW collisions multiple times in the past and was very happy but something has changed. Not sure if new management, new business Philosophy or just bad scheduling. But was promised that they would start my repair 6 weeks ago and would take 2 weeks.Then the week before I was scheduled to bring the car in, I was informed it would be another month and would now take 3 weeks.They really over promised and under delivery.I had to find another shop on short notice.My agent give me Advantage Autoworks and was able to get in and would only need 2 weeks.I hope DFW can get their act together because I m a long time client that is very frustrated.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely the BEST auto shop I have ever been to! I had to get a dent on my door repaired and not only were they super helpful and friendly but my car looks like it never even got hit!! Thank you to the front desk girl for her kindness and for Ray for his expertise! The repair was fast and the customer service was EXCELLENT! Definitely using them in the future for all of my needs. They did excellent work on my wife's car but they want an appointment to schedule a review of your requested work. The shop manager, Marcus, did manage to fit me in however so cuddos for working with me on the fly.

Absolutely top notch customer service. I had a little accident hitting the back of a van and crashed my passenger front corner. First of all they did an excellent job. They were thorough with my insurance. Worked well with them to the point I didn't need to be involved. The job was great quality. Second, they completed the job in a timely manner compared to many other shops my family, friend and coworkers have been to. Everyone I spoke to told me that was fast service. The hours of operation work great for those who work M-F 8-5. I was able to call and have a good person always respond my calls and answer my questions. I never felt like a burden especially since this was my first crash I was worried. Then a few months later the rubber gasket on the fender was coming off. They were kind enough to replace it when I know those are wear and tear parts because they never fit like the first time. On top of that great experience. My sister seems to be accident prone. She has 3 under her belt. They have really gone above expectations. The second repair they were almost done but the tire did not fit well. They called to inform her of what had happened and that they were going to disassemble is once again because they didn't think it was right to hand her the car back with the misalignment. Thank you Toyota Grapevine for the recommendation. Honestly this experience has been stress free. Thank you DFW Collisions for your attentions. Keep up the amazing work!

If you need auto body and/or paint repair for a Toyota, these are the specialists that I recommend. They did excellent work on my Camry after a minor accident and I could not tell that it had ever been damaged. I've used the local "chain store" body shops in the metroplex and they can't match the quality of DFW Collision Center in Grapevine.

Not many shops do fiberglass repair, but this one does. I may not be a professional, but I cannot tell in the slightest that the hardtop on my jeep wrangler was ever damaged! Not only is the quality of this shop's work outstanding, but so is their staff - they are so helpful with ANY questions you have and are very fair and helpful when it comes to pricing. I worked specifically with Ashleigh Vrabel and she is beyond phenomenal! I am so thankful to her, especially spending many half hour phone calls as I was anxious and indecisive about what direction to go. One of the repair specialists even sent me home with a small bottle of paint to fix a few unrelated rock chips I was upset about. You will not leave this shop unsatisfied, I HIGHLY recommend!!EDIT: I wanted to update my review as I recently used their services again, this time working with Dustin McClure. I was given courtesy updates, the repairs were completed on time, they always do a phenomenal job matching the color, original parts were used, and as a bonus they clean your car before returning it. I highly recommend this shop and Dustin, thank you for perfectly restoring my baby!

This place is really top notch. We recently use them to repair a BMW that was rear-ended by another driver. Could not be more pleased with their professionalism, customer service, and quality of work. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the vehicle was detailed and immaculately clean when I picked it up today. Highly recommend all the way around.

I was rear ended earlier this month and DFW Collision took great care of me. Ashleigh @ DFW Collision was awesome. She is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. She makes her family proud. The young lady whom works as the receptionist equally as awesome. Your staff is top notch, each and everyone of you. For all my car needs i will entrust DFW Collision to get the job done. After looking at a few shops I decided to go with this one! I was recommended to the one in Arlington but their reviews did not satisfy me. After reading the reviews on this shop i decided to take it here and they took my car in immediately. They were very professional and kept in contact with me about the progress of my car. From the moment I walked in to drop off my car to picking up my car everyone was nice. The job on my car was amazing it looked just like new!!! I was very impressed and very pleased with the work they did! I hope not to have to go back but if I did I would go back here!!! Thank you so much for taking care of my car!!!!

Incredible customer service from my first time walking in to the second I left with a finished truck. I was backed into, leaving my truck bed dented pretty bad. Brad and Dustin took great care of everything, made sure to follow up with me via email throughout the week, and the work that was performed is incredible. I have tri-coat white and I can't imagine that being an easy color to match but the work is great. Hopefully I never need this type of work performed again but if I do, I'll be a repeat customer for sure. Great job guys and thank you.

Awesome job. Had some pretty significant cosmetic damage to the entire right side of my vehicle and the repairs, and paint work look great. Matched a pearl paint that I thought was going to be a nightmare with no problem. Customer service was excellent. Will recommend to friends.

Took my car to DFW Collision from a recommendation through our dealership. They took care of everything and called me if something was going to take longer. I also go calls to find out if something was different then expected. It did take a week longer than expected, but I got a phone call every day to update me on the status of the car. Brad was very professional and never seemed annoyed with my questions or concerns.When we got the car back, the Air pressure kept going off. I called the office and Mark had a company drive out to my house to reset it.I was very happy with the follow up, and follow through on the one thing I did complain to the manager about. My car looks great! You cant tell anything happened to it. They also cleaned inside and out of it. No funky smells, like you get when you go to the mechanic.

DFW Collision was referred to me by my auto dealer (Toyota) after I had been in an accident. The accident was the other drivers fault, and to say my experience with insurance was less than pleasant is a drastic understatement. Because of that piece of the experience I was over cautious with DFW Collision, and Jesus and Amanda were so patient with me and took the time to explain everything to me. I went in letting them know of my anxiety with the situation, and they were so kind and accommodating. I picked up my car this afternoon and I was so over the moon impressed with the repair work as well as the EXTRA effort they put into my car. I have never put a review for any business online, but their extra effort, and the work they put into my car more than deserves the few minutes it takes to write this review. Thank you DFW Auto Collision for surpassing my expectations and doing such an amazing job on my Toyota Corolla. You have a customer (and referral partner) for life. I never want to have to come in for an accident again, but for any work I need on my car you will certainly get my business. Thank you again!!!!

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with DFW Collision. Allen and Hannah both went above and beyond and are very knowledgeable. I received updates throughout the entire repair process! I couldn't be happier with the end result and was very impressed with the high level of professionalism and efficiency.Highly recommend!

Very disappointed, they charge premium $, but the service is no where close to being premium. They had told me that my truck will be ready by Friday Jan 22 and maybe early and that they will follow-up with me. I called on Wed hoping it might be ready. The lady told me that it might be Friday or Saturday and that she will follow-up with me. Again, no follow-up and it s Tuesday already. Terrible service compared to their premium charges. Also, had requested to fix a small dent not covered by insurance, they didn t even offer even a small discount on it

Professional, efficient, with over the top great customer service! Jesus handled my repair and was wonderful to work with. A rental was easily arranged thru Enterprise. When the rental agency was a few minutes delayed picking me up, the collision center quickly dropped me off so I wouldn't have to wait.. and I was able to leave the rental with them when I picked up my vehicle. The collision center also look care of all payment directly with the individual who hit me, since they payed out of pocket (including the rental). Not to mention, they went out of their way to finish a day early since I couldn't pick up the following day. Completely seemless with excellent work, so impressed!
