I went there to get my headlight wired because it was not getting power. They crosswired the working headlight to the non-working one. Now it works, but ever since then, my truck is dead every morning due to the battery being drained, and I have to jump-start it using someone else's car. Not only that, I called them up twice, and they never answered, and still have not called back. My plan is to go there today, but anyways, I'm still giving 3 stars because they were very nice people and did a good job. They maybe made a slight mistake, but they know what they are doing and had it done quickly for an affordable price. They were understanding and nice about everything, and I appreciate them for it. 3 stars for now but if they can fix it ill consider 5 stars i do recommend though.

Was looking for a shop to install a Stealth Hitch and running boards for my Hyundai Palisade. Spoke to a couple of shops but didn't get the feeling they were confident about the job. Stumbled onto Custom Trucks Unlimited and spoke to Jon. Immediately he was confident on the phone, provided a quote (which other shops would not do), and gave me a time estimate for the job (again, other shops wouldn't provide a timeframe). The running boards and hitch were installed within the timeframe Jon gave me and the price was fair for a job done right the first time. Would definitely recommend Jon and his team for any aftermarket additions to any vehicle (they don't just do trucks!). Liked my experience so much, am going back to get my windows tinted.

Micheal and the team at CTU are AMAZING! Not only do they do amazing work, they are simply great people dedicated to quality and treating people right. I bought a new Jeep on Good Friday, and came in right before a holiday weekend wanting to get my new toy lifted and some new tires. I was truly not expecting them to agree to do it the same day, but they did! They have won my business for life and I ll make it my mission to make sure everyone knows how fabulous they are. Their waiting room alone is worth 5 stars - it has a recliner, a nice TV and snacks. I did some work and got in a quick nap! AND my Jeep looks fantastic!! I was most impressed with Michael when he didn t force his team to do the work. I wish I knew the gentleman s name, but he volunteered to do it, knowing he was giving up a chance to go home early. Nothing beats working with great people! Thank you guys :)

Used these guys a couple times in the past, this week, had an appointment to get leather done. Jon helped me with color choices, and went above and beyond to facilitate a way to get the truck there as I work a long work schedule. Seats look great, install had no issues or corners cut. I will be bringing my jeep to them in a couple of months to get it done as well.

I do not recommend this company for Line-X bedliner installation. I brought a brand new 2021 F-350 Tremor (83 miles) to them with the simple request of spraying an extra pass over the bed panel seams to minimize water getting in from the road. They decided to use "seam sealer" before they sprayed in down. The results were catastrophic, see photos. After Mike (Regional Manager) assured me they could "grind down" the imperfections, respray, and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference, I reluctantly agreed. The result was similar only now there are several different "textures" visible in the bed, the drain holes are mostly plugged, there's a small void where white bed/paint shows, 5th wheel plug is loose, and there's a small ding on my driver door above the handle. The truck has only been driven to/from the dealership, CTU, and my garage (odometer 116 miles). If you value quality workmanship and attention to detail, look elsewhere.

Custom Trucks Unlimited has an outstanding great team of people to get your vehicle customized and / or problem solved. Michael and his team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly who have no problems answering what might be the dumbest of questions about the vehicle. An all around awesome buying experience. We have taken two trucks there now and will continue to do business with them. Special thanks goes to John and Matt over there, who deal with 20 questions on a regular basis from us. You'll make the right choice by going to CTU!

Was experiencing a few growing pains after doing my first lift kit on my truck. CTU quickly identified and rectified the issues for very reasonable cost.

My experience with this company was absolutely perfect. Everyone in the shop was beyond nice and helpful in the little things and they have great prices on top of that. I went in just wanting a simple lift on my 04 duramax and left with a lift, line-x ", and new tires. It was quick service too! I work on trucks for a living but didn't have time to do my own and honestly they did a better job then I ever could. I will defiantly be recommending this to many of my friends. If you ever need your truck done your best bet is to drop by custom trucks unlimited for all you're truck loving needs. I will be back!

What a great experience!After researching different spray-on bed liners, it was easy to see that Line-X was the quality choice, hands down. Then, after reading the great service reviews for Custom Trucks Unlimited, they also provide a free upgrade on the Line-X bed liners!Fully completed in only 2.5 hours with meticulous attention to detail, straight lines, even coat, and careful removal and replacement of all bed lights, electrical and plugs.Shout out to Jon for his help - from quote, to upgrade, to scheduling, to completion.

I reached out to CTU for any take offs (original tires from Jeep Wrangler) and Michael, the owner did not hesitate to hook me up! He was very gracious, not only him but the staff that I met in person were so friendly and knowledgeable on more services. Even during a little busy spell, the front desk employees were super considerate, friendly and funny! I will be back for some upgrades on my Wrangler.

This was my second time to bring my truck to Custom Trucks Unlimited to have some work done. They were just as great the second time as they were the first. Both times the price I was quoted was the price I paid with no additions or hidden costs like extra labor or parts. These guys have great prices, great customer service, and deliver what they promise on time.

John and co-workers: I thank all of you for the *Line-X application you completed yesterday. You delivered as promised and the quality of work is truly exceptional. That 20 year-old truck has deep sentimental value to me because my son picked out the colors and he had tragically passed away over 12 years ago. You didn't know that when I dropped it off and you treated me with great respect and kindness. Well, all of you have my deepest respect for treating your customers like you would treat a family member. I did notice today when I picked up the truck how you kindly and respectfully treated the family of four getting baseball bats sprayed with *Line-X and it endorsed how I feel about my experience with Customs Trucks Unlimited. Thanks again and you brightened my day with good feelings...and happier memories. Jim..

They installed a leveling kit on my 2020 2500 high country 9 months ago and now they did an alignment and retorque which was included in their warranty. Great service, will keep coming back.

These guys are great! They take pride in each vehicle that enters the shop and pay attention to every detail before it leaves the shop. Outstanding customer service, always pointing you in the right direction for your build with the best accessories for your demand. I'd recommend to anyone!

Mike,Matt, John and the crew are outstanding! Went in for a quote and 2 days later left with a lift on my truck! Great prices quick and reliable work. Very impressed with the work I received from start to finish. Definelty recommend them for any sort of of custom work! Thanks fellas

Matt is well organized. I chose to wait for line x work. The guys were careful, quick and effective. The coat is evenly sprayed and dried quickly. Very happy with the job. Money well worth the work.So, another appointment made and kept. Still happy, still excellent, still professional. Another appointment in the near future. These guys have it together!

Top notch place and I would recommend without hesitation!I took my wife's lifted FJ Cruiser over for an alignment after I installed some new SPC upper control arms. During the alignment they found one of the inner tie rod ends had some play. They called me to let me know and said they could do but since I work I my own stuff that I'd probably want to do it. I told them I'd do it and they said that was fine and that once I swapped it to bring it back and they'd recheck/adjust the toe at no charge. Now that's GREAT customer service.They will be my go to place going forward!

Jon helped me at the front desk and was friendly and quick.I was skeptical as my week old $75,000 truck was about to get molested but Daniel and Jonathan are the Line-X technicians and did a fabulous job!I m very OCD and could not be harder to please but they took their time, listened and did the job the proper way. I hope the owner of the establishment recognizes their hard work and approach and gives them some incentives.

Took my Denali in to have some work done. I'm always nervous about letting people work on my vehicles but a friend recommended them to me. They were extremely professional and do great work in a timely manner. I will be taking all of my vehicles here from now on and have full confidence in their abilities. If you need anything you should definitely stop by and talk with these guys!

Dropped off my brand new $80k truck to get line-x installed... an hour later my truck gps shows it on the other side of town... Turns out, they don't spray at that location... They failed to mention that , and drove it across town without my permission. That is not something you FORGET to mention! Sorry doesn't cut it , which is all i got , aside from driving across town myself to pick it back up ..

I went in and asked for what I wanted, I got the help that I wanted buuuuttt... I asked if they financed the build, the employee said yes. So of course I m thinking ok I will finance the whole what my cost for the build is. So he gives my my total and says, O by the way you ll have to pay us $2500 today for labor. WHO HAS $2500 readily available? So I told him can I finance , he says yea sure. So the finance company pays for half of the build and the employee says, you can just pay us the rest today for us to order the parts which was still $2000. The finance comapany Acima wanted me to pay $321 TWICE a month to pay back a $3,500 balance. I thought that was extremely ridiculous. But after I told him that I could no longer get the build and that I would just have to pay for it outright. The employee said, yes that would be better. All after I asked for what I wanted, thought I was going to get what I wanted, and after I ran my credit through their financing company. I don t think he was trying to help me at all, he was just throwing prices at me that were too expensive. He could have been more helpful and a little more understanding that most people don t have $2500 to give away in 5 minutes. I won t be back to this place. I wish I had gotten the employee s name but i know that he worked on 11/23/2020.

Both my brother in law and I had our truck beds linex'd here. Several months later they both look as good as the day they were done! They got the work done quickly but did not sacrifice the quality! I would highly recommend them! Very professional and they make sure their customers are taken care of!

Took my baby here to get some lineX done, lift kit, and new wheels mounted and I was very pleased. Quinton Brown was very detailed while fixing up my truck. Good group of guys and they seem to know there stuff. I ll definitely be bringing my truck back for future mods

Swung by the shop to get some ideas and pricing on possible ideas for my truck. Now they are done and it looks amazing. Great bunch of guys that are hard working and super easy to work with. I definitely plan on coming back.

I'm so blown away at how awesome their trucks look. I'm a truck girl and not easily impressed bc I've seen it all but when I tell you these guys are not only talented their customer service is out of this world! They are highly recommended in my book! Oh and did I mention they are lower in price than anyone I've talked to. I'm telling you...they got it all!!!!

If you are looking for the best/ cleanest spray in (line-x) bed-liner. These guys are hands down the best! And I would op for the platinum spray as well. I looked at few places before choosing CTU. Well worth the 30 min drive! Matt and Micheal which run the front are very professional, very knowledgeable and their communication was great! I would highly recommend them and they for sure have my busy for any feature needs!

2017 Ford Super Duty. I purchased a retractable hard tonneau cover, a cargo management system, and a Line-X bed liner. I'm an active forum member, on multiple Facebook groups, and a hard shopper. I could not find a better deal than I was given by custom trucks unlimited. Michael was quick to shoot me a quote and it was the lowest price I was given and I didn't have to do all the negotiating and begging for a better deal. He accommodated my schedule and does excellent work in a timely manner. Michael , you and custom trucks unlimited have earned a new customer and my family will be sending all our vehicles to you as well as referrals. Thanks for everything.
