I initially had a good experience until paying to take delivery of my repaired car.These folks came recommended by a friend of mine who is an insurance adjuster, and though the quote was higher than I expected, they were very fast in getting the repairs completed. The vehicle is my son s car so I have not personally driven it but I haven t heard any negative feedback either, so I assume the work that they did was solid.The needed repairs were the result of my son hitting a storm drain in his Toyota Corolla that dented the front and back wheels, as well as some other components. It was fairly jacked up and the hubcaps shattered in the collision, which leads me to the negative part of my review. When I arrived to take delivery of the repaired car, the car was waiting out front but both passenger-side hubcaps were still missing. That s when they shared with me that hubcaps are cosmetic so I shouldn t have expected them to replace them. Though I disagree, it is reasonable to expect that they would let me know that on the front end rather than when I arrive to pick up my vehicle.What started as a good experience turned sour very quickly. My contact was clearly not interested in continuing the conversation, as he quickly excused himself to help someone else. And then when I mentioned to the guy working the register that his colleague s response felt ticky-tacky, he used an analogy of a plumber as an example of doing repairs but not worrying about the cosmetics. I found that explanation to be insulting.It s still too fresh to say whether I would go back because I m sure they did a good job, but their bedside manner left a lot to be desired .I don t like walking out of auto shops feeling like I got taken advantage of.

I recently went in for my safety emissions update and their internet went down when I was ready to pay with a credit card. Because who knows how long it was going to spin, they suggested I come back and pay later but surprisingly I had the cash minus $1 so they happily took that and made up the difference. This is how honest and trusting Concourse is to work with. They are pleasant people and the waiting room is spacious and frankly quite peaceful. And it's not like I've been a long time customer. I may have only been in there once before. But will return no doubt. Thank you.

The guys at Concourse truly went above and beyond to help me get my 2012 Tahoe up and running after it spent the last 3 years sitting in my garage. They let me know exactly what needed to be done immediately to get it up and running and what they recommended to be done in order for it to be in tip top shape. They gave me a breakdown of each item and the price, in order from most important to least. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quicker than I had anticipated. They completed all of the work that I approved. Once my car was finished up, I told the guys I would pick it up that evening but I wasn't able to make it over, like I had planned. Brad called me first thing in the morning to check in and see if I needed a ride. He came and picked me up and gave me a ride to the shop. He even gave me some input and advice on another car that needs some work. Once I was there Jose went over everything with me and even helped me with a few small tasks, like putting SeaFoam in my gas tank. They truly went above and beyond to help me. I have already recommended them to friends and will be taking my cars back any time I need something. Thanks again guys for the top notch service!

Recommended by one of my friends, I have been working with Concourse since 2017 for all of my family's 4 cars and would not go anywhere else. Eric, the owner's son and the team were very friendly, helpful and more importantly very professional. As the cars are getting older, we now work with the Jose, the new owner and his team more closely for those 4 cars and we could not be happier. The service is fast and the price is very fair. I would recommend Concourse Auto Service to anyone without any reservation!!

I have used Concourse automotive several times over the last 20 years and have always been satisfied with their work. This week we took my wife s car in for a simple repair and they got to it and get it back out within a half a day the dealership would ve taken about three days.

Hello world, I just left getting work done with jose, the customer service is exceptional the maintenance Parts in labor what is exceptional. Jose went above and beyond to make sure that my car was running way better up on exit than it was when I entered. I'm so grateful to have them conveniently located here in Grapevine which is where I work. I will definitely be using their shop for all of my mechanical needs to each of my vehicles from this point on. Thanks again Jose you guys rock!!

I wish there was an option to leave a 10 start review. I have nothing, but the upmost respect and gratitude for the team at Concourse Automotive. What a relief to have a shop that you don t have to second guess any move they make. They truly put the customers first. Jose went over and beyond to ensure that my car is safe for me to travel this Christmas. I can t thank him, Brandon, and Brad enough for their time and first class customer service

Excellent service as always! Honest people, they explain to me what was wrong and took me home so I didn t have to wait there, then when the car was ready they pick me up and the car was ready to pick up.

Jose, Brad, and Brandon are experts in customer service. They treat you like a guest in their home. What really stands out is their honesty and communication. Quality wise, Jose is absolutely the best car expert I have ever encountered. If you care about your car, you can trust Concourse!

I love my car again! Thank you for your determination and curiosity about the "gremlin" that lived in my Mazda for two years. Jos� and the staff here have really taken care of my vehicle's issues and regular maintenance. I would highly recommend giving Concourse a chance if you feel you're not getting the best services available or new to the area!I was listed to, not dismissed or brushed off. I was completely surprised at my treatment because of the contrast with everyone else's experiences. I see all these positive reviews and get a recommendation to go here from my sister so I was expecting a lot. I never got a name but the man who did my trucks inspection was extremely rude and basically shooed me out the door. I came in for a basic inspection and he tells me that I failed due to two leaks (one of which didn't even exist) and he tells me to have "my dad" take a look at it and to "tell whoever drives the truck about the leak" this infuriated me because I have been the sole driver of this truck for three years, and I understand maybe I look young for my age but that is no excuse. After thinking about it, I've come to the conclusion that he either thought I was some clueless girl or a 17 year old who was 'bringing in daddy's truck' neither of which are true. Before I left I tried to ask about a quote (he was already walking away from me) and he avoided the question by telling me that they were "about to close".....at 10 am??? I know they take their lunch break at around 12 but obviously that wasn't what he meant. He wanted me to leave so I did but I was worried because he told me I had a leak in my power steering and when I asked if it was even safe to drive he avoided the question again and walked away. I was completely shocked so I left and went to Strickland Brothers where I was treated like an actual person and they discovered that there was NO LEAK in power steering and passed my inspection. I hate writing a negative review but I feel like I need to stand up for myself.

My sister in-law recommend this shop and they did not disappoint. Had multiple work done to my Ram and let me tell ya, they did an awesomejob. They're honest/trustworthy and I would give 10 if I could. I've found my new go to shop, and would highly recommend!

This is the place for efficient and quality auto work in the Grapevine/Southlake area. On my latest visit, I had my state inspection done at Concourse and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! These guys are the best!!

This Mechanics Garage brings back the integrity, personal touch, honesty, great knowledge, and the ability to make the repair quickly that we would expect from a garage in the 1960 s but seem to rarely find today. I was there over a couple of days 30 minutes to an hour each time while diagnosing and ordering parts. Each time I left they didn t ask for money even though they had an hour or so and parts into my diagnostic. While waiting I got to see several experiences from the waiting room. Each interaction was always the same, customer would walk in and without any fuss they would immediately begin looking at thier car. Within a few minutes they would have some information about thier car, some of it was just a we are looking and this is what we think it is but will confirm , shortly after a fix and price were offered. I saw them help an older lady with a new light bulb, the owner of the garage drove to the parts store picked it up, and install it all at no charge! That is just something we don t see these days. Mine wasn t free, in fact, my repair was well over a thousand dollars, so this review wasn t bought with a low price but incredible service. I can t recommend them enough! Send everyone you know who needs something simple like an oil change all the way to a new engine!Service: Auto A/C replacement

Don t waste your money here! I was here for a rear bumper damage. They give me a quote of $4,700 while I replaced the entire bumper else where just for $800.Concourse is a big scam!

If you re looking for an honest repair shop, this is the place to go! I took my vehicle there after noticing some issues while I was driving and come to find out the main issue was the transmission. Instead of trying to sell me on having the work done there, they recommended me a reliable transmission shop down the road that ended up being less expensive.

Straight up scammed me. Car broke down two weeks after they fixed my spark plugs WHEN THEY WERE BASICALLY NEW. It wasn t even the damn problem. They take advantage of you in a time of need and will love to steal your money. DO NOT RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY

Great service from a very knowledgable team. They found a leak in a bypass coolant valve. My car was ready promptly. I always use Concourse Auto instead of the dealer for my Iinfiniti Q60. I randomly pulled into the parking lot with an overheating truck full of kids. They got me in immediately to diagnose the problem. The front staff was welcoming and even turned on kid friendly tv for my kids to watch while we waited. Jose really took care of us. I am so grateful! I will be back again when I need any type of service! Thank you!

Had an issue with my vvt solenoids and I wanted to buy an amp meter to test them and check to see if they were functioning. Life savor Jose was able to check them for me at no charge and gave me great info to get the job done. 100 stars for Jose and his crew. Thank you so much

Great experience, great service, great staff. The new owners have really earned my continued loyalty. Thanks to Brad and the whole staff. I'll miss Jack and Jan but I can see that Jack left his business in good hands with the new owner.

Got a coolant flush. They were friendly & efficient. Thought it would take two hours but got a call an hour after I dropped it off that it was done. Plus cost less than dealership quotes. Will definitely be back when needed.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Exceptional service. Quality care for your vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle 2 years ago and have consistently returned to concourse for all its maintenance needs for qaulity, price and customer in mind they are great and affordable. I had been putting off a recommendation on replacing my engine mounts, I just recently decided to have them replaced;. and just like a dream the car no longer sounds and vibrates like a diesel train. It is like driving a brand new car. So happy to have them conveniently located. Definitely can trust that they are looking after you and your vehicle.
