My rep Will Desmond was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative throughout the whole process. He has excellent customer service skills. He even took my vehicle to service for an oil change after the repairs were completed. I am so happy to have my car back. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was nice. Would definitely come back

My vehicle was hit by another driver and was in need of a body shop. I went to Classic Collision on a recommendation from a friend and wow am I glad I did. This place does it right in all facets of the experience. On the service side, they communicated extremely well and kept to their word, without fail. One example was their work on my paint job. I was supposed to get my car back earlier, and I called them to see what the status was. They said that they weren t happy with the paint job they did and they wanted to redo it. It was so refreshing to have someone hold themselves to such a standard. I then told them that I was concerned that the insurance wouldn t let me have the rental car for the extended amount of time. Earl, my awesome service tech, said that he contacted insurance already and got my rental extended. Now THAT is service. On the repair side of things, my car came back looking as good as the day I bought it; seriously. It was cleaned inside and out, tires shined everything. The repair itself looks like there was no damage at all. It was beautifully done. I hope I won t be in need of a body shop for a very long time, but if I ever do, there is no other option than to go to Classic Collision in Grapevine.

I had a mishap with my car - someone backed into me. It was completely accidental, but left me with a huge dent in my door. These guys fixed it up. The color match is perfect. I brought 2 cars here for repair in the last year or so. Should not have brought the second one after my first experience, so shame on me. The cars both times had numerous small issues being put back together correctly. The first time they corrected all of them. The second time they corrected the sunroof that didn t open properly because they didn t reprogram it and I corrected a few. After looking at my repair deeper when I had it home I was very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. I needed a roof replacement and on the 2 sides of the roof they applied a self sealing leveler that came out warped and bubbled. Instead of trying to smooth it out they just painted over it. When I asked them how it could be corrected their response was There is nothing we can do about that . That s self leveling seam sealer. Not metal or anything it s a composite material that seals everything on it . If the roof is leaking then that s another issues but there is no fix to that at all. My original roof looked nothing like their repair. There is also a small paint drop in the middle of my roof. I would not take anything that you truly care about to this repair shop.

Classic Collision Center took my car on January 9. It took them six weeks to get it fixed. Will was my personal contact. I checked on my car multiple times and each time Will was very rude and sounded inconvenienced that I would call and ask about my vehicle.Last Monday, I called to see the status on my vehicle and Will said that Classic was waiting on a Payment from my insurance company and it will be a long while before my car is ready. This is interesting to me because My insurance got me said that the car was going to be ready very very soon. The following day, Will called me to let me know that my car was ready and I had to come right away to pick it up because otherwise I would be charged for storage fees from classic Chevrolet. This was very annoying to me because I had just called the day before and I had already made Because my boss told me he had to work overtime. I had to cancel My plans for overtime which meant I lost money. Had I known that the car was gonna be ready the next day, I would not have lost the money. In addition to make an inconvenience for my boss. In addition, My car had not been washed when I picked it up.I do not understand why it is acceptable for Employees to lie to their customers. Please avoid this business.

Usually Classic Chevrolet is great, so I chose them to repair my Camaro after recovering it from being stolen and vandalized. Problem #1 was the service rep repeatedly lied on the status of the car, telling me that it would be finished within a month. When the month deadline came, I found out they had barely started to fix my car at all. They ended up finishing 2 weeks later and would not update me others the status of the vehicle. Issue #2 was the quality of their work. They put the wrong brake pads on the car, which I had to replace on my own after I burned up the cheap (not stock brembo) pads at a track day. They also left a gallon ziplock s worth the glass inside the door, which I had to vacuum out myself. Terribly disappointed in a usually great dealership.

I trusted the reviews, but now I am very disappointed. My car was not in an accident. They simply needed to find two rims and put it on, but that's taking 2 months. Zero communication unless I call first. I see there are rims sold online. The shop needs to be more proactive with its job instead of making a customer look for what's out there.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Avoid this place at all cost. They had my brand new Tahoe for 6+ months, and couldn t figure out how to make it drive straight after they were confident in replacing the frame, then missed the roof needing replaced for months on in, today it s missing pieces all over, Left over screws everywhere, doors don t shut right. They gave it to me with lane assist on hoping I d not realize it drives pulling to the left then blamed it on the brand new tires after they spend another 10 days trying to fix it. I took it someone else and they found left over parts under it causing this issues. Needless to say they could never figure it out and it had to be taken else where. I ll never give them my business and tell everyone I know not to go here. Called to tell them what s wrong and the manager won t even call you, back but wait when you go there he will down talk you and not help you either. I wish they never made a single dollar off me and I can see from other comments people have had the same experiences.

Will was great, he handled my insurance claim and made my car look like it was never got blasted. My insurance company tried to make me go to one of those chain shops, the last time I did that it was a mistake. Classic did a wonderful job and after this last wreck I won't go anywhere else but Classic....

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff but a day late and a dollar short on follow-up information. Dropped the truck off on the 9th, was first told it would be ready on Saturday the 13th. Got no call, so I called and was told Tuesday. Again no call, so I called on Thursday and was told they'd call Friday as soon as they knew it was completely ready to pick up that day. It's Saturday night and still no call. At least I have a nice loaner to drive.....

Horrible. These guys have had my car since December of 2022. It is now Nov 2023, I still don't have my car or even an estimated date of return.They are awful at giving any sort of update. They've been unapologetic and the whole experience has been a nightmare.Steer clear of these guy's at all costs. Posting this review in hopes that it might spur some type of push from a higher up, because the people assigned to my job just don't care.

Great job, Sam and his guys got my car looking like new for under 5K , that's unheard of at a dealership. Check out the before and after pics. I also had the headliner replaced but didn't get pictures of the before.

I have prepped Porsches for concours competition for over 40 years and am very picky. I could not be happier with the work done by Classic Collision. I just wish they would repair the scratches on my wife's Porsche.

He provided reassurance when I had questions. It took some time for my SUV to be fixed, but they did a great job once it was fixed. My Repair representative Mr. Bobby Roberts was very personable and professional and I appreciated that he checked in with me every week to let me know how things were going. Yes. The over all service I received from Classic Chevrolet and the collision center was the best combination of customer service and car repair I've ever had. I've owned several cars including the one I bought for my kids during their early adulthood. I usually drive mine until (like my first new car) the wheel fell off due to wear and tear. 20+ years. This is my first Chevrolet. I will not buy another make car knowing the professional service and technical ability of Classic Chevrolet. This company in my opinion has outstanding employees from sales to service and provides an environment that make you feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you.

We had a terrible experience with classic collision center. There was no communication with me unless I called the shop multiple times. The original manager who i was working with apparently got fired a few days after we dropped our car off and they did not let us know. Instead, we were left in the dark about what was going on with our van. I Had to keep calling for answers and updates. They kept using the excuse " we have so many cars to fix and you're not first in line." They also told me at a certain point when I was upset about the overpricing, "well ma'am, we didn't wreck the car." RUDE and IMPROPER service here. They claim they are Honda certified but their quality of customer service is terrible. I did not get my car back for 3 weeks when I was told it would be done in 7-10days. They did not provide any courtesy cars or anything. I do not usually leave negative reviews b/c i try to give people the benefit of doubt but this was an awful experience & I Would not recommend this body shop.

Had a terrible experience with classic collision center. They hardly communicated with me. Had to keep calling for answers and updates. Their reason was well I do have 80 other cars and we re short staffed . That s not my problem nor my fault. I was promised my vehicle would be ready the first week of January only to find out they didn t even do a complete inspection on the vehicle, my vehicle was no where near ready. Wasn t even drivable. They received my vehicle 12/02/2022 and this passed week I found out my vehicle is a total loss. If I could give this place a zero stars I would. 100000% do not recommend this place. Miguel was great to work with. My daughter was moving this weekend to Midland and we needed the hail damage on her car repaired and returned quickly. He made that happen, kept me informed regularly and I never worried about it. He knew what I needed and I felt like when he committed to it, it would get done. Great customer service. I would absolutely use Classic again and would ask for Miguel without hesitation; as well as recommending both to other people. He represents your company very well. Took my 2020 Corvette in for paint repair on the front bumper. It was cracking and chipping. They were quick to bring it in and said this was covered under warranty. They estimated 7-10 days to complete the work. It took 3 weeks to complete because they told me they damaged the paint when reassembling the bumper the first time and had to start over. No proactive communication during the process. Service advisor would avoid my calls and not call back when asked so I had to call in repeatedly for updates. Twice he told me, I will call you back tomorrow with an update and he didn't. I always had to call back for an update. I picked up the car and now there are buffer/sander scratches on the hood, which wasn't part of the scope of work. I called to speak to a manager about it but again, I had to leave a message. They get one star because the bumper looks good and they were able to quickly determine it was a warranty issue but other than that, service has been poor.Update....I received a call from the Manager and he asked me to bring the car in. I met him this afternoon and after looking at it he took it back into the shop and they were able to repair the scratches while I waited. He apologized numerous times and asked that I bring it back if I ever needed body work done again. I will give them another try if needed. Bumped it up to 3 stars for his service and professionalism.Service: Painting

There s a serious lack of communication at this collision center. They tell you they ll call you back but won t. I have to repeatedly call them every week to get an update. For months they told me it would be done the next week only to tell me the following week that it isn t done yet and it would take another week. This went on for months. I finally got my car back in Janaury but they gave me the wrong wheel and it was missing a lugnut which made me fail my inspection. They said the replacement wheel would be ready in a week and never called me back and never responded to my calls. When I drove up there they told me the replacement wheel arrived but they can t find it. Why did they not call me when my replacement wheel arrived? Why did I have to drive up there to hear that news? I am still awaiting this replacement wheel since Janaury.

I was very dissatisfied and upset by the lack of customer service. It took a month for them to get my car back to me after repairing it. That timeframe is too long and unacceptable. I was driving a rental car and the insurance of the responsible party would cover the rental until a certain date. The rental car company called me regarding this so I didn t want to have pay money out of my own pocket for the rental. After I patiently gave Classic Collision Center a few weeks to repair my car, I started to call about it because my rental car needed to be returned. They promised that my car would be ready by a certain day. I said ok and planned for this day. When I called that day to ask what time I can pick it up, they said it won't be ready that day they promised. I asked to speak to a manager. Then the manager promised the next day it would be ready and that they would keep me updated next day throughout the day. I called the next day in the morning and the receptionist said they can't give me an estimated time for pickup and that they are not sure when my car will be ready. Also, the manager did not keep me updated in the morning about the progress. He finally called me past 1:00 letting me know that I can pick up very soon after the car gets washed. The person who was assigned to my car, Tanja, had horrible customer service skills. She was not friendly at all in her mannerism when I picked up the car. She had not kept me regularly updated about my car before pickup even when I had sent her a text asking about it. I had to call and talk to the receptionist many times to get regular updates. Also, when I went to pick up the car, Tanja did not explain anything as far as what repairs were done. She had an unfriendly mannerism and basically just let me know my car is ready out front and gave me the keys. She did not even offer me one friendly smile or one kind apology for all the inconvenience during the entire time I went for pick up. I had to ask her to find out what repairs were done. Also, there was some dirt on the tail light that I politely pointed out. Tanja did not apologize for the long timeframe to get my car back to me, the lack of regular updates on progress, or even the dirt that was left behind on the tail light. She first started scratching at the dirt instead of apologizing. She then went and got a glass cleaner and cleaned it off, but her mannerism the entire time was unfriendly and unapologetic. The customer service at Classic Collision is very poor and disgraceful.

They have had our Tahoe (that we bought at Classic) for a cracked windshield for 7 weeks. The manager has at no point agreed to talk to us. I was guaranteed our car would be ready yesterday and then again today. Just got a phone call to tell me they put in the wrong windshield and the right one was on order. No apologies, no offer of any way they would make this right. The level of incompetence and lack of ownership for their mistakes we have experienced is mind blowing.

Car was in shop 8 months waiting on parts, got car back with no a/c. Got home opened hood it would not close. Had to drive back the next day to get a/c fixed and hood readjusted. Worst customer service I have ever had. Took my car here to get fixed and it took 7 weeks for repairs. During the whole time the person who was helping me reached out once to give me an update. He never returned calls when he said he would and I would call for hours with no answer or it took hours to get someone to answer my call. I was told that they couldn't hear the phone ring. One of the days I went up to check on my vehicle when I walked in there were 5 people at the front desk but 10 minutes before I got there no one answered. On another occasion that I went to check on my car there were 2 women at their desks right behind the front desk just sitting doing nothing and it took a few minutes before anyone came to help me even though they both saw me and one lady had told the other that was closer to me to come help. When I got my vehicle there was a scratch that was not there when I dropped it off and I had to show my photos I took to prove it because the person helping me out didn't have photos. Yes my car looks better than it did when I took it to them but the customer service I had was not good.

Classic Collision by far, has the best customer service in town! Jarvis is amazing! He went above and beyond to get my vehicle back to normal. He was attentive and responsive and always on top of things. And let s not forget about the sweet receptionist at the front, who was always helpful and accommodating. Took my 2019 Corvette there for a bumper cover replacement and wheelwell liner after hitting a small animal. The car was finally returned to me after a month, with water stains etched into the paint (they left it outside the whole time). The bumper did not line up correctly with the hood. Even the old bumper lined up after the accident. the wheel well liner was installed incorrectly under the car. They forgot to reinstall the left and right air deflectors under the car as well. they offered to make it right but i no longer trust them with my vehicle. They should have done it right the first time(they had a whole month).I asked for the missing parts, installed liner correctly and adjusted the bumper to line up myself. i tried to remove the stains by hand but to no avail. i will have to take it to a reputable place for machine polishing on my dime. To be fair the Service Advisor was ok. I blame this on management and the mechanic who did the job. Never allow this place to touch your car. They simply do not care enough!!!EDIT: I noticed last night my side bumper marker lights were not working. Opened up the wheel liner to find they were not even connected. The connectors were still zip tied to another harness. This has to be the worst mechanic and therefore the worst place to take your car to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The customer service and quality of their work was outstanding! Every employee that I interacted with was extremely professional and made me feel like me and my vehicle were in good hands. Manager Kevin Henry provided me with regular updates about the progress of my repair.One thing that I often do when waiting in a business's lounge area, is to observe how the staff and receptionist deal with customers and vendors coming and going. This is generally a good indication of the culture of that business. It is not difficult to imagine that a collision center is going to be dealing with customers that are extremely stressed because of their situation. However, I never experience any tense moments while sitting there. I was particularly impressed with their receptionist. She was empathetic, kind, and considerate with every customer and vendor that walked through the door. To me, that says a lot about any organization, and it seemed to be true throughout the employees I encountered.Also, the repair work they did made my car look brand new again.Yes, this is a long review, which I rarely do, but I was just so impressed, and it feels good to share a positive customer service experience over a negative one. Again, kudos to Classic Collision Center. Keep up the excellent work!!Service: Body & Trim
