Had my Corvette C8 in for some check up items and met Whitney the Asst Mgr for Service !I just to say that she is Awesome about Followup and took my list of small items and made sure everything was handled like it was her Corvette !The Dealership Service Department does not disappoint and I would suggest you chat with Whitney when you bring you re car in for Service and grab a coffee or latte !Whitney is first Class in the Service Department and so is the Dealership !If need a new or pre-owned Car or Truck or Service this is the place !See my Pal Eric Hall the Internet Director !John FulcherGrapevine TX

This is my go-to place for parts on my 17 Tahoe. The guys behind the counter are very helpful and friendly. If you need parts for your Chevy, they always seem to have it in stock.Update: not only are the helpful but took back stuff I was not able to use without any issues.

This place was actually pretty hard to find as the Chevy lot is rather large. I felt as though they made it clear that if we didn't buy their Chevy from them, we don't get the same level of service as those that did. The staff in parts could've been more helpful for sure. The staff at repairs were very kind and talked us through some things we were unclear on. Altogether, customer service is in need of some significant improvement.

If you have to go here just don t work with Tony! He had a terrible attitude the second I walked up. Then said he would call me the next day to come get my new wheel but he never called. I called 3 times throughout the day trying to get ahold of him but every time they transferred my call to Tony he never answered and never called me back. Someone else had to call the next day to let me know my wheel was ready.

Told me I couldn't buy a part from them unless I brought them the VIN.WRONG! I know you can look it up to get an approximate price. The VIN is used to verify fit. Got it cheaper somewhere else and with much less hassle.

Thanks again for the great customer service on getting my 1st oil change done. Was quoted hour and a half. It was done in 45 mins. Thanks to your service team. Great service. This is after I called gmc freeman and they told me I couldn't get my first oil change there that I would have to take it to the dealer I bought the truck from. And then laughed at me before hanging the phone on me. I appreciate your service.

I ordered over $400 worth of parts for my brand new blazer. When I came to pick up I had four larger items and the guy had the audacity to say you can do it take two and two make two trips. While 4 men in there were just standing around doing nothing. To think I spent that much money and no one offered me any assistance. I will never come back to this place again.

I was in the market for purchasing a Connect & Cruise Crate Powertrain system and had been shopping for quite a while. Most all vendors were similarly priced. However, Classic Chevrolet Performance's pricing on the same product was far and away better than every other competitor. I thought it too good to be true. After contacting them via email with questions answered, it was legit. They were very quick to respond to my questions and I placed my order the same day. Shipping within 3 business days where others were 2 weeks out. Great service, excellent pricing, quick shipping. These folks are the real deal. Thank you.

Bought my wonderful Volt here 2 years ago from Buzz Smith, an EV-angelist, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about electric cars.In for my first oil change today (free). They left my car clean, rotated and aired the tires, and changed the cabin air filter. All included. Was ready before the promised time. I arrived to find the car waiting for me plugged in on a 25A charger.I know some people have had issues with GM dealers and electric cars. Classic Chevrolet is the place to bring your Volt if it needs service. They have treated me quite well. Now if GM would only make an electric compact SUV I could add that to the garage.

But their policy of charging customers who use a credit card 3.5% fee on top of the already high service cost is malicious and reflects a disregard for their costumes especially in these times when they are charging FULL price for vehicles.

I would like to delete this review but My review stands I reached out...I know I won't get anything done thank youI will start by saying I will not bring my car here again inspection or repairs..I had a warranty when I brought my car in..I was told I only had a two bent rims ..After paying for $168 for the diagnosis later two new rims four new tires still has the same problem,it's the ABS system..Now I'm out of warranty..Be careful because everything is becoming a scam just take your money Grapevine Tx
