I didn't actually have a repair done here, but broke down right near the shop after barely making it there. The owner was very caring and helped me get my car off the main road, called me a tow truck, and gave expert advice about the engine! The warranty allowed me to have the vehicle repaired at a dealership with little cost, but I will always remember his kind actions and incredible assistance, even without paying for any repair service. Thanks again!!

This was our first visit to Christian s Auto Repair since moving to Grapevine9 months ago. The service is fantastic! We brought our Honda Element in for electrical work and a routine oil/fluid change. Jerry is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In driving me back home after dropping off the vehicle, he immediately noticed the worn brake pads that we had not. The work was completed in one day, and the vehicle drives 100% better. I highly recommend this business for affordable, quality auto repair.

I have taken several of our cars to Christians Auto Repair. They do excellent work, and stand behind their work. I have had A/C work done there, as well as general repairs, and am pleased with the entire experience there. I highly recommend them.

Our friends recommended Christian s to us when we needed to do some work (replace control arms, fuel pump, spark plugs) on our Audi Q5 2014. Great experience: Jerry did the diagnostic, explained what needs to be done and why, the job was done on time, with thorough QA. No issues since then . And the price was very reasonable.

Honest affordable mechanics, definitely a family owned shop! As a woman I felt safe and pleased to have brought my car here, and get the service that I exactly needed done on my car!The owner is upfront about what's absolutely necessary and what can wait! For the first time in my life I found a shop I can really trust!I almost lost all hope with the industry as a whole but they restored my hope!I won't be taking my car anywhere else! I definitely recommend it to anyone considering it! Don't think twice! Very grateful for these knowledgeable guys!

ok ok Jerry & Christian did an AWESOME job of keeping my "zombie" 2006 Kia on the road, really, and usually pretty darn good about prices too, I trust them, just give them time to get to you... ok, now that I've provided feedback, I live in Houston now, will y'all stop spamming me? :) In all seriousness, these are good people doing good work Hi Jerry!!

Would ve liked to have given them a chance. Stopped by and they ordered a motor for my Integras window and said it would be there the next day. I said I could come back a week later when I got paid and he said deal! Took my info down and said see you Friday. Come in Friday and there s no record of me the car the part. Took the day off from work. Avoid.

I was so irritated with this place that for the first time in my life, i m writing a review. The review before mine mentions the exact same issues that I experienced in this shop. Dropped my car off with no other issues besides my BCM needing reprogrammed since my car wouldn t recognize my keys. The owner, Jerry said he would look into the issue and keep me posted.That s when things became difficult. Jerry was non-responsive, kept giving me the runaround on what was going on with my car, where we stood with repairs. They had the car for almost 3 weeks. Within this time, the owner claimed he paid someone to come out to reprogram my car keys to my car (Infiniti later confirmed this was never done) and then the owner claimed my battery was now dead and i d need a new one (confirmed to also be incorrect - battery was fully healthy), and then they left my hood open often at the shop so someone stole the Infiniti emblem off of my engine cover. Of course, the owner played clueless and said he had no idea. I had to tow my car after 3 weeks of sitting at Christian s Auto Repair and then find out later from Infiniti and another reputable local auto shop that I was lied to about almost everything by Jerry and Christian s Auto Repair. Even when trying to pick up my car, he kept being squirrelly about it and kept prolonging my pick up date.If you do business here for anything outside of basic maintenance, be prepared for inept service and a lack of communication that will have you chasing after the owner via text/phone just to confirm your car still exists and hasn t been auctioned off for parts. I lost a$65 emblem..

I wish I could say that our experience has been as great as everyone else s. We took our truck in on 8/31 and I am literally trying to figure out when this shop intends to return my unfixed vehicle. I have been trying to pick up my truck since Wednesday 9/6, when I was quoted a $1300 bill and our vehicle still wasn t repaired and it was clear that they are not sure how to repair it. That s fine and I can accept that except they literally won t answer my calls or messages or give me a time for pick up. I plan to go tomorrow and assume I may need the police with me to get my truck. This is a 2019 truck that had a misfire. I hope it s not completely unrepairable now due to their incompetence and unwillingness to admit they were in over their heads. Unless you need simple wrenching on an older model vehicle, I encourage you to NOT take your vehicle to Jerry and the crew.

I am a Chauffeur with a black car service. After dropping clients off at DFW, my vehicle wouldn't start. (GMC Yukon XL). I looked up the closest mechanic with the best rating and found Christian Auto Repair. Spoke with Jerry, and he said he would help. I called my insurance for a tow to his shop. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!My alternator was shot. We conversated about what I do for a living, and he got the part sent over right away. I asked him how long it would be in the shop, if I can get it tomorrow. He said, "Stick around. We can have it done in a few." He said, "This is your living. You can't be without your vehicle."His son Christian is Amazing. I didn't even know he was working on it while Jerry and I just sat and talked.I brought it in at around 5pm. They are supposed to close at 6pm , but they stayed open till it was finished.I got out of there with a perfectly running vehicle for the best price I could've asked for.Needless to say, I have a new mechanic.Thank you guys.

I brought in a used vehicle to have looked over prior to completing the purchase. Christian was the only mechanic there when I arrived and he promptly came to the office. After I told him what I needed, he took the time to do a complete inspection of the vehicle and ran a diagnostics report to verify what we were being told by the dealer regarding the check engine light. All told took about an hour and the invoice clearly spelled out what should be done by the dealer before we finalized the purchase. My only regret about Christian's Auto Repair.........it is not closer to where we live! Great service and very friendly! I would highly recommend for any auto repair!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I was in a bit of a pinch when the car I just imported was having some issues and left me stranded in the area, when I needed to be in Oklahoma the next day. These guys troubleshot the issue and with parts being hard to find were able to make sure that I would be good to make the 3 hour drive same day. Long story short I made it to where I needed to be. These guys were great, very professional and sympathetic towards my situation. Would highly recommend and if I lived in the area they would be my mechanics for everything!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

I ve used this shop for my Mercedes AMG 63 and a couple other vehicles I own. Jerry & his son are honest and fair, when there s a problem with their work, they ll take care of it until it s fixed.Highly recommended

I am so glad I found this shop. Jerry and his crew were great. Professional, personable, and prompt. I read some of the reviews and decided to stop by on Friday with a list of repairs the dealer quoted me. Jerry gave me a very reasonable quote. I was on a time crunch and jerry assured me he could get the work done by the time I needed my truck back. He delivered! I m glad I found Christian s auto repair-I feel like I now have a go-to shop for all my future auto needs.

After having been quoted an extremely outrageous amount by a different local auto shop, whom happened to be my "regular" mechanic, for repairs on my car...I took my car to Christian's for a second opinion. Not only did they basically cut the repair cost in half, they also had the job done in an impressively reasonable amount of time. Jerry was incredibly personable and helpful the entire time, as well. Definitely made me feel welcome and "at home". I would - and WILL - recommend their services to others in the future. Thanks guys! You definitely have a new and loyal customer in me!

I was pleasantly surprised at not only how prompt they were, but fair and honest as well. They spent the time to provide consultation on another vehicle issue I was having and I walked away feeling like I was their friend. I am Grapevine resident and prefer to keep my business local and I have now found a good ole "Mom and Pop" mechanic shop that I can count on and trust. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of automotive work performed.Service: Brakes

After reading the reviews online decided to take my car over there. I wasn t disappointed. They were able to look at my car immediately and give me an assessment. I brought my car back the next day and they repaired it very fast and charged me very reasonably. Below the average. I had my idler pulley and stabilizer bar bushings replaced.The only reason I didn t give them a higher rating is because of the owners behavior. When picking my car up he seemed hung over and paid a little TOO much attention to my girlfriend. It was annoying and a little tacky I thought.

Honesty is what you need with a mechanic and I can describe them with that word. Jerry and his team changed my engine of my old BMW but he did everything possible to make sure it was necessary . Not the first time I used their service and they always do an excellent job. I changed oil housing, pan gasket and more and I found them at times more reliable than my car. My car runs great and if it has issues they make sure I am please with their job. Definitely a mechanic to trust and go when I have issues.

Took my 1994 Volvo 940 for a radiator leak. Jerry and Christian did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting the car back to me by the end of the day. Definitely recommend it.

I had to get almost all my lights replaced on my car but Christians Auto took me right in and fixed it all up for a great price! They even made AutoZone come down and give them the CORRECT lights since the ones they recently sold me were not the color needed. Loved talking to everyone, they were all super nice and helpful. If you need your car fixed up come down to this place during the week if you can cause then you get to meet Lucky the dog! Unfortunately I missed my chance but I was invited back anytime. Loved the whole place and I think you will too.

Great experiences! In the past 10 days--they have taken care of our Honda Odyssey, Honda CR-V, and our new (old) Honda Civic.This is a small shop in which you will likely meet the owner Jerry and lead mechanic. You will interact with the people who work on your car.We found this place from the positive reviews and we would reaffirm all the good that everyone is saying.

Everyone here was spectacularly helpful. The owner took time out during the day on New Years to speak with me over the phone about my car issue and schedule me for the next business day. My car wouldn't repeat the issue it was having prior but they performed a transmission service and I couldn't be happier with the speed of their diagnosis and service. They were knowledgable, professional, and as a relatively new resident of the area I am extremely happy to have found this shop and will be using them in the future.
