Absolutely stellar service! I have an appointment for an oil change, it takes 24 minutes to get the oil changed, the fuel filter changed, the tires rotated and a car wash. And they do it for less than the price of an oil change at any other place. Hands down the very best dealership that does everything possible to earn your repeat business in the Dallas-Fort Worth area! I love 20 miles away but plan ahead to go here.

Excellent service all around. HUGE thank you to Hector, Andy, and Roger! Hector and Andy went above and beyond in helping us find a beautiful 2024 Trax. We love it sooo much! Roger was super helpful with financing and making us feel very comfortable. Employees are friendly and professional but I m disappointed in the quality of work performed and would not go back. I needed an oil change and while scheduling they asked if I would like the 100k mile tune up. The truck was just over 100k and we were going on a road trip so I said yes. They fixed it up and I thought all was well.I noticed a small leak when we got it back but thought it was from the air conditioning (not a car person). A couple days after we got the truck back though a pool of transmission fluid was in our driveway (stained now). I sent a picture and called and they towed it to their shop to repair. Understandable and quickly rectified, just without our truck again.A couple days after this I again notice a leak this time it s the oil. We were out of town so they said to find a certified shop but to call the service manager to see if it would be covered by them. The leak was caused by an oil filter but we were again without our truck. Called the service manager several times, never hearing back. Luckily the oil filter only cost us $66 for another dealership to repair.We ve never had any trouble with the truck and I thought going here, to a dealership, would be a safe bet. I would have at least like to have heard back from the service manager. I understand mistakes happen but value communication.They also said we had no warranty work to be done but the other dealership found said we did warranty work to complete and then they fixed it the same day.

Everybody is very nice here, unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of communication in place leaving me with bad experiences back to back.After waiting a year for a new EV battery, they finally brought me back to replace it and update the software. They had my vehicle for 2 days but forgot to update the software and nobody checked before letting me pick up the vehicle.The other thing that surprised me was that one of my tires was low on pressure and there was a warning about that on my vehicle screen when I arrived. After having my car for two days, you would think somebody would ve noticed that and topped off my tire pressure.I always give everybody one mistake, accidents happen.I spoke to several people to ensure that when I came back for the appointment time to update the software that it would happen right away as I would be waiting. First time available was five days later. After waiting nearly 2 hours for a simple software update, I was told that the tech had not yet started on my update.I went to speak to the manager face-to-face and it became clear that I was lied to originally when I was told they would let me bring my car in and update it right away I went to the back of the line as soon as I got here so the best he could do is Cover a rental car (WHICH I APPRECIATE)If I would ve known what was really going on I would ve taken the rental car two hours ago and been on my way.Hopefully things will get fixed and they will make things right.I will update the review if anything changes

I spoke with Jacob about a transmission and a radiator problem that my truck had, which is under warranty. He told me that he will take about a week or two, to fix the problem but in reality they took 5 weeks. When I was finally able to pick my truck. I started my truck to warm up after 5 minutes there was a coolant and a transmission fluid leaking. I didn't even leave the shop and I could already tell it was already a bad job. I told Jacob about it and the mechanic took a look into it that same day and they both tried to push the blame into me. Basically saying that it was my fault that coolant is leaking because I used Radiator seal before I brought it in. For the transmission fluid they said it was perfectly normal that some of it leaks after being rebuilding it. However they did fix the coolant problem, a hose was not properly tightened. Again how can I be responsible for their work to blamed on is beyond me. The next day my tuck overheated because there was no coolant in the radiator and the transmission fluid was way lower than the minimum requirement. Afterwards I talked with Diane (Supervisor) and she told me that they will check on the transmission 6 months later and I will get my truck back that same day while I am there waiting. However I have a problem now that the truck shakes when I change gears and I took it back to them and they wanted to keep it there for more than a week to just see whats wrong with it. I know they messed up from the beginning.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Went in for my 1st vette service . That was fine . Have wheel sensor system light on and when I picked up after they were suppose to reprogram , well . When they brought my car up the sensor light was still on.

Brought my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado in for an oil leak on a Monday. It was ready by Wednesday, but when they test drove it, check engine light came on. They had to complete redo the work to realign the timing gear they misaligned when assembling after replacing the leaking gasket. I was told it would be ready by Thursday evening. I was never notified that the truck wasn't ready. Called and spoke to the assistant service manager on Friday and was told it would definitely be ready Friday evening. Called Friday evening and was assured it would be ready by 8:00 Saturday morning. It is now 9:20 and still have received no call about the truck being ready. Beginning to think I've been put on back burner since the repair is a redo of the original repair that they screwed up. I realize it is a major repair, but frustrating to be promised the truck would be ready several times, when it isn't.

Had to have some dealer options installed. They did a great job, were very friendly, and even offered to wash the truck! Highly recommend speaking to Jacob for help!!

I called for the parts department and got through right away. The gentleman that answered was helpful and not in a rush to get me off the phone. He found the right part gave me the price and leadtime. Great experience.

It's insane on how long it takes to get an alignment and oil change done here. Been here 3.5 hours and I'm still waiting..Guess they have the "B" team working today

Excellent service and crew. Oscar, the advisor that handled my vehicle, did a great job. The entire experience went very well. Will continue to use Classic Chevrolet service dept for all my future service needs

I took my mom to get her car (which is atleast an hr away) that has been in their shop for about a month or a little more. She had turbo replaced, and then the advisor called to inform her she needed a catylitic converter.When we got there, there was already chaos due to a fire truck and ambulance blocking the service driveway. I waited until she got her car before leaving, and it's a good thing because they brought it up with the check engine light already on. Her receipt literally said..." no lights on. Car is good. "So the last advisor left for that Saturday didn't even act like he wanted to help her, but finally put a code reader on the car and printed out almost a hole sheet of codes. So I would like to now say thank you to the idiot that said the car was ready to go & for wasting our the entire Saturday(my only day off) by the time I made it back home. All they needed to do was communicate that it was not ready before driving all the way there. It will be going on a month and a half before she will get her car back. So no, I don't recommend this shop.

-Hector was really good at communication and quick, that was about the only good part.- Person who worked on my car forgot to secure a part to my car causing me to have to bring it back in. Who knows the damage to my car engine because I drove it without the air tube secured on the highway.- Just basically got a sorry after having to bring it all the way back in and having to wait two hours. No reimbursement for the failed inspection offered, or reduction in the cost for light that was out that y'all knew was out.- Got charged $100 for half of a failed inspection. State inspections should only cost $30 having me pay $100 knowing it was going to fail is robbery.- bottom line place is overpriced for mediocre/bad service techs. The customer support team is good but will still pinch every penny out of you.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

I drove up to this location for a tire rotation, just like I was told to do over the phone.Waited 20 minutes for ANYONE to help me, but then they helped the guy that drove up behind me immediately.This specific location was my go to dealership to purchase my vehicles, but not anymore.Please remove me from your call list when trying to service my vehicles.

I purchased my 2018 Tahoe from a non-Chevy dealer so wanted to have it checked out by Chevy experts. After calling a few dealerships/service centers, I landed on Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine because their website was current with plenty of information, they were responsive to my follow-up phone call with questions, and when I did take my vehicle in for a once-over inspection the service crew was professional, knowledgeable, and timely.I would like to give a special shout out to Mr. Joe Laubhan, the Service Director, for being approachable and ensuring that I was and remain a satisfied customer. Additionally, Whitney Thedford and her assistant, Alma, are wonderful at communicating and organizing any service I may ask for. It is without hesitation that I take both of my Tahoes (2001 and 2018) to Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine for service.

It was a commendable experience. It seems to me that the Dealership Management had put a lot of thought into enhancing the positive in the customer experience while being at the shop. The service loaner was almost a brand new Chevrolet Malibu. I was very happy driving that vehicle and never felt remorse for having my Impala in for service. Kudos goes for Asst Service Mgr. Shawn Anderson. He was very courteous and professional during our interactions and bend over backwards to accommodate to my needs.Service: Transmission

When you pick up a smart auto rental for a customer and have to take it back to our shop to have it cleaned before taking it to said customer... it's pretty bad. I've wasted 3 hours of my day now. Not a good look

Mike Allen was our salesman and he was the best!! He was very knowledgeable about the Tahoe we purchased and really made our experience the best. We will never buy from anyone else! He worked hard to make everything work well for us! He showed us things about the car that we didn t know and went above and beyond what we expected. We have bought many cars over the years and never met anyone who treated us so nice, looked for what we wanted in a car. He really deserves a raise!

The customer service was awesome. There was difficulty communicating with a third party regarding covering the replacement of the transmission. That took a number of weeks during which the dealership was generous with the use of a loaner.Ultimately the coverage was granted and the transmission was replaced. Casey Barnes was by far the best service advisor I have seen for my truck's maintenance at a Chevy service center. Especially being a female...I've experienced my fair share of condescending experiences, so I really appreciated Casey's respectful and professional demeanor. I went for a full service oil change and a fuel induction. Waited at the service center and got in and out in an hour and a half. I'll be making this my regular service center. Give this place a shot.

Good service, which is important and helpful! But services have often been forgotten to be done when the truck has gone in to be worked on, or "rattling" cannot be fixed even though the truck was brought brand new from theirs dealership.

I called the Service Department, at 2 PM on Friday. They set up an appointment at 2:30. Brittney, the Service Adviser, made contact with to make sure I review my appointment time.I was having electrical and charging issues with my 2014 Silverado. She got me right in and started taking care of business. They changed the alternator, installed a new battery and changed the oil by 5 PM. On a Friday afternoon. Brittney, kept me informed of the process all the way through.The Service Department did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.I didn t buy my truck there, but they acted like I did.Thanks for helping me out.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

The folks at Classic Chevrolet went out of their way to make me feel welcome, valued and important and like I had been coming there for years. It s also very refreshing knowing they re a Christian organization and ensure their customers are well treated, respected and appreciated. I would refer anyone to them for any automotive service. Another awesome experience! For years, David "Chappy" Chapman has been my service manager and his customer service is just incredible every single time I bring my truck in for service/maintenance! Chappy is courteous, always knowledgeable, always upbeat & positive and always goes above and beyond! It is a refreshing change in a world where excellent customer service is becoming a rarity! I recommend Classic Chevrolet service department to everybody I know and I always say ask for Chappy and he will take care of you because he has never once let me walk out of there without feeling like a VIP! Chappy is one of the biggest reasons that I will remain a Classic Chevrolet customer for life! I've been using Classic Chevrolet for about six years for regular maintenance, service, etc. Losing my initial service advisor was rough until I found Susie. She is hands down the best one of the bunch (I used two others no names mentioned) after Jeff left the company.
