The customer service was impressive. The process was easy. My service advisor Melissa was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. She sent me test updates throughout the repair process. The repair was completed early and looked completely original as if nothing happened ever happened. The paint and color matching were excellent. I am highly satisfied and would recommend Caliber Collision Grapevine to everyone.

Superb customer service! I was in an accident and Caliber made the insurance claim repair process simple. The team works very efficiently and quickly to get you in and out on your way.I was most impressed by the text updates I would receive from my service advisor Scott. I was able to reach out via email, text or phone call whichever was most convenient and would always receive a response.If you are renting from Enterprise they have a shuttle that comes and picks you up to drive over to their store in Grapevine as well.Most importantly, my car looked good as new when they were done with the repair and was spotless. I am completely satisfied with this experience and would highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision is excellent! We had to have some work done on our electric vehicle (this location is one of the very few in the metroplex that is certified). It took a total of 2 weeks for our car to be repaired, BUT our rep Scott made sure it was done before the weekend! Scott provided daily updates on the car's progress. When we received our car back, it looked brand new! Will definitely use Caliber again in the future if needed, and ask to work with Scott again!

I m not one to leave reviews unless my experience was truly five star worthy.Melissa is a star. Her professionalism and kind hearted manner made a rotten dented car experience much less painful. While I never met the body work team - their work is perfection.While I do hope I never have to see them again - I will not hesitate for a second to return.This location is super close to Enterprise which made the car rental process a breeze. Again. A rotten situation made much less stressful by amazing people with five star customer service.

Scott Hayes, the service advisor, was incredibly professional, keeping me well-informed about my car's progress and offering valuable advice on a new window. Melissa Miller and the other receptionist named Melissa were exceptionally sweet, attentive, and extremely helpful. Caliber's team, including Scott and both Melissas, provided an outstanding service experience, and my car looks exactly how it did before. I highly recommend choosing this place to get your car fixed! :)

First time using Caliber Collision and couldn't be more pleased with service and results. Very easy to deal with and Melissa kept me updated daily. Repairs came 2 days earlier than promised and repairs looked excellent. Can't even tell where damage was done. Worked seamless with insurance. While I hope not to use them again, if I do have any accidents, I will certainly choose Caliber.

After originally not being able to find a shop to work on my EV nearby, Caliber in Grapevine was able to take it on. Mellissa did an amazing job accommodating my needs around traveling for work (like dropping the car off early and picking up a couple days late) and keeping me informed and updated. So far I m am very happy with how it turned out. Additionally, they were able to get the car back to me early! Would definitely trust them again with my vehicle.

The body work was superb as well as the paint matching, the vehicle looks new again. The staff was friendly and helpful and kept me apprised of the work progress. My vehicle was returned ahead of schedule. I will take my future collision work only to Caliber Collision!

My experience with Caliber Grapevine well exceeded my expectations! Melissa Miller was so accommodating to my schedule and the work was completed in 4 days (vs. 14 projected)! The workmanship was outstanding. They handled all the usual mess with insurance company and car rental. I could not have been more satisfied!

From $4,000 to $1,250 to $100.00 total out of pocket!!Our Mercedes 2019 GLC was parked in a Target parking lot where the front left driver's headlight was damaged. There was no sign of another car involved, only that the lens cover had been broken, not even the headlamps were broken. We only knew about it because of the dashboard indicator lights.Yes, you read that right. The Mercedez dealership wanted $4,000 for the replacement, because you can't just fix the hard plastic cover, it the headlight comes as an entire assembly and then the requirments for the computer to make the necessary "adjustments" for it to work so you can't fix it yourself. Believe me I was on Youtube trying to find a DIY solution. Our second best option came in at $2,700.00 from a local repair shop that could get "better pricing" for original Mercedes parts. Finally we decided to go with our insurer. $4,000 is more than 10% of the resale value of our car!!!!Caliber Collision was listed as one of our USAA providers. They were amazing! I can't say enough about how professional, courteous, thorough and excellent their front desk reception and their tech support was in helping us get our repair done. Out the door for 1,250.00 but with USAA we only paid our $100.00 deductible.They texted us regarding the progress of our car repair every step of the way. I would give them a 6th star because of their over the top responsiveness and the attention I received.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision Grapevine for any body work needed. They worked with our insurance company and car rental company. The results are top rate! They communicate often and let you know the status of your vehicle.Highly recommend!

First time using them personally but my family is loyal to caliber collision for repairs. It was a great experience, Melissa updated me often and responded quickly to any questions I had. Only thing I wish they would have filled my gas tank cause it was on empty when I got it back and definitely had gas when I took it in.

Unfortunately this was my 2nd time to use Caliber Collision. The staff were courteous, especially Josh. He kept me informed and waited for me to pick up my car. Even though they were getting ready to close. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

How my experience came about with Caliber Collision was my truck was stolen from a hotel parking lot in Dallas. My auto insurance is with USAA & Caliber is a contractor for auto insurance through out Texas. Once we had the truck out of the police impound it was taken to Caliber in Grapevine. The Crew there were very professional & friendly, keeping me updated on the repairs and expected completion of repairs. Good place to do business with. Thanks Randy

We used this shop when one of our fleet vehicles needed service. Josh was our contact here and he was educational, respectful, and very communicative. It's always a bit stressful when a working vehicle has to go in the shop but he gave me updates regularly. The whole crew here worked efficiently to get my technician back on the road. Thanks guys!

Our car had a close encounter with the side of the garage and the front body panel on that side of the car got pushed back closer to the front door so that the door scraped whenever it was opened and closed. Took the car in for an estimate and we were very pleasantly surprised when we were told that the door could be fixed and the paint job on that front panel cleaned up while we waited for 15 minutes. We worked with Javier Jauregui.
