Boris You are one of the coolest, most genuine, and patient salesmen I ve ever met. I walked in thinking we d be ignored or told no when we asked to drive the G83, but NOPE. You proved us wrong drive and let us drive it the RAIN .At BMW Plano we sat in numerous cars in the showroom but we were never approached. It seemed like they assumed we weren t serious buyers. This saddened us because we really wanted a new BMW. Thanks for treating us like humans and for being a kind soul.

Thank you so much for changing my car fob battery. We were in Grapevine from Austin for medical when I received the alert that my car fob was shutting down. I never had this happen before, so I called Sewell BMW. To the young lady who answered the phone, thank you for being helpful, calm, and steering me in the right direction. Much appreciated. Manton, I believe this is his name. Thank you for helping with my car camera when the BMW dealership in S. Austin, unfortunately, was of no assistance. You have an ease about you when interacting with frustrated customers. Every department you called to assist me was beyond helpful. My car shined up until the bad weather hit Texas. To the gentlemen who was contacted to assist my camera issue, major kudos. You all rock!When people buy BMWs, ine would think they would get excellent care and service. You exceeded that day.Even though Sewell BMW Dealership in Grapevine is 4 hours (one way) away from us, I would not hesitate to return for service.Looking forward to seeing you all again. They both went above my expectations to make sure that I was pleased. Go see Gab Chavez!! What a fantastic salesperson!!!! Very helpful!Let s face it- too pushy or overselling does not work! Gab made us feel very comfortable! He showed us and spoke to us about our needs!Used cars are tricky. I understand why!We left feeling confident that we had the right car for our needs. He explained the features and benefits ( better then the you tubers!)You would be making a mistake if you did not find Gab to help you with your purchase!Very helpful!! Gab is the best!

Overall an Excellent experience dealing with the Sewell Team. Great inventory of Certified BMW's.. My 3rd time buying a car from a dealer 1,500 miles from my home. Sewell Team was great but my Sales Assistant, Beatriz Rovira was outstanding bridging the distance gap.. We used Face Time to look at each car and Beatriz shared her input on how clean each car was.. Every question I had, Beatriz was super quick to respond. She was able to quickly grow my trust level with the Sewell Tea. Our Certified loaded X3 was just like a new car when it arrived back east.. Chadwick Fedderson is awesome. He s sold us our last 3 cars. He just helped me buy my wife her push present. He s extremely knowledgeable about what they have in inventory, the vehicle features, and upgrades and options for warranty and protecting our purchase.We've used him for our last 3 vehicle purchases here and really appreciate his professionalism and outstanding service.I know that when I come to Sewell BMW of Grapevine that he'll put me in a great car, and I'll feel good about the purchase when I drive off.

We had a five-star experience working with Alec Laird on the lease of our new BMW I4. We walked in for a test drive without an appointment and he showed us the only one on the lot thst a customer backed out on. He was very patient during the test drive and answered any questions. We had a complex lease turn-in and he handled it for us with ease. I was especially impressed with his dealer tour, highlighting the various reasons to chose Sewell over other options. The tour of the mechanic's garage was a nice touch. Alec was calm during negotiation and transparent about the only dealer add on, which we kept. Alec even held the car for us for almost a week. He's a great salesperson to work with. We love the drive so far. Manton was also phenomenal in his product tour upon pickup of the vehicle. Great training at this dealership.

So EVERYTHING about this dealership aligned with the testimonials read online and watched on tv. I've had experiences in the past with other dealerships...sitting for long periods of time going through the motions of carbuying. Not at Sewell! The service was totally contrary to my experiences of the past. My salesperson...Jonny Willingham....truly a professional provided a priceless experience. Now I understand why people in the testimonials say they wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Now I won't either.

I bought with Maddie Hoff in acquiring my first BMW M240i. She was perfectly professional and even surpassed my knowledge of automobiles and I m a gear head. The whole experience was seamless and enjoyable, which is hard to say when purchasing a car nowadays. She even delivered a loaner vehicle to my apartment when my M240i was in routine service. You can t ask for a better new or pre-owned car buying experience. Ask for Maddie Hoff!

Another homerun for Sewell. I brought in my 2007 328CI convertible for a recall. It needed additional repairs and the services team diagnosed the problems and did the work at a reasonable price. The luxury side of me loves the service center waiting area. It's super comfortable, well-designed, and spacious. The practical side of me appreciates the efficiency in servicing hundreds of cars each day and the team work that goes into keeping hundreds of clients happy. The service center is high-energy, the team work is amazing and everyone on staff is professional. I'm on my 4th BMW and plan to buy another one in the next two years (although not replacing my beloved CI convertible) I will definitely purchase my next BMW from Sewell Grapevine.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Sewell BMW in Grapevine. Right when I think I've reached the pinnacle of their amazing customer service, they just come up with another way to impress me. I've bought 10+ cars in the last 8 years, and expect a lot from a dealer. Buying at Sewell the first time has set the bar so high, that I will likely never buy from another dealer. Beatriz has been a true professional since the first call, and Joe (one of the managers) really worked an amazing car deal for me. As a former car sales person, I tend to be very critical of dealerships, but I can't think of one time Sewell BMW of Grapevine has not far-exceeded my expectations.

BMW Grapevine is amazing and I wouldn't shop anywhere else. The options of car is better than anywhere else and the buying experience is top notch. I was able to complete 95% of my buying experience online and via text which made my in dealership meeting less than 2 hours and as we know buying a car can be longer than buying a house. For anyone that goes to BMW Grapevine the best person to ever work with is Cindy Schunk. I have never bought a car from anyone better than Cindy and she is the reason I have now purchased a BMW over Mercedes. She is someone that truly does the job and she cares. For my company one of our core values is Done3. Get it, own it and see it through the end and Cindy is truly a Done3 employee and she cares with all she does. Long Story Short go to BMW Grapevine and get Cindy if at all possible. She is AMAZING!!!!!

A mobile mechanic (Thank you Jack!) came to our house and replaced a tire quickly and efficiently, saving us time, and money.We have purchased many vehicles over the years, and after our experience with Sewell, we will never choose another dealership. A huge 5 star review to Jay Andres and Sewell BMW of Grapevine. I had been searching for a long time, for the perfect certified preowned X1. I finally found it, about 650 miles away. Jay and I spoke on the phone and then communicated via text, ALOT. He answered every question, took extra pictures of details I had concerns on, even different views and lighting. He worked up different options for me and went through every single concern. I flew down a week later and the car was exactly as described, with the addition of the big red Sewell bow. Jay went through all the paperwork, reviewed any questions and went through the car with me. We drove her home that day, 650 miles! I could not be happier with this car and my service at Sewell BMW of Grapevine. I encourage anyone to feel comfortable purchasing from them long distance, they are very particular about their reputation. Ask for Jay!

Of course this resulted in a purchase of my X5, which I am extremely happy with. He was not pushy but knew I was ready to move forward and helped with making the process seamless. I don't write reviews. I'm always lazy to write one. I go to this place to have my car wash. And the satisfaction they provide couldn't keep me silent this time. I still believe I would've not written one if it wasn't for Kevin Alderman, the valet manager.Kevin is exceptional, pure excellence. The way he approaches people, the way he greats people is just pure class. The car wash service is great. They do a great job. But men like Kevin can't be found everywhere

Mike Cotroneo and Joe were amazing! As a VP I highly value the customer service experience. Their customer service, attention to detail, genuine care for the client and the time they spent to ensure I was well taken care of was top tier from start to finish. I bought my first certified BMW X5 during one of the busiest days of the year. The dealership was packed, and I was there nearly half the day due to my questions and everything I wanted to review regarding my new vehicle. They both treated me as if I was the only customer in the room. They never rushed me or made me feel like I needed to hurry up to move on with another customer. Every detail was taken care of from beginning to end. Mike spent considerable time showing me every feature of the car before I even purchased it. He followed up to let know when new keys and license plates were in and continued being attentive to any need even after the purchase was complete. Sewell and their team provided the best buying experience I ve ever had.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Grant Schmidt in the service department! Unfortunately, a persistent mechanical issue brought me to Sewell for the very first time. Grant and the Sewell BMW team provided us the absolute best customer service anyone could ask for. From the first minute you drive onto the property, you feel very welcomed by the entire team. From the porters in the service tunnel to the ladies at the checkout station, the entire team deserves kudos. I had my front windshield replaced for my BMW I8 and paid almost $5k the window/door jam trim/weather strip started lifting less than couple months they did replace it however the way the body shop did it 2nd time looked horrible it was actually getting suck, as I opened the door to leave the dealership I called management show them the ugly job and voice my concerns and he told me he would replace it and this time do it right! Well here we are months later still no call back from the body shop manager and it did exactly as I pointed that day I picked it up lifted and will probably start leaking again. Haven t had much issues in the service department but this issue seems to be a reoccurring that just can t seem to be done professionally disappointed.

They just don't do the heavy handed stuff we all hate, instead its a conversation and they tell you what they will and won't do. I highly recommend asking for Imogen, she was amazing to work with on my purchase.

It's my first bmw and will be the last, why? I feel like I got robbed multiple times. I bought new tires on my new vehicle after 9 months (it's our family car not my toy car), I was surprised tires don't last. It's a 7 series and yeah it's a heavy car but really?.... And 7 months later, I got a nail in one of the rear tires so I dropped it off at the service, I was told I should get the other one replaced too because of it was at 3/32. So I was thinking I will only pay for one tire and whatever fees, but I was totally wrong. They charged me two different prices for each tires and gave me some discount (supposedly warranty) on one tire, charged me labors and taxes on both. Of course I asked why it's like this, but the answer was that's how they do it. I've owned Porsches, Audis, Jags, and so on, however I didn't have to pay a penny on any tires warranty jobs. I just called BMW Tire Center and asked why they don't cover the full cost while it says up to $600 per eligible tire, the answer was they only cover wholesale price not what I was charged for. What?!!?!? I told the lady over the phone that there is no word "wholesale price" on your pamphlet, the answer I got was, "It doesn't really have to say it." And again I also had to pay the sales tax and labor on the warranty job. Very disappointed with both dealership and the company.

Sewell is the Best place to buy a car in Texas. I ve purchase many cars at many different dealerships in 30 years. I had no idea it could be like this great. This review comes after purchasing a X7 brand new from Bryan Baker at Sewell, and using them exclusively for service throughout the entire new car warranty period. Sewell easily sets the standard for all others to follow. The level of customer service provided by the entire staff is without equal among other local dealerships. There is a reason we only purchase vehicles from Sewell branded dealerships, and why management works so hard to maintain their reputation.Micky Brown has been my service advisor and her communication, friendliness, and efficiency has been excellent. The service department aims to resolve all my issues, return my vehicle in a very clean manner, and follows up to make sure I'm satisfied. I drive 40 miles to service my vehicle at BMW of Grapevine, and don't hesitate to drive past two other BMW dealerships to make sure it is exclusively serviced here.

I was dropping of my 2019 BMW X7 for routine maintenance. I was rushing to get my stuff and accidentally pulled the right front air vent clips out when trying to remove my phone mount. I told them what I did and I was told they could give me a quote to repair it. They came back with a quote of $2,000. I was told they could not just put the pieces back in, they would need to replace the entire unit. NO THANK YOU! When I got home I watched a YouTube video that showed me how to put it back together. I was able to get the clips back in but I ended up snapping the little piece that connected to leaver that allowed the clips to move from side to side. I went on Amazon and ordered a replacement for $30. It fit perfectly and snapped right in. I can t believe that they told me it couldn t be fixed when it could have been or that there were going to charge me $2,000 to replace something that didn t need to be fixed.

Having bought a BMW from another location I arrived at Sewell with a problem car.The professionalism and effort of Rob and many others was a breath of fresh air compared to other car dealers (including the one I bought it from which ironically or not is on LEMON Ave Dallas!).Sewell have shown me why customers return there - I ll be back with more business - thank you all.
