This review is a little overdue - I have been here twice in the last 2 years and the experience was 10/10 each time. They were able to cover a warranty from a different city tire store in 2022/2023. January 2024 Levi squeezed me in when my car dealership said I had a crack in a tire and a nail in another tire. Levi showed me the crack was superficial and the nail did not puncture the other tire. I was under the impression I would for sure have to buy 1 new tire and Levi said I was all set after triple checking it was good. It's been 3 weeks and he was right. Thank you Levi for being honest and taking the time to triple check. I will use this place for life.

This place was amazing towards me band I had a great laugh with them. They definitely made sure I was taken of and as an add in bonus made sure all my wheels on my brand new, from the dealership, 2023 Nissan altima SR were secure so I can drive without worrying one of my tires were not going to fly off.

Wow! All I can say is Wow! I have had so many issues my car over the last year and the guys from Blagg have be over the top AMAZING! I can t recommend their services enough. They have a fantastic team and have great customer service. It s hard to find a mechanic to trust, that isn t going to jerk you around. I can say that the team at Blagg has the highest integrity that I have ever seen amongst mechanics. They truly do treat you like family. I have gotten to speak to many guys at the front and they are always friendly, they know who I am. This team goes over and beyond to help their customers. Thanks to Levi, Tim, Richard, Rusty, Mike, and the rest of the Blagg team.

Thank You so much Kevin and Blagg Tire!! We had a blow out on the freeway. No jack. We found this place 5 mins so we drove slow and got there. They didn't have our tire but gladly put our spare donut. We didn't even have cash to tip. Kevin said " It's okay don't worry that's why we are here for" wow!! Just wow! You don't find great people and businesses like this.. "For the people". Thank You so much again.

This was my first time using Blagg. What a relief to find a service department that cared about their customers. I NEVER once felt like I was being taken advantage of, like so many other repair shops these days. I worked with Richard, who was amazing, it felt like I was working with family. I spent a little time talking with several of their staff across the organization, they all reflected the same personal service and care. Hats off to a well run and honest team. This is my go-to for all my auto repair in the future.

I got some great service and pricing. Brian talked through options with me on the phone and gave me clear and fair price estimates. They got my car in and out quicker than expected. The checkout process was very smooth, too. Plus, everyone was very nice. Seems like they work hard, but also try to have fun together while getting the job done.

I scheduled an appointment for alignment and state inspection. They got me in and out quickly. Big thanks to Levi! Great communication! He suggested an alignment every year as well. I couldn t be happier with the service.

Very capable and honest. They were honest in charging me $100 less than the original estimate for a repair when it turned out less work needed to be done than anticipated.

I needed tires for my RV and began my search at locations bragging about their low prices. However, none of them had the tires I needed in stock and only one said they would order them for me, but the price was ridiculous. I hesitated going to Blagg Tire because I didn t think they could accommodate my RV. I was surprised to see that they had my tires in stock and at a fairer price than those discount stores. They figured out a way to accommodate my RV and I was back on the road in less than three hours. To top it all off, they have great customer service. I m a Blagg customer for life.

The entire staff at Blagg was wonderful. They put in a full day of work from 7:30am until 5:30pm., not a slack schedule. They answer your calls promptly and are very patient and courteous. They knew exactly what they're doing and certainly have had many years of experience. From the variety of vehicles I saw there and the amount of clients I encountered at drop off, I believe that they can repair the full spectrum of problems. Even though they were quite busy the turn around time was good and the quality of work and service was great! I'd give 6 stars Highly Recommended! Brad Grover

I have been a customer of Blagg Auto and Tire in Grapevine for over 10 years.Not only do they do great work but they also have terrific customer care.I recently had my 2014 Hyundai Sonata towed in because because my engine completely seized.I got a call from the manager, Brian Anderson, who told me that I needed a new engine.As you can imagine, I was scared to think of how much it would cost to replace the engine which turned out to be $7000 - $12,000.The good news is that Brian told me how certain cars like mine which fell within a certain section of VIN numbers were defective and Hyundai would replace the engines at no cost.You can imagine my relief when I was informed that my car qualified!I don t know if I would ve dug deep enough to find out about the manufacturer defect but I am ever so grateful to Brian for the information!Thank you Brian and thank you Blagg!

Staff is very friendly, premises is very well kept and presentable, prices aren't terrible, and the place does a lot of business. On the negative side, the website lists rebates that you're told aren't applicable when you get in the store. The tires shown to be in stock online aren't in stock. My tires were scheduled to arrive between 2 and 3 today and showed up at 4. I couldn't get the tires I wanted, that showed available on the website, so I'm spending $100 more. They seem understaffed in the service dept. I was in a time crunch, and they were able to help me out, but I wouldn't do business here again without an appointment.

These guys are amazing! The dealership tried to charge me $800 for a tire stem valve replacement. Blagg did it for $100. Life savers! Even got a homemade brownie while sitting in the waiting area. Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Super impressed!!!

I was a bit nervous going into getting my car fixed since it was such a major repair. These guys made it easy and nice. They were very kind and Did an amazing job on my car. I can t say enough about them. I would recommend going to this place with all of your car needs! When I heard best place in Grapevine, they weren t kidding.

Richard and staff were not only extremely knowledgeable, but they were all very kind and helpful!! I requested a service through their online portal, and was followed up via email at the start of the next business day. They took great care of my Camry, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I've always had an excellent experience here. I've bought tires for both of my vehicles, had a tire fixed and had service work done and every time, the service is excellent. The communication about my options is always clear and easy to understand and I never feel like I'm being pressured into any additional services. Everyone who works at Blagg has always seemed very happy and upbeat as well. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for any services that they need.

I had great experience and service provided by Richard. They didn t fix my brake due to parts inventory issue and only replaced the pad on my first visit. So Richard helped me to complete the repair on my second visit when the parts was available. They only charge for the parts and waived the labor cost for me. Excellent customer support and I will definitely come back to this shop for future repair. Highly recommended!!!

Blagg Tire is a jewel! Walking in there you are greeted, listened to, and treated like a friend. They were great at communicating timelines, variables, and costs. They explained things very well and went above and beyond to provide top notch service. This team has earned my trust!

I've been with Blagg Tire & Auto Service for several years. The Grapevine location is my favorite. Levi, Rusty, and the other staff members are courteous, professional, and accommodating. They take excellent care of my two vehicles and are very reasonable.

I just returned from being stationed overseas and had a flat tire on my car when I picked it up from the storage facility. I looked Blagg's up online and they had great ratings so I went to them. They could have easily charged me for a new tire but instead they repaired my flat for less than $20 and I was on my way. I appreciate their quick, friendly and honest service.

We drive 30 mins to go to Blagg, we ve trusted and used them since we moved here 3 years ago. Blagg always does 5 stars at trying to keep your costs reasonable for whatever you re needing done. We like Blagg we feel like they don t try and oversell just to make a dollar. Have always been impressed with customer service except for yesterday. I have super light tan seats and there was Massive stain on passenger seat at pickup/ driver seat was wet from them trying to get something they spilled off the seat. When we pointed out the passenger seat they said they didn t spill anything, denied it then attempted to clean it and just made the stain bigger. It took me two hours to semi clean the stain out. I will be a returning customer but I will request either seat covers be used or I ll bring towels.

Awesome place. Good and honest work. Was talking to I think one of the head Techs there about getting my muffler fixed and he was straight with me, told me I could get anything he could give me for a muffler from the muffler shop around the corner, but he would have to charge me a mark up since this isn t a muffler shop. Also only $50 for an oil change on a 96 S10 isn t bad I don t think. Lots of places want 70-90 for an oil change now. $50 is what it should be. I will be back! -Oliver Wells

Awesome staff, great service. Always strive to make any repairs in a timely fashion. The provide maintenance for our company fleet and personal vehicles, as well. We have used Blagg for over 10 years.

Fair prices, great work and good people. Tired of your dealer and sometimes the run around. Go to Blagg and get it done right the first time. They did rear brakes and oil change on my Jaguar F-Pace. And... they beat the local Jaguar dealer on price.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Blagg Tire & Auto in Grapevine - they are the best! They are honest, knowledgeable, fair, and friendly! Since moving to Texas 3 yrs ago, I have been repeatedly "scheistered" by service and sales people in almost every industry I have had to deal with. But Blagg personnel , specifically Levi and the front room crew, have repeatedly gone above and beyond every time.

Made an appt to have my oil changed and requested AAA 40 point inspection be done (offered in May). I had to wait for my vehicle and was kept up to date on things being done. Everyone at Blagg in Grapevine is very knowledgeable. I was told my front brakes are very low and need replacing. I definitely will schedule the brake work with Blagg in June.

Took my vehicle in late Thursday with stuck drivers window and charging issue. They completed the repairs by Friday afternoon. Communication was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Richard gave excellent customer service over the phone and in person. All the staff was excellent and they even gave me access to the garage so I could look at the work needed on my vehicle. Fernando answered all my questions related to the damage on the vehicle and explained in detail what was needed to be replaced to correct the problem.Great job mechanically as well, the immediate issue was corrected and repaired accordingly. They got me back on the road in no time. Strongly recommend this business.

Much more than just a tire store, we have found Blagg to be a very dependable full service auto repair shop for all of our vehicles. From regular service appointments to emergency needs, they can handle most anything and do so with fair pricing and great customer care.
