It s time for me to purchase my next car. I called several dealerships but their salesperson seemed not interested in my business til I walked in Avondale dealership and met Alejandro. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, willing to show me any car I want and without hesitation. Even my husband asked him lot of questions and Alejandro would say keep them coming, I have a right answer for all of them and he sure did! He helped us figure out our numbers and get us rebates. It was not an option to walk out without having purchased my next Benz. Huge thanks to Alejandro for making my dream come true!

I am not one to post "1 Star Reviews" but, I feel my experience has clicked many boxes including Time, Money, and Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine misrepresenting them self's and not taking ownership in the process.1. Replaced the Rear tires on my E400C; I moved away from the Pirellis to a Michelin (more cost) because the Service Adviser at Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine sold me on its a 30K mile warranty tire.2. Fast-Forward to 20243. I notice my rear tires have major wear on the rear tires. (~12K or so Miles; I'd check but I still don't have my car back yet) I also noticed I have a nail in one of my tires. Please note I purchased the Wheel and Tire package on my car.4. I place a call into Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine on Wednesday, January 3rd 2024. I initially speak to Service, who after 3 or 4 minuets states I need to talk to an advise. My call is forwarded but, then the call goes silent. After 5 more minuets I end the call and call back directly to the Service adviser's line. I spoked to someone who I felt understood what I needed, and after a few minuet hold told me I would get a call back from the "server manger". (I was not in an area to recorded his name, but I had trust as this is Avondale's Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine)5. No call back on Wednesday, January 3rd 2024.6. No call back on Thursday, January 4th 2024.7. No call back on Friday, January 5th 2024.8. I arrive to Avondale's Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine on Saturday, January 6th 2024 with my car.9. I leave my tire warranty paperwork standing up in my cup holder.10. I am meet with resistance on my tire warranty.11. I am told the Avondale's Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine tire guy was no in and will not be back until Tuesday, January 9th 2024.12. No loaner car (didn't even check or try to accommodate)13. I am sent on my way to wait.14. Tuesday, January 9th 2024 arrives - I start the conversation with my Service Adviser. I don't get any information back until after 1200/Noon. They said the Tire Company offered a small credit for both tires. I reminder my Service Adviser of my service contract. 1 Hour later she asked what package I have. I reminder her that its in my car our and ready for them to grab. 4 hours later, after I asked for an update at 2:22PM & 4PM (now after 5pm) she confirms she has it. **Another day lost**15. Now Wednesday, January 10th 2024 (A full week from my 1st call into Avondale's Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine) I again have to initiate the conversation; FYI it's 1200/Noon at this point.16. My Service Adviser Laila advises they will replace 1 of my tires (the one with the nail)Great news Right?!? Nope; 1 hour later she FLIPS that decision and we are right back were be started. UGH.... Then ask me to call the tire warranty company?!?17. So at 1:15 PM - I asked how quickly they can have the tires mounted on my car so I can have her picked back up.18. Guess what! They don't have the tire yet, it's now going to be another day of waiting for rear ties with poor communication and with out my car.

Every interaction follow the purchase of my two Mercedes has been just awful. This morning it took 45 minutes to drop my car off for a SCHEDULED maintenance appointment. Never again!

Andrew Shields has taken care of my Mercedes for service year after year after year.My Mercedes is 11 years old purchased from Avondale Dealership formerly Park Place.Guess where I am going when it is time for a new one?When my Mercedes was wrecked twiceDoug Barnes with Avondale Dealership (formerly Park Place) has taken care of my Mercedes to bring it to its original state.Nobody can tell externally my Mercedes has been wrecked.Avondale Dealership with these two individuals are highly recommend because your Mercedes is taken care of for life.You can be the judge.

I would avoid purchasing vehicles from this dealership at all costs. Customer service here is non-existent. My salesman knew nothing about the vehicle he sold me nor the sale. Or maybe he just found no interest. Everything about my sale was difficult from the start. I ve had flawless sales at Parkplace Dallas with my other 2 vehicles. Definitely going back to Parkplace for my future purchases.

I bought 2 cars from the Grapevine dealership and one that we bought 3 months ago had some issues. I called my salesman to ask the dealership for some help on this. The used car manager reached out to me even though I did not purchase the extended warranty the dealership agreed to pay for some of the repairs. This is above and beyond. I will always check this dealership first for cars.

There is nothing elevated about this Avondale ownership experience, from the long hold times to schedule service to the long lines at the service department to the waiting rooms with no snacks, to the lack of complementary car wash. I am particularly bitter about the car wash situation because it was a selling perk when I purchased my vehicle and I ve never gotten a single free car wash. My previous vehicle was a Sewell and that was a truly elevated ownership experience; drive right up and get a detail oriented free car wash whenever you want. Lovely fresh baked cookies and high end coffee in the waiting area, no long telephone holds etc. I know where I ll be purchasing my next vehicle and it won t be at an Avondale dealership.

Two words sum up Park Place; Superior Service. This dealership went above and beyond to secure our patronage. I tip my hat to Shola who guided us through the process. The wife is ecstatic with our purchase!

I've been trying to reach finance about my canceled gap policy. 1 email was answered, but when I asked who's cutting the check & when will it arrive it's been silence.Really doesn't make any sense that I paid the car off less than 30 days of having it, & I only received not even half of the gap policy amount back. A simple explanation or acknowledgement of my email would have been ok with me.The whole experience with this dealership has been a roller coaster. I thought coming out further I would receive better service. It's been the complete opposite!

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MERCEDES FROM AVONDALE MERCEDES IN GRAPEVINE.I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership when they were Park Place and I always get my vehicles serviced here because the service dept is the BEST. However since they have become Avondale, I thought about giving them a try at a newer vehicle. So I purchased a 2021 S580 and my whole car transaction was the worst that I have ever experienced. My salesman over promised on the deal to get me to purchase the vehicle and after I completed the sale then he nor his manager didn t know anything else. He didn t know when the car would be ready to pick up, he didn t know when I would get a copy of my finance papers which I should have been given a copy on the same day I filled them out. He didn t know when my car would be detailed before delivering to me and a whole list of other things. Now its 23 days later and they promised to deliver my 2nd key and they still haven t done that. I don t understand how a dealership can sale vehicles with this kind of customer service. This is ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE!! So as of today I have referred all friends to purchase their vehicles from Mercedes of Plano because Avondale sales dept does not know how to make a person who is purchasing a vehicle happy.

When they find out that their prices are outrageously too high for you to allow them to do the work, they charge you for unnecessary fees which is ridiculous, my friend had his Porsche taken here for repairs and experienced the EXACT same problem, I definitely would NOT recommend this place

Lovely atmosphere and quick service. Came for routine management of my car, great waiting area. Used to be a better selection of complimentary items (more coffee choice and nuts & chocolates - not there anymore) but I guess they've had to make cutbacks. Comfortable seating, temperature and useful work stations plus WiFi. No one bothers you either which is nice.

Very disappointed with last service appointment. Went in for B service and was told I need a brake flush, which I declined dive brakes were repaired less than 200 miles prior. Next up was their recommendation for a $450 battery which they said I needed. Declined that as well. It's been 3 months - haven't had a dead battery yet! I have lost trust in this dealership and wont be back for next car purchase (have bought 2 previous Mercedes from them).

I gave this place a second try. Sadly, the service department needs a lot of work. Honesty is the number one factor in car dealership. This place lacks this characteristic. The advisors try to scare you in doing everything! They nickel and dime you. I'm not sure if this Park Place is associated with the Dallas location, but anything that has PARK PLACE, I have decided to stay far away from. Your wallet will thank you for it.

25 years of buying from the same company through Hesham. They are family to me and I ve purchased over 25 cars in the past 22 years from him. Whatever it takes, they get it done. Whatever you want, they make it work. Whatever issues may arise, they find away around it. No sales pressure, absolute knowledgeable staff, beautiful establishments and I couldn t be happier.Ali

My car has been in the shop for 3 months and 10 days. Yet, there is still no estimated completion date, let alone the actual completion date.

We recently purchased our second Porsche from Aaron Fisk last week and is was even smoother the second time around. Aaron was on the look out for a specific vehicle for us and literally we did everything over the phone. When it was time to come to the dealer the total process took about 15 minutes from turning in our trade, inspecting the Porsche and signing the paperwork. I have already referred friends to Porsche Grapevine and will come back here for all our automotive needs.

I took my car there for a plan A service according to the car. The service advisor said that the car didn't know what I needed, so I allowed them to perform a Plan B service. The service advisor had to leave early, or so I was told, and when I received my car began to ask questions about the economy mode. The new service advisor was clueless. I received a text a day or two later asking about the service. When I explained to them about the clueless service advisor I received no response, but I texted them again; no response. I will not go back there again.

My wife and I bought a Macan Turbo from Luke and the Porsche Grapevine team this weekend. The experience could not have been better, and the fantastic customer service sold us on purchasing from this dealership. Luke greeted my wife and I within seconds of walking in the door, and listened to what we were looking for. He had us both test drive the car and answered all of our questions. It's clear that he's put a lot of work into learning about the Porsche brand and its heritage. I also want to give a big thank you to Alex for keeping my wife and six-month-old baby entertained while I was on my test drive. Even though he wasn't the salesman working with us, Alex took took the time to make sure she had a great experience at Porsche Grapevine as well. I'm certain this won't be my last purchase from this dealership.

Someone there called my cell and asked for Francis. I told him he had the wrong number. He called back a couple more times over the next few days, annoying. I finally answered and asked not to call me again.This guy was either given the wrong number or wrote it down wrong. Honest mistake. But it's kind of sad that he kept calling it after being told it was the wrong number. Not very professional.

From Buying a new Mercedes to servicing your Mercedes - Avondale is just phenomenal experience. Bria Harrison is the person to see if you are buying, and Robert Manning if you are having your car serviced. Located in Grapevine, it is the perfect place to have your Mercedes serviced on your way to DFW... and pick it up when you return.. This is the most professional and customer focused dealership in the Dallas Metroplex.

I worked with Luke to finally realize a childhood dream, owning a Porsche. From the outset Luke was communicative, open, honest, and accommodating. Luke had my car ready when I arrived and after a brief period of signing papers I was on my way back home, worry free and able to fully concentrate on getting to know my new Macan, I would absolutely recommend not only Porsche Grapevine, but Luke Manning as well. The service I received makes me want to use Park Place in the future even though I live 4.5 hours away!

New Sales Lady, didn't know very much. Told us some wrong information. Need better detailer for cleaning your car. My inside of my car went in a little dusty, came out nasty and dirty.

I think when Park Place left, they took customer service with them. No one seems to know how to treat customers anymore. Called a dozen times, and half the time was hung up on.To get simple paper work sent to me, no one knew who to call and what to do.It's sad. will not be purchasing anything from them.
