The staff are very professional, insightful, helpful and friendly. Ask about everything. They do this every day. Be pragmatic here. If your repair parts are coming from Germany how long will the repair take? Visually, everything was perfect when the job was done. There was a small issue with weather stripping of all things. They solved that issue with a short follow up visit. Thanks to the whole staff. A special thanks goes to Enterprise Car Rental here who suggested a temporary toll tag for our rental. I wouldn't have thought to get one and it saved hundreds of dollars for us. Just remember to take it off when you return the rental.

The worst experience ever. They had my car for 4 months. Communication was great but the first delivery was horrific. They delivered my car completely dirty. Dust was everywhere inside of the car. The panel they were to fix had trash in the paint job, waves in the body, dents & scratches still visible, scratches on the bumper and was simply not a good job at all. This is a brand new 2023 that had only damages from the accident, nothing else. Cale Gugino & Doug Barnett thought it was okay There were so many other things were wrong with the car the first time they delivered. They even submitted a supplement to my insurance company for the tow hitch they misplaced. Mark Waugh stepped in after my complaints regarding the work that was done. He made sure the work was done right. Had it not been for him, the car would have been in bad condition. Therefore, if you go to Avondale, ask for Mark. He gets the job done right. Even after finding a few more things wrong, I had to go back to dealing with Cale due to Mark being on vacation. Cale never followed up on the requests that he promised. Going forward, I suggest Avondale is not the place to take your car unless you are promised to work with Mark Waugh!

Absolutely the best car repair service I ve received! Check-In with AJ Jourdain, Very Professional, insightful, and helpful, as well as the other staff, too. AJ kept me posted continuously, letting me know what was going on and when I could expect to have my car back. Fantastic Experience, I recommend with 5 Stars!!!

3 months for a glass repair! I would only return if I needed an OEM repair. Little to no communication from repair center, them not listening upon initial paperwork delayed my repair starting, had my car dropped off multiple times and the first time it was there for 2 weeks only the interior had a few pieces taken out and when I received it back it was WAY DIRTIER then how I dropped it off...sad. ultimately, the dealership got the ball rolling, and everything was sped up x10...it shouldn't take that to get work done that you're spending a lot of hard earned money on. Would not recommend this repiar facility if you don't like headaches and stress.

Liberty Mutual missed the damage on my car by $60,000! Avondale did the correct estimate and was able to show in detail all the things Liberty Mutual missed including the fact that I drive a Maserati and not a Mercedes. AJ helped me so much with information and what I needed to do. The whole office was so knowledgeable and helpful. The Avendale experience is always amazing. A dealership that cares after the sale. I drive 5 hours each way just to use this dealership. They are worth it.

They are highly Professional shop and did their to keep me updated.The collision shop and me lost due to inexperienced progressive agent assigned to my case named Kyle.He neither his Manager, Jonathan kept me informed and salvaged my car without giving me any option.No option to use another shop!Have you ever heard this?This is after progressive send me an approval email that they are going ahead with repair.Have you ever heard this ?I highly recommend Collison shop folks Raul & his manager Mark but I suggest run away from progressive insurance.Their senior leadership Mr. Doyle McCarthy called me to apologize for the big mistake progressive had done but what s the point , my damage is done and I lost my car.Service: Body & Trim

They made my car like brand new and since my car is apparently aluminum (who knew?) this was the only repair company for my type of vehicle. I was not disappointed. I was also humored that two friends just happened to be dropping off their precious vehicles at the same time so this must be the place! Thanks Raul for handling my insurance and pushing through to get it all approved.

Saul was the person who handled all of my cars needs. He kept me informed throughout the entire process including dealing with my insurance company. He had given me an estimated completion date which was 4 to 6 wks and my car was finished in 4 weeks. Saul took his time and explained everything to me so that I would know exactly what was going on with the repairs and insurance. Although I told him I was in no rush fir my car because I had a rental, he still called and texted every couple of days or do. Thanks for all the updates Saul..lol!!! Let me start off by saying as much of a pain the process is dealing with some folks, AJ, the ladies at the front desk, and the technicians made this a very painless process. The team at Avondale is top notch and my man AJ was the best. He kept me informed on every step in the process of making my Mercedes whole again. If you own a Mercedes and you need collision repair or just OEM certified work performed, you re foolish not to take your vehicle here. I am very grateful to AJ and his team for the most pleasant experience I have ever had having to have a car repaired. Thank you so very much!Service: Body & Trim

Check your interior if you have work done here! They throw the damaged exterior parts inside your car with absolutely no protection to the interior leather. My interior was extremely damaged and they offered no apology or solution. It took several months to complete repair. It was returned with no battery charge on a brand new battery and expired registration with no notification.

The level of Customer Service I received from having my vehicle repaired here was Exceptional. My Service Advisor, Doug Barnes is A-1! Doug kept me informed every step of the entire repair process. My vehicle looks great! Repair work was done in the time estimated. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for a job well done and a Million Kudos!

Quick process, and a very professional staff, helped me with dropping off my vehicle for repairs.During the repairs, Doug Barnes my estimator, kept me completely informed of the progress. Within a very short turn around, I was notified of the completion.Then upon coming in to pick up my car, again I was received by the very professional staff, as they brought me my car for inspection. From drop off to pick up this location was incredible to work with. They say they want to make it the best car repair experience you have ever had and they actually follow through with that pledge. Trip Roberts was awesome to work with. He was always keeping me updated and was very responsive when I needed him. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had when it comes to car repairs. I will highly recommend anyone I know needing this service to them and have them ask for Trip!

The positive- Was greeted warmly by staff when I first arrived. They were concerned if I was ok because of the damage to my car. The person in charge of my car repair was a different story. He couldn t have cared less to tell me what was going on. I had to reach out every time. Even though they have a system in place to keep customers informed. I went from 5/9 to 5/20 with no updates on the progress of my car. I was patient and wanted my car done correctly. I would have appreciated some consideration. I went over 6 weeks with out my car, I had a rental that was covered so I wasn t inconvenienced getting around; but I felt like I was last on their list. Maybe if I made a fuss or a big deal about it I would have been handled better. I hope I m not in a situation where I need to get my car repaired again, but I will not be a repeat customer.

Communication was extremely poor. I had asked them to review and resolve several things while my car was there. I had spoken to them about it when I dropped it off. Sent several emails reminding them and when I picked up the car NONE of the issues, aside from the primary repair, had been addressed - despite my car being there an extended amount of time as I was traveling. They had PLENTY of time to address the concerns and simply failed to do so. Emails were not responded to timely requiring additional follow up. I specifically asked for a manager to call me and instead the same sales rep who failed to communicate the repairs returned my call. Would not use them again. I now have to take my car somewhere else to finish the other work. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.Service: Body & Trim

Shop does excellent work, but can take an extraordinarily long time to complete the job. This was my third repair here. First two repairs took longer than expected but not too bad. This time a $5000 modest repair on my Lexus took almost 7 full weeks to complete. You read that right. 7 weeks! Caused me grief with insurance company providing rental car. My service rep Lisa Spoons did a very poor job communicating with me and the insurer paying for the repair. Promised to look into matter for weeks - but never did. Did not actually address the rental car issue until I showed up personally at Bodywerks to discuss. And even then she just argued with me. Completely unprofessional. Avoid her. First time I ve ever had a poor experience with Park Place. Will think twice about returning there.

Although my vehicle was eventually determined to be totaled , I did have a great experience with AJ Jourdain. He was Johnny-on-the-spot with updates and information. He was polite, professional, and caring. He was also very helpful in getting me to my vehicle to recover my belongings. He was awesome. The staff in the front lobby were also very nice and helpful.Great experience. Thank you for being an incredible customer service business.

I must say the level of disrespect from Avondale Collision is unpredictable! The GM Mark for this body shop located in Mercedes Benz Of Grapevine. It sthe level of disrespect for me! I wrote them a check for the body work of my vehicle with the funds being verified. He tells me that he s gonna hold my vehicle until the check clears keep in mind the funds have been verified from my bank to his bank. When one of the mangers there told me he let a 3000 check slide right through didn t check it or anything. I have a problem with that. Was it because I was black!Well I will not be going back to them and will never refer my Mercedes Team to them ever! I explained to them I was grieving from the lost of my husband and that this was extra stress. They looked over and talked over me and raised his voice at me will never do business with them ever again!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Park Place BodyWerks is an outstanding facility. They take their time in performing the repairs on your vehicle to ensure it s done and done right. I stayed in contact with my rep Doug through out the repair and he gave me updates as needed. Although it took a while to get my car back, it was wel worth the wait seeing my car looking brand new again. Don t go anywhere else for your auto body needs. Go see my friend Doug Barnes and tell him Daniel sent you.

This place prides themselves with their work and it s all misguided. They rush the paint job to try to finish your car as fast as they can and do sloppy work. They refer to certain parts that my insurance was going to cover, as junkyard parts and make me pay extra past my deductible for OEM parts that look like they are from a junkyard. AJ has a great way of making you feel like you don t have any options on fixing your own car. He clearly takes advantage of the fact that people want their car fixed and deliver subpar work. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself a major headache by not dealing with this business. I would not be writing this review if this was not true. They will squeeze every dime they could possibly get from you. Absolutely AVOID this place.

Left my car for two months they haven t fix a thing yet. Saying it s the insurance fault. But why didn t they keep the communication open and keep me posted? I turned my car in 08/17/2021 and today 10/19/2021. Who does business without inform the customer like this?Updated: Mark reached out to me, it seems like everything went through. I never get any text message before it seem like they have phone system issue so now they switch to email communication instead of text message. Everything just solved. Thank you Mark.Updated: after almost 4 months now, my car is still not done. I am so disappointed how this shop service is. I wouldn t recommend anyone take their car to this shop ever.Updated: can someone tell me how hard is the estimation of completion date? I feel like you just took my car and leave it there and does not giving any update of the estimate completion. You guys keep giving excuse this part need to be fix here and there, seriously? How hard is it to tell me that the car should be done by this date and such so that we don t need to keep on waiting.

By far the best experience I have ever had at a body shop. Doug Barnes displayed a great deal of honesty and the best customer service I could ask for. He not only followed up with me on an almost daily basis with status updates, they also went above and beyond to remove a few minor scratches in my paint. The receptionist is also very friendly and professional. Thank you again for all that you did for me. HIGHLY recommend!

I am very impressed with Avondale Collision & Repair, for their professionalism and keeping up with updates on my car.Mr. A J Jourdain was very courtesy and worked with my insurance and keep things very smooth and hassle free. I had enrolled for txt updates and Mr. AJ make sure I get updated during the entire process. I just picked up car. The body work was exceptional and I had nice clean car to drive back.
