First of all, their new facility is amazing! Immaculate and pleasant. When you drive up, it seems as if you've arrived at a luxury boutique. But the problem is, they charge like a luxury boutique as well. Beyond the standard oil change everything else is ridiculously expensive! For example, when I asked them change a blown fuse they quoted $200! (A fuse costs maybe 50 cents and takes 5 minutes to install.) Another example, to snap back a loose fender, they quoted $250, when all it needed were few plastic rivets. (I went to a local shop and they did it at no cost.) If you want a Neiman Marcus experience, by all means use this business, but if you value your hard-earned dollar, look elsewhere.Services: Electrical, Oil change

I moved to the 76244 area 3 years ago, previously having my XC60 serviced at Autobahn, Fort Worth as I was nearer to that Volvo Garage. Since 2019 I have used Grubbs of Grapevine for all my services and work. Never been as happy with the customer service, but assumed the work is OK. I called a few days ago as I could not update my navigation system with the July 2022 maps. I have since received a price (after calling back - again) of $210 plus parts for a software upgrade, surely this would have been seen at my last service and a software upgrade for $210, how long does it take to attach a cable to the car, leave it and come back. BTW, if it worked before why not now, what has changed with the software since a few months back when the car was serviced.Guess proximity of garage doesn't equate to good reasonable service..

I took my car in for service /oil change and was told it would be coverd under my warranty. This was very exciting, but when I arrived to pick it up got charged $655.00. Then the next day, went to take my dad to VA and noticed a deep door ding . Carefully, looking over the car I seen oil fingerprints on the white interior and other scratches around the driver door area. After contacting them , I was asked to email some photos and then it would be compared to the walk around when dropped off. UNFORTUNATELY NOT ONE EMAIL FROM THE BUSINESS CARD WOULD ACCEPT ANY EMAIL SENT. Now, Monday in order to communicate I will have to drive up there. Haven't had anyone call for fallow up .

Twice, I had to take the car in for service under warranty. Took the service center 2 weeks to get it fixed each time. I had to call for updates, and most time they said they will call me back, but they almost never call back. They send you a link via text that lets you track your car status and that is not accurate. The status said the car was ready, but when I called they said it was not and don't come yet. The were no loaner provided. They blamed the supply shortage and they had to dip into their loaner pool. A positive is that they perform the necessary software updates and recalls. Thats a key point they kept mentioning during my purchase experience there and it turn out to be true. The rest of the service experience needs to be improvedService: Auto engine diagnostic

I went in to purchase a used car. Car was listed with all premium features. It was a base model. Not a big deal since I was buying for a teenager. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Went to negotiate price and they tried to add over $2500 dollars to the internet price. I know dealers add to and usually $200-500 doc fees. Salesman told me they added on to every used car to adjust for repairs. Either their used car mgr doesn t know how to purchase cars or it s complete bs. After some time talking, threatened to leave and miraculously didn t pay a cent over price listed. Probably should have left on principle but at list price the car was a decent deal. Just shouldn t try to stick it to people because the used car market is tight. Dealt with other Grubbs dealers before and thought the luxury brands might be different. Guess shady runs in the whole family

This place needs to take notes from Sewell. We love the actual car, but communication was terrible post sale. License plate sat there for weeks despite reaching out to our salesperson multiple times with no response. The reason for the poor review though is because we have now wasted two attempts and several hours trying to get some software updated, they clearly don't know what they're doing and have no regard for people's time. They say it will take an hour, three hours later they can't even complete what we took the car in for and now have to go back a third time. Will probably never purchase from this dealership again, Sewell blows them out of the water!

Gave them a shot despite seeing their terrible review rating beforehand and sure enough the rating is accurate. Poor communication, knowledge and professionalism. Taking my business to other Volvo service centers in the metroplex with much better ratings.

This is our second vehicle from Grubbs. We had an Infiniti QX60 that we traded for a Volvo XC90. every time we have to take the volvo in, which takes about a month or more to schedule, they don't have a loaner for us. A luxury dealer with no loaners. They still blame the car shortage but the lot is packed full of cars. Meanwhile we bought a used Jeep from a KIA dealership for our daughter a month ago that needed some work. they gave us a loaner for a week without asking! I will not be buying any more vehicles from Grubbs. they have some growing up to do if they want to be a luxury dealership.Service: Electrical repair

WORST SERVICE IN THE BUSINESS!!The key to my C70, stopped working, I tried calling the dealership no one answered all day, at 6:00pm Arturo the service advisor informed me my key didn t work because it needed a battery. I told him I purchased this new key 5 months ago, how could it be a battery issue? In a degrading voice he tells me google key stores and find some one to change the battery they only cost 2 Bucks the next day In a borrowed car, the next day Saturday I drive to the dealership they change the battery, I drive home the key still did not work, drive back to The dealership tell them I told you it wasn t the battery! They say we need the car, me: how can I bring you the car if I can t get into the car? We will send a tow truck they send a tow truck they tell the tow truck driver the key is under the car mat!! Truck driver says I can t open the car, I don t have the equipment for that. Grapevine VOLVO, Poor communication, poor customer service the idiots who are running the service department are useless! 22 years in the military, if we operated the way Grubbs Volvo Grapevine operates we would all be speaking Arab!!!

I haven't had a good car buying experience, but I have to say I had an amazing experience here. Ahmed treated me so good and was able to get me the exact car I wanted. Mandy in the finance department was an absolute delight. I would definitely recommend here if you're looking to purchase a car - two thumbs up!!!!

Had me waiting for an hour to get a loaner that was booked more than a month ago, other than that, service was great
