You want great service? Take your Audi to Rene. He will go above the call of duty to get your car in to shape. Whenever i have a problem Rene is my service advisor to get the job done right the first time. Thank you Rene for your old school ethics.

Audi Grapevine services my 2012 Q5 and 2019 Q8. They are very thorough in the work they do. I m a follower of Bill and Rene - not to say that the other advisors aren t good, we ve built trust with these 2 gentlemen have been nothing but the best to us for the last ~5 -8 years we have been coming to get our cars serviced.Prices are high but comparable to other dealers - perhaps, Audi Grapevine could reward customers loyalty with a better discount program aside of the standard mail in offers which never come to us at the right time.Definitely, I can recommend this place to any Audi owner who values quality and honesty.

Hands down the worst Audi Service I have ever received. If you work or are on a set time crunch - this is not the facility for you. Both times I have tried having my car serviced (simple oil change/maintenance inspection) - conveniently enough, there was no alternate transportation nor loaner vehicle available. Also, if you plan to find out the status of your vehicle, I hope you enjoy sitting on hold for 30 + minutes only to leave a voicemail with a technician that is likely not going to call you back or a manager who informs you checking one accessory on the car will delay service (4+ hours).Do yourself a favor: if you own an Audi - take it somewhere else.

I highly recommend avoiding this Audi Service Center if you value promptness and convenience. On both occasions I visited for a simple oil change and inspection. Additionally, attempting to check on my vehicle's status resulted in long hold times and unreturned voicemails from Anthony Butler.Furthermore, after my oil change, I discovered my car was leaking oil, and they insisted on charging $300 for an inspection, despite my suspicion that it was caused by their service. I declined their offer and opted to take my car to Sewell Audi in McKinney instead.Overall, if you're on a tight schedule or expect efficient service, I suggest seeking assistance elsewhere for your Audi needs.

Lies and bad information continues.I just posted about the service I received from Rene as my service advisor. On the 30th of December I received an email to call a number to leave a review. I called Audi of Grapevine and Rene answered on 2 different occasions, the 30th and the 3rd of January. Both times he said he will let them know and they will reach out. On the 6th of January I reached out again to try to leave a review and again I got bad information and was told they would reach out Monday the 8th and it's now the 16th and no response. Bad service overall for supposedly a premium car company.

Wow. I'm now into my second purchase at Audi Grapevine after the dumpster fire across the freeway at Grapevine Ford. What a totally great experience and actual discount from MSRP without ridiculous secret add-ons. Love buying at the end of the year! Sales associates were awesome, really happy with the experience.

Had audi on demand rental car while car was on service ( fixing things which weren t fixed during first visit )The rental car was very unhygienic . Interior had food remnants and pet hair . Had to vacuum myself before use . Management should reassess their quality of work performed and condition of cars that are being rented out .

I have owned Mercedes and BMW as well but by far the worst service experience ever compared to the other two. Staffs are not friendly or polite. Definitely not the experience you expect out of a premium auto brand.

I m certain my experience is not that of the company but I ll share. My original purpose for dropping my Audi off at this location included the following. Full detail service, inspection of a crackling speaker & inspection of scratches (could be due to driving). After picking my car up same day only one item had been taken care of as the speaker require parts to be ordered, however no one looked at the scratches. I was told to bring the car when the parts came in and they would handle the scratches. Fast forward another week - no call I had to drive to the office where I was told the PO was not sent through or it didn t have a name so the part wasn t ordered. Waited another week.Brought the car back. Speak was installed but yet again the scratch was not inspected. This time my service manager advise the one paint guy was on vacation for the week and he would show him the pictures and give me a call with the price info. Okay I have the speak fixed and the detail. 2/3 not bad. However, here we are three weeks and some change later and I ve not received a call or call back regarding the the status. I ll be following up Monday as this story unfolds. This is my first experience with Audi and we aren t off to a good start.

I come here often for my friends car service. Every time they make sure to provide excellent service. Today we came here as we hit a curb. They took our car for a quick check up even though we didn t have an appointment. Recommend purchasing a car here if you are going for an Audi. They also gave us other benefit of airport drop off shuttle service.

Last Monday I called for a service appointment and was told to bring my car in Tuesday and they could diagnose it by Wednesday. I called Wednesday afternoon after not hearing anything from the advisor. I left a msg with the receptionist for a call back. I called again Thursday morning after receiving an automated text regarding my car. I was told my extended warranty would not cover the work needed. I called the warranty company and they told me this is incorrect and Audi submitted the claim incorrectly. I called this service department back to with the advisor. I left 2 voicemails and a live msg with another advisor. I never got a call back. I called 3 times again Friday (left 3 msgs), twice on Saturday (left live msgs), and 3 times on Monday. I have not received a single phone call back. Today is Tuesday and they have had my car a week. I went to the dealership find out whats going on. As I entered the service department this morning, the advisor who has not been returning my calls was at the front desk with another advisor. They made no attempt to greet me or acknowledge my arrival. They continued chatting about life events with each other, unaware they were at work. After 5 to 10 minutes, another advisor walks up and asks his he can help. I explained the situation clearly for the other lazy advisor to hear as well. They made no apologies, only said " wow, we have had your car a week and the mechanic hasn't even looked at it". He got the manager to who I again explained the situation. He had no concern that anything was wrong, so I demanded they bring my car to me and I will get it serviced elsewhere... 20 minutes later they finally had my car brought up with every function imaginable was tampered with.... seat massagers on, radio on Incredbly loud, all buttons pushed (obviously to annoy me) , seat warmers on (its 100 degrees outside). This juvenile behavior cost this dealership my business on my S5 and my S7 I was going to bring but will now STAY FAR AWAY FROM AUDI GRAPEVINE. The service manager could not have cared less about the situation. This is a disgusting business practice for such an expensive product.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joel, one of the service advisor's at Audi Grapevine Service, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Joel's professionalism and attention to detail were truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed, and he provided clear and concise explanations throughout the process. His friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help made the entire service visit a delight. Joel's expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking top-notch service at Audi Grapevine.

I wish there was a possibility to give -ve stars. Such horrible customer service. Make you wait for every single thing. And after everything the job you came in for is actually never done and you have to wait some more time.

I just purchased my car in June, fresh off the truck, and the audio is cutting in and out on Apple car play and the radio. I took it in last month and they did a hard reset and I m still having the same problem.

Got my car serviced here about 6 weeks ago, and little by little things started failing. Backup camera, tire pressure sensor, windshield sprayer, and bunch of other sensors. Called in and was told diagnostics would be done at no cost. Came in and almost 2 hours later, when it's time to tell me what's wrong, "additional diagnostics required" across the board. About $800 for them to continue diagnosing.Seemed pretty deceptive to tell me there's no charge to diagnose, when the diagnosis is we need to diagnose it. I'll go get a quote somewhere else. They did fix the windshield sprayer, turns out it was clogged. I paid like $100 for them to "fix it" when I initially brought it in for service.

I brought my Audi in for routine maintenance. I can t speak for other bad reviews on here but I think it might depend on who your service manager is. If your car needs service or repair, ask for Vernon!! He was prompt, professional and courteous. I know my car is to the point of needing new tires soon, and Vernon wasn t pushy at all on trying to sell me a set of tires. He also organized a shuttle for me to and from the dealership quickly and efficiently. Thanks Vernon and Audi Grapevine for the 5 star experience. You have to recognize that these days as it s hard to come by!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Car waxing, Auto maintenance, Oil change

We have waited for approximately 6 months for parts for a recall. The parts are finally available, so I made an appointment for today at 7 am. I was told it is a one day deal. I was there at 6:58, first person to drop of my daughter's car. It is now 4pm and my daughter's has yet to be even looked at by a technician and a one day deal turns into a two day deal, which hopefully doesn't turn into a 3 day deal. GOOD JOB!!!

Dropped off car on morning of 12/27. Was assigned a service advisor that was not there that day, Bill. Thought maybe no big deal was getting car back later that day according to guy who completed paperwork. Received text car would not be ready until next day but someone would contact me to verify work. I did not hear from anyone called at 10:30a was told they were looking into and would call back. Never heard from anyone. Called at 11:30a same response never heard from anyone. Called at 12:30p to talk with Manager Benson left a voice message never heard back. Sent te t to person who sent text day before never heard back. Showed up at service center at 1:45p basically to get my car and leave. They did not finish the work I requested at my request. They actually asked me to wait around another 2-3 hours to complete the work, what? So much lack of communication and or care for their customers. Essentially received an I m sorry we dropped the ball, but crazy to find out my service advisor was off this day as well. Why assign service advisors on their days off, not smart! Still never heard from Benson the manager after leaving a message and taking my car. Just another number at this place what a joke with customer service for a so called high end establishment. DO NOT recommend, so many better places to take your Audi for service! Read all the recent service center reviews not good at all.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

9:30 am appointment on Friday with Cris, said they were already overbooked. OK, so why are you still booking appointments? It's not rocket science. Scheduled an appointment for the 30K maintenance via their super expensive maintenance program and the car is still not done by closing (10 hours)!! Called twice to speak with Cris, left messages but he left for the day without calling us back, so unprofessional! BENSON is no better, look at his cut and paste responses in the reviews section. This dealership has serious issues. No one here cares about customer service. They don't care, they're rude and according to many of the reviews, they try to take advantage of customers. Don't waste your time here, Sewell (anyone else really) is FAR better! Selling this car and will buy from a better dealer.

Edit to add: the original issue is back and the car is completely dead. Will not have to pay to tow due to their negligence. Will never be back. The service department is skimming as much as they possibly can out of services to unsuspecting customers. We almost got scammed out of $1,700 for a service that was covered by warranty and the Asst. Service Manager (Joel) knew this was the case. After questioning it over and over (while the car was in the shop over a week not being worked on) it was suddenly covered and we were just responsible for the $200 deductible. Very peculiar how that works...If you do choose to get your Audi serviced here, question everything.Services: Electrical repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

I had come here several times and never had an issues when working with Eric Juarez; however, I took my 2015 Audi Q7 in and Rene helped me with the inspection report. I told him I would like an oil change and diagnostics. I also told him the original jack from Audi broke the first time I used it and I didn't know if he could replace it, though we ended up having to buy a $60 one from AutoZone when the original one from Audi broke (the WORKING replacement one was in the trunk as well). I also told him I forgot my oil change and $100 off service coupon at the house and he said that he could apply their oil change coupon for me and help me save a little. He ended up sending me the inspection report with about $5500 worth of items (and no discount) that in his opinion needed "immediate attention". Things from a $1,200 rear view mirror that was perfectly in tack to $300 for a new jack. When I asked him about it he said not to worry that they offer financing. The cost was not the problem. The problem is you are trying to tell me about 6 different things are urgent and only about 1-2 are. I now feel like I cannot trust this establishment if they are going to not be real with me. Had the items I KNOW are not urgent had been there as a reminder or stated "fair condition" or had he said I would fix this first then this, then I would have gotten some of the work done here.

All I can say is they have the generic speech set for complaints, no accountability for reviews do t praise them. If they were real managers, they would not have to play cat/mice game, not respect their customer for honest, real time complaints because NO one spends money to complain. Good, real time, valued customer service does not require a customer write a good review. Good customer service and respect to consumers who spend at these dealerships don t/want require a review. It will speak for itself with customers coming, spending and not complaining.I am not giving up on the spare key I never received,I m only one person in a big pot of stew so, I am depending on my higher power source who can/ will prevail, on HIS time, not mine or all the owners, general managers who provide fake/cancelled responses. Will consider the review where the customer mentioned they had a Blue s Clue and remembered Sewell has an Audi dealership where there mantra has been for years the customer is number one, evident from the commercials, reviews andreturn customer retention. If you do that, profit and rewards, will minimize having to provide the same generic responses to negative customer experiences and play cat/mice games, not honoring, contradicting their responses to their own request for an opportunity to make it right.

Honestly, I am having a not-so-great experience replacing the windshield for the A5 right now. There was a misunderstanding from their part on what number they should use to reach me. They couldn't get my approval to go ahead with the transaction for the new windshield (cause they called the wrong number) and now I need to wait another day for my car to be fixed. However the advisor apologized about that and I didn't have a problem getting an Alto ride (like other reviews claimed they had a problem with).Planning to change review from 5 to 1 star if I don't get my car in the best condition it deserves to be in by tomorrow.Update: they decided that my car needed another day. There was no communication whatsoever with the sudden change of plans. I will also have to give this place a thumbs down for service because of the lack of timeliness and communication.

**Update: The (I believe) regional manager reached out to me and assisted with rescheduling my service and ensuring that this time there would be a loaner available. I appreciated them going the extra mile to complete a very satisfactory service transaction. The subsequent time I returned for service I learned they no longer offer loaner service. My assumption is this was due to the spike in value of used cars weighed against cost of maintaining an available fleet during the Age of Covid. -I understand that providing loaner cars is a courtesy, however offering one with no preemptive feedback of availability gives the implicit expectation of availability for planning purposes. I wasted 50-60 minutes of my time driving to/from a scheduled appointment only to find out there was no loaner available, after which I was unable to leave my vehicle and get the scheduled service. The individual rep was very courteous, apologetic, and understanding. However, the service manager on duty 14AUG at 0830 would not even discuss other alternatives with me as he was busy changing windshield wipers for another customer. Kudos to him for working alongside his employees, but what this communicated to me, intentionally or unintentionally, was that my business was not worth his time.Recommend using a different service center in the North DFW area.

As most people are aware, the true testament of a vehicle is after the sale, and I've never had an issue with my Audi(s) at Audi of Grapevine. This is my second Audi, and I'll be honest--I was apprehensive due to all the horror stories I've heard. Well, I'm glad I didn't listen to the nay-sayers as the vehicle has served my family well over the years. I'm lucky to have had the same service advisor (Michael Phan) for the past few years, and he's been nothing but great. He's very knowledgeable with the Audi lineup, and has never given me bad advice. I am planning on getting a third Audi soon, and while I may purchase it from another dealer (for the best deal), I'll always end up with Audi Grapevine Service Department for maintenance.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worst experience with the service dept. They had my vehicle for 3 days and they did not even touch it. No updates unless you call them. Would definitely not recommend someone who do not want to waste there time. All they kept saying is they are over booked, even after you taking the appointment s and taking the cars in for service and still not even looking at the car for 3 days its high time you need to change your appointment system.

*Edit: after a poor experience initially, this locations management reached out to me and kindly took care of my vehicle. I wasn't able to get the car in for 4 months after the original review due to an accident but they still went above and beyond to ensure a top notch customer service experience.

Kicking myself for purchasing my 2020 Audi A5 coupe at this location. Their service center is HORRIBLE! I've taken my car in twice to replace the SOS/Bluetooth module - system defect where they can't determine how to fix. Grapevine wanted to keep my car for multiple days with NO transportation - no loaner, ALTO (ride share options) or rental through a third party. Service MGR heard me out, but offered no solutions. I reminded him I am single and this is my ONLY vehicle. He had no remarks and encouraged me to call Audi Customer Service. Waited on hold for 1.5 hours to only have the representative to hear my issue and said she would follow-up yesterday, but NEVER did! And yes, I know there is a chip shortage and cars are limited. However, if you cannot stand behind the brand and provide customers the basics, then you'll lose business.I got smart and remembered Audi McKinney is a Sewell dealership. They are well known for taking care of their customers. I called them today, and McKinney scheduled my car for the warranty repair and booked me a loaner car. These are things you forget to consider when purchasing a car.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very cordial and friendly, was given updates via text during the service period, Also the biggest draw to this center was their shuttle provision within fifteen miles of the center which was really helpful. would definitely come back here.

Beware: Dangerous to rely on this location to service your car (additional $6k in damage). My RS5 was taken to this shop for an alignment after an accident. When I picked up my car I immediately noticed it was pulling hard to the right and the steering was heavy. Not 10 minutes after I picked up my car, the tire came apart on the highway and spilt open the CV boot which poured grease all over the wheel/brakes. It could have ended much worse, but no one seems to care or take any sort of responsibility. There was zero communication that the car wasn t safe to drive. Anyone that would have driven it a block would have noticed something was wrong. Hopefully someone else doesn t have to pay the price for their shoddy work.
