Service dept told us 1day for a recall over the phone, then told us it would take several days, and they would keep it over the weekend when we dropped it off. Not happy.

Serious attitude of the sales manager here, I liked a Audi Q7 2021 blue color pre owned which happen to be a loaner vehicle with 5k miles, I did the paper work for a vehicle with agreed to be shipped to my home.After signing the paper work the Manager threaten me to sell the vehicle to some one else if I don t show up to the showroom or put 1k non refundable deposit, I refused to accept because they just sent me 3 pic of the vehicle from online plus he later disclosed that the vehicle has 8k miles now. Eventually I refused the deal and so did customer in the dealership.Please be careful who u buy your vehicle from because there are bunch of jokers all over the town who think the supply is less and demand is high so it is okay to be rude.@AudiusaI am really disappointed with this kind of attitude of your sales team.

I stopped by this morning to check tire pressure. they found a nail in thread of a tire. to fix it, they charge $475! Yes, FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE dollars, just to fix nail in a tire, (+ balance and alignment, they say). I left and got it fixed at Discount Tire. Guess how much Discount Tire charged me? $0. zero, nada, no charge at all!!! Audi Grapevine service raised whole bar how expensive and outrageous charge these dealer ships charge!!!

One of the fantastic place to take my audi. Going with family is fun as well because waiting area has everything you need to wait for some time. Excellent customer service!
