Not happy about the service department; Mark never return phone until I asked for his manager Renee which he never return my call as well. I took my 2023 Q4 for service for 3 recall; 2 fixed and one not. The car came back acting weird sound and paint was splashed all over the front hood. Their walk through sheet had no marks of dent or scratches. Also, the picture they took before services, had no dent. Now, they are denying it happened in their shop where all proofs showed it did. I called several time and left voicemail and notes, but never return my called. One tire has a nail, other tire was low in pressure. Audi policy does not fix nail, which I understand, but other tire with low pressure!!!!!They quoted me for 4 new tires for almost $2500. My car is new and they asked to replace 4 tires instead of fixing the low pressure. From my experience with this location, I would not recommend to anyone.For every negative review this place receive, the Owner replay with same comment to every negative review Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon. They will never reply.Shame!!

Inquired over the phone about 3 vehicles and made appointment to go see them, arrived in middle of pouring rain, there was no car port or covered area to be able to comfortably get in/out of the building without getting soaked, the person we spoke was ultimately not available and he handed us off to someone else who took the time show us the cars and take us on a test drive, but made no attempt to understand what we were looking to accomplish and was not well informed on the features of the car and the incentives offered by Audi USA. We asked for a few numbers to get a baseline, which were completely off from what was advertised on the specials. When we ultimately got ready to walk, they brought in the sales manager, who was very nice in the beginning when we walked in but got extremely pushy in the end when we wanted to get out. Ultimately, we felt we were not getting a good deal for what the car really is, considering other brands and options on the market, and the sales experience overall did not feel "luxury" for a $70k car.

First off, let me me begin with the exceptional service that we received from Mark Dailey, the assistant service manager. Mark's demeanor was professional, upfront, knowledgeable, courteous , inviting and very personable. We are currently not in the market for a new purchase but because of Mark's attention, pleasant attitude and kindness we will surely consider purchasing from Audi Grapevine.We had an issue with a recall on our Audi and Mark scheduled the appointment, made sure we would have a loaner vehicle and exceeded expectations by getting our vehicle back to us prior to the allotted time frame. Mark is an asset to your establishment and we will spread the word about how well we were treated.Thank you again for your kindness. You are very much appreciated.

Absolutely amazing!! We traded in cars and bought two, our situation was complicated! Jake made every single step of the process insanely easy! We never felt stress about a single thing! Chen was our sales person and he is still checking in with us to make sure we have no questions! Truly the best car buying experience we ve had and we have two cars we love! And good coffee while you wait, ha!

I used to love using Audi Grapevine service department for all my maintenance needs but after my last experience I would probably never go back or get an Audi. I went in for a simple check engine light and was told it s a two hour process and that they were backlogged and I wouldn t have my car for two days. Also they had no loaners, so if you are like me and have only one car then you are out of luck. I understand that companies get backlogged but they should then inform you when making the appointment. I have no idea if they still have issues because I refuse to go back but if they do and you want another service option then I would check out auto scope in Dallas or any of there other locations. Hopefully things get better at Audi Grapevine

With apologies to the excellent service department managers, I cannot recommend the dealership for maintaining your vehicle. The prices are exorbitant and the quality of the work simply doesn't match the premium price. The service manager's main job seems to be apologizing to customers. Do Not Go Here To Fix Your Audi.I see your response. I'm not holding my breath. You will do nothing, assuredly. You didn't honor the warranty on your repair either. Thanks for nothing.

I didn t make it on time for my appointment, I walked in and was taken care of immediately by Keith. The dealership is great, comfortable to wait for your car. Loved the video taken for work needed, rather than someone just telling you. Was out in a couple of hours or less. Thanks Keith

I found a great deal online for a car at this dealership and was able to go in, get the price listed, got a fair deal for my trade, and every step of the process was pleasant. Felicia, Miguel, and Jake were all very personable and professional and all of the staff at the dealership worked hard to make sure I could take my car home the same day making sure that it was fully detailed and gassed up before I left.There were no games and everyone was very straightforward. I am very exacting about the process when I am buying a car, and everyone accommodated my needs without question at every step of the process.If I'm looking for another car in the future, this will definitely be my first stop.

I bought a used car from this dealership and getting the title is a nightmare. I tired to contact them several times but I just end up getting bounced around and eventually hung up on or disconnected. Now I have to go into the dealer to sort this out. I will not buy a car from here again. SMHUpdate: I emailed the individual who replied to my review and decided to change my review. They let me know what was going on and sent me proof about the title. But I do have to say I only got help with my issue by submitting a bad review. Hopefully they learn from this and address issues for their customers correctly the first time they reach out for help. Their phone system and service post purchase is not acceptable.

Sales experience was excellent and I was unexpectedly delighted. Started the day off expecting to buy a Bronco Sport at Grapevine Ford...what a dumpster fire the Ford dealership is and I will never set foot on their property again. Went across the highway to Audi and found a great Q3 (yes a completely different vehicle) for my daughter. End of year pricing and a nice discount and NO bait and switch pricing, undisclosed dealer add-ons and options, dishonest pricing different than advertised, etc. In short, the exact opposite of Ford! This is the second vehicle we've purchased at Audi Grapevine and I'm pleased so far. Hope the service department is just as excellent as the sales experience.

Went with my daughter to purchase a car, they were awesome! Everyone from her sales guy Jeff to her finance guy Jake took very good care of her. We were greeted by several staff members. A couple days later my husband and I went back and purchased a car. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Thank you

Customer Service is amazing! Larry is so personable to work with and knows his stuff! And the Mechanic Luis was just as friendly and also detail oriented! Very happy with the buying experience at Audi of Grapevine. From the person at the front desk, to sales, management and finance department they were professional, courteous, and eager to help. I went into the dealership today to get the tags and plates installed on my E-tron. While at the Service Department, Leo and Michael were so helpful with getting a few other things addressed on my car, and I am very grateful for their great attitudes and quick assistance! We are so happy with our decision to visit Audi in Grapevine! Luis was wonderful to work with. He really took time to explain the various features in each of the vehicles we test drove. My husband ended up getting the S5 and this is his favorite car to drive to date! I ended up getting a Q5 and I couldn t be any happier either! Audi already has an outstanding reputation and this Audi dealer is representative of that reputation - friendly while also professional, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and they respected our time. We look forward to doing business here again in the future!

I have taken my car here for service for nearly 5 years. Joel and Mark are outstanding, always providing excellent communication regarding cost and timing. Larry has also taken care of my car, and via phone, text and email kept me updated on the rather complicated repair I needed that visit. This entire team works together, and if I arrive while my assigned service person is talking to another customer, someone else immediately walks up and helps me. I recommend Audi Grapevine service highly.

I had my cracked windshield replaced at Audi Grapevine since I was told only an Audi replacement windshield will calibrate properly with the front sensors/cameras. The windshield looks great and the process was easy. The staff was very friendly. Problem is when I picked up my vehicle there was debris all over my dash and console. The new windshield was filthy dirty inside and outside. The dealership did not clean the windshield at all. The dealership did not clean the mess created inside my vehicle from the windshield replacement process. When I got home I cleaned the outside of the windshield only to discover the inside was just as dirty. This was my first experience with Audi Grapevine. I expect more from a high end auto dealership and am very disappointed.

Anthony Butler was my service advisor and he did a fantastic job. Kept me very informed about my vehicle. I was sent videos of the issues with my vehicle which was very honest of them and they got my vehicle done in a reasonable time. I m very pleased with the experience I had and I will definitely be doing business with them again!

I had the pleasure working with the amazing staff at Audi Grapevine, in particular, Pita my sales agent. I initially was going to stop in for a certain car available but that car was literally sold 15 minutes before my arrival. Though extremely bummed, Peta helped guide me through other options and ended up with an amazing alternative option that may have suited me better! The service from Pita along with Justin (I believe the sales manager) is top notch and helped not only with the car but with making the financing work for my means! Can't thank them enough and would highly recommend Audi Grapevine for any of your Audi car purchases! ASK FOR PITA....YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Would give 10 stars if I could. There is a reason this dealership is rated almost 5 stars with over 700 reviews. Staff truly make or break a business and the staff here are top notch: friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and FAST on their feet. My wife and I purchased a 2018 Q5 and everyone from Mo, Alex, Robert (our salesman), the greeter, and the car orientation instructor (didn t catch name) were fantastic! I will not only refer my friends here but I will surely be back for future business!On top of the fantastic staff the facility is beautiful. Very modern. If you are waiting for service or buying a vehicle there is a full service Snack and Beverage bar. We brought our twin toddlers and they had enough snacks to keep them happy. There is also a ginormous TV (100-110 inches maybe bigger) mounted on the wall you can watch while getting service. I can t think of anything more this dealership could offer a customer, these guys go all out!!

Michael Phann set up and kept me informed in real time about a post purchase inspection for a 2013 Audi A7. The report was thorough and he took time to explain everything to me and e-mail me a video of the work done and the various minor issues.Based on this I am very comfortable going thru with the purchase (I have 30 days yo return the car). In addition, although I have had excellent service with my German cars at various independent shops, I will only take my A7 to Grapevine and Michael Phann.
