Disappointing. I had my parts replacement appointment scheduled on Saturday and went for it on time. When ai reached there they simply responded as they can t take my appointment and to come back on weekdays. The appointment was scheduled after ordering the parts a week back in person and they didn t have any concerns when scheduling the appointment.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The place was clean as usual and the advisors know how to treat the customer.

I bought my Acura 2 years ago and the service dept has always been top-notch. With ny recent visit, I want to thank Jessie and Jaylin for their patience with my overbearing concern and confusion! Both of them took the time to explain what needed to be done as far as current and upciming maintenance, patiently answered my numerous questions and eased the anxiety of a new-(ish) Acura owner. Grubbs has never disappointed with their attention to customer service and they definitely uphold that standard in the service department. Thank you for excellent customer service and always taking care of me...and my car!

If you have a bad experience, contact the OEM Acura directly from the Acura OEM website. Jasmin was my service advisor. I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup at 10 am on Friday and the loaner agreement is a strict 24 hours, no exceptions. This would mean I would have to pickup my vehicle at 10 am on Saturday - keep in mind it's the weekend (clients have pre-planned events). Unfortunately, the Service Director named Jessie Parker could not extend the 24 hour loaner later than close time on Saturday. I said I could drop off the loaner first thing Monday morning. I find this odd because the last time I was here working with Nathan, Nathan helped extend the loaner time due to pre-planned scheduling conflicts without charging me the $100/day extended loaner fee.I moved multiple events in my schedule to make the deadline for pickup so I wasn't charged the $100/day extended loaner fee. I picked up my vehicle and exchanged all items from loaner to my vehicle - toddler carseat, stroller, backpack, plus more. I drove off with my vehicle and got on the service road and my vehicle is shaking and engine seems to be jumping which isn't normal and not how I dropped off my vehicle.Service Manager Karl on duty drove my car and said the tires need to be balanced. I got tires balanced at Discount Tire.

Carl Dehls (service advisor) lost my car for around 2 hours while I was waiting for him to fix it. He suddenly found it when I notified his very helpful colleague, Nathan Koelemay, that it was in their parking lot after I tracked it with my AcuraLink app. Overall I spent over 3 hours waiting for Carl Dehls to service my tire which just needed a patch. If you make an appointment, ask for Nathan or Mark, and avoid Carl.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. Most horrible manager I ve ever encountered anywhere on Earth. We came January 26, 2023 and it was deplorable!!!! 2 other Acura dealers in town confirmed how insane they are here.

You are better off going anywhere else on Earth. Manager refused to speak to me & locked himself in his office for 3 hours like a child. I m aghast. Acura corporate will hear about this

I called this service center 4 times just to know if my 2020 Acura RDX is covered for maintenance service and if not what's the price. They never called me back despite promising that they will call me back with info.
